Good builder & good service

Had a very good buying experience with Beazer homes. Sanjeev is very helpful through out the process and very patient with us answering all the queries and facilitating through the entire process.

I had a pretty good experience with Beazer, and my contractor was a great guy who answered all my questions and he had a great job. Thank You for your service and dedication to make my house a dream come true Happy Holidays everyone.

Chase, Zach, and Chloe have been amazing throughout this whole process. Any concerns that came up were readily and hastily resolved, Chase especially was very communicative about the whole process and willing to work with us with whatever we needed. He stayed in contact and updated us throughout the journey, which we greatly appreciated! It has been an absolute pleasure to work with the team you have at Paloma Creek, they’ve made our first time home buying experience such an easy an excitement filled process throughout the entire build, including after! Support didn’t stop after we closed, Zach, Chase, and now Chloe have assisted us and given us guidance when needed. I’d love to specifically highlight Chase again! He was an amazing builder to work with and heard our concerns with an open mind. From the warm welcome at our initial meeting through contracting, design center selections, and the construction process, every step was explained clearly and handled with professionalism. On the sales side, Kaylee consistently went above and beyond to answer my questions. On the construction side, Keith delivered the home on time and kept me informed with weekly progress updates, which I greatly appreciated. At delivery, he took the time to thoroughly explain all of the home’s major systems, ensuring I felt comfortable. We purchased this home as a second home in TN so we could be closer to grandson. The experience from top to bottom could not have been better- even after close the attention to detail from Brice has been amazing. He always had our back and advocates for the buyer and what is fair. We look forward to seeing him everytime we are in town. Robert was Beazers rep from the purchase and planning side - we learned soooo much from him. I never felt like I was asking too many questions and his response times were impeccable. I have nothing but high praise for everyone that has helped me on my Beazer home buying experience! From the first day in the sales office to move in day and beyond, the Beazer team had been nothing but fantastic! Any questions I have had or help getting something fixed they have been so easy to work with and have gone above and beyond in their service!

After speaking with 8 different home builders my wife and I came across Beazer Homes and we're glad we did! We were first time home buyers and the Beazer representative Ethan was able find use the perfect home, realtor and lender to make the deal work for what we were needing. And to top it off the home is energy efficient and built to high standards from what our inspector advised us. John with Beazer was also extremely helpful with any questions regarding the build of the home itself. I highly recommend going with a Beazer home if you're looking for a great experience.

The team at Beazer homes was absolutely amazing to work with. Our builder and new home counselor was very attentive to our needs and was always available to answer questions every step of the way. Our builder went out of his way to make sure everything was done on schedule, and he made sure to check up on us even after we moved in. The team was also very responsive when it came to submittimg warranty requests and completed them in a timely manner. We would love the opportunity to work again with Beazer in the future and wish them the best!

from the initial purchase to the final move-in, was a wonderful experience. It was awesome just knowing that you would be building a house to my expectations, which gave me great confidence throughout. describing the quality and value of my new home, I feel that the overall value is good. However, I've noticed that the paint quality could be improved. Specifically, it doesn't seem to be a high-quality paint that is easy to clean, which is a concern for the long-term durability and maintenance of the home. Big House - Big Stove: a home of this size (5Br / 4BA) should be equipped with a larger stove. The current stove is super small, which makes it challenging to cook using all four burners at the same time. This is something I feel could be changed to better match the expectations for a large house. Regarding the builder's team, my experience was overwhelmingly positive. Both my builder and sales person were awesome. They kept me informed through the whole process and were always timely in answering all my calls, which was greatly appreciated. ... More

The experience with Beazer homes and Bethany was great! They worked with us to get our third party inspector out in time for them to facilitate some repairs before closing and have worked with us well on things that have come up just prior to move in. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

We moved into our new home on September 30th.We did the sale remotely, as well as watching the progress. Both Tiffany and Zach were wonderful to work with. First time home buyer and Beazer made it a great experience. Joe, Carlis, Venus and the rest of the Beazer team did an excellent job of keeping in contact with me throughout the home buying process. Where I feel Beazer could improve is in their options for add-ons and modifications to be made to their homes during the design/build phase. These options should be tailored to the particular needs of the home, for example, a Townhome option where the front door can be glass to allow external light to enter the home, especially in units that are interior units that don't have windows to the left or right of them.
