Beazer is by far the most flexible, open and honest builder I've come across. They work for you to get you what you want without nickel and diming you like other builders. They also build a quality home fast and guarantee their work. They have many options with pricing at the ready, no hassle, and their lot premiums are not inflated. The Design center experience was less stressful and lengthy as I anticipated and we got it all done in a day. (Beazer makes it easy as they include a lot of design choices before you even get there.) We had an excellent buying experience with our Beazer Sales representative as well as the construction supervisor. Your sales rep. was very professional and knowledgeable and made the purchasing process quite comfortable. The construction supervisor his crew did a great job on the construction and addressed any questions or concerns quickly and completely. Both were very accessible and responsive. This was very important as it was the first time we have had a new home built. We love the Camden model and look forward to a great retirement in Spring Mill.

My home buying process was timely, friendly and exceptional customer service was demonstrated from the first visit to the Beazer Homes sales office. Follow-up and staying in touch throughout the process was exceptional. I am Grateful for the clear and detailed home- buying process. There was a celebration on the day of closing!!

easy does it here from buying to living....location is key

Im pleased to own a Beazer home,I feel the home is energy efficient which sold me on it.I haven t been able to give you a rating on this home since I haven t been in it long enough.I do feel they need to complete the work that wasn't completed at closing faster and I m still waiting.

This was my second Beazer home, and I couldn't be happier. From my sales experience with Kyle to my construction experience with Gary, everything was done beyond my expectations. agent which we bought the home from was amazing Liz but the maintenance and follow up the things that needed to be fixed or repaired prior to moving wasn't done how to call numerous times to make sure they would finish up then told me it was no longer their obligation and now it was mine I had to call the warranty company when the issues were prior my 7 day grace.
