It was tremendous and seamless

As a first time homeowner I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The team was supportive, patient, and always willing to walk me through each step with no hesitation. Their attention to detail and commitment to the quality of a Beazer home made all the difference. I am so excited to start this next chapter in my new beautiful home. I truly appreciate everything Ashley and Anthony did to make this process less stressful and easy going.

Our experience with Beazer Homes has been very positive, and we cannot express how happy we are with our decision to choose Beazer. We would especially like to recognize Cindy and Trey for their knowledge, professionalism, dedication to quality work, and outstanding people skills. Working with Cindy, our Sales Associate, made the entire process feel effortless and stress-free. She was friendly and highly organized throughout the process. Cindy took the time to thoroughly explain each step, understanding that this was our first new construction purchase. Her patience and clear communication made us feel confident and supported from the very beginning. We also feel incredibly fortunate to have had Trey as our Construction Manager. His level of communication throughout the build process was exceptional. He consistently kept us updated through emails, texts, and photos, which made us feel involved and reassured that we were in good hands. Trey went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and satisfied with our home, and his attention to detail made the final walkthrough smooth. Even after closing, he has continued to be instrumental in ensuring any remaining concerns are addressed. I moved in about two months ago and I have had great experiences so far.

It was a very simple and easy experience.

Jyoti & Shannon were such a pleasure to work with as they helped us tour and gave us such thorough information on the home we eventually purchased. They were quick to respond at any given moment, were personable, transparent, and helped us negotiate an amazing deal on our dream home. And then when it was time to do our initial walk-through, Joe was also outstanding and thorough in showing us the many features and tips for owning and caring for our home. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase experience, and the quality of the build, materials, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that was put into our home. We decided to build with Beazer because their quality and included features seemed better than the competition in the immediate area. The sales rep was very knowledgable about the building process and selling points. We liked that the outside walls were built with 2x6s instead of 2x4s. The design studio was easy to work with and their professional designers made selecting finishes easy. Our builder was extremely knowledgable and communicative. He always responded within hours of us reaching out and took care of issues quickly. The customer experience was excellent from start to finish. Helpful, honest upfront, addressed issues

Megan and Brandon did a fantastic job with all communications and the production of my new home. Anything I didn't understand was explained to me so I could understand and anything I needed after the purchase they have been very responsive. Beazer Homes is definitely a builder I would recommend.

Bob, Jessica, Melissa made this whole process less stressful and happy to answer any questions. Highly recommend this team!

This house is amazing, got our first electric bill and it’s 1/3 of what we expected. The savings on all the utilities in this area compared to other areas make this the best option for me.

BEAZER HOME MADE IT REAL EASY TO PURCHASE OUR home, Thanks to Angela and her team they made it really easy to purchase. They never gave up on us and they were real professionals in handling our needs to what we had to do to purchase.

The entire process from meeting the team, planning our new home to breaking ground to closing, the experience was seamless, energized and amazing! Brandon did an excellent job keeping us informed of all the progress from beginning yo end and even after we moved in. Brandon made sure everything was perfect which it was. We would definitely recommend Beazer Home for excellent quality, craftsmanship and customer service.

I've bought a couple of houses before, and this has been without a doubt the best buying process I've ever had! The thing that we've had very, very small issues on has been figured out within a day or two max. It's been the most pleasing process that I've ever dealt with. The house is incredible! It feels like everything in the house was high quality, well made, and better than anything. The service has been incredible! Kyle has been helping us, and I've never worked with a builder that is so good. The issues are fixed within minutes. Mark and Q were amazing in helping us find and build our perfect first home. They were respectful, answered our questions, kept us updated weekly, and assured us they were here to help. They kept that promise even after closing! We are so grateful to have worked with them, highly recommend them along with Beazer homes!
