We had one in a million experience building with beazer. Beazer took extra step In making sure the quality of the house is great and we cannot be more happier with our new home. Thanks for making us trust you guys .

I am thankful for a smooth home buying process.

From our experience the builder has took a lot short cuts in the building of property, trying to keep up with the demands of getting houses done on time. I have had quite a few work orders since we moved in, to get stuff fixed that wasn't done correctly.

We love the choice options!!!

Home are well designed and construction quality is good.

Many normal or standard options were either not available or cost upgrades.. These include toilet paper holders, towel bar or ring, shower tension rod, soap holders in shower, shower head that everyone can reach(not just 6ft tall people), gutters for first level where roof designs dumps water in flower beds, even door knobs. Design center does not show enough examples either in person or in a picture. Especially for back splashes, tiles, counters and flooring.

Overall happy with my purchase - but several outstanding problems .I was very frustrated by the poor communication about delays during the building process. My closing date was changed twice - once with less than 48 hours notice. The finishes in the home are poor - lots of grout on counters, sloppy painting, exposed nails on the balcony, etc. I felt pushed to sign off during the final walk through under the threat that my closing would be delayed again if I kept pushing for the home to be properly completed. My smoke alarm system has malfunctioned 4 times in 6 weeks. Thankfully, the Warranty Customer Advocate is now involved & my home is being rewired. My warranty rep is great & is doing his best to correct all of the problems. It’s a shame, I love the community & the floor plan. Overall, it’s exactly what I was looking for. If a bit more time had been spent on ensuring top quality work from the contractors my rating would easily be an A vs a B-/C+ ... More

The construction manager Mr . Jeremy is very professional, friendly and he ready to got he extra mile for he customer. He provide a excellent support to us. We are very happy with the kind of customer service that he provide to us.. We love our new home very good construction. For us Beazer is the best.

I want to thank Troy and Shelley for all their hard work in making the process of building a new home a better experience. Troy always reassured me that he would correct any issues or concerns I had, and he did just that. Shelley always kept me informed and explained the process as well, which made things run smoothly. If I had it to do over again, I would definitely build with Beazer. I highly recommend Beazer Homes.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Beazer homes. My builder that was assigned to me Chris was a very big part of that as well. Great guy who will always make sure your happy with any problem or concern you may have.

Jill was so knowledgeable and helped us through any and every situation we encountered through out the process. There was never time where we could not go to Jill for concerns or just questions. She was always polite and made you feel like you were a person and not just the next person in line buying a home. Chris was an exceptional project manager. Some things were missed prior to him being selected to finish the home weeks before it was due to be completed. He came in nonetheless, getting things done and in a timely fashion. My wife and I purchased our first home together and we are so grateful that we went with Beazer out of the multiple builders available in our community. Justin and Harry really have gone above and beyond even after we’ve settled into our new home to ensure that it has been a great experience all the way through. Highly recommend.

We experienced kindness & professionalism from each staff member - from the start of looking at the Beazer models, to the walk- throughs as our home was being built, to the final signing of papers to officially own our home. Each staff member seemed genuinely interested in our journey, and answered all of our questions at all times. We are delighted with the entire experience, & soooo happy to now live in our beautiful, new home!

We are very unhappy with the process right from the day we signed the contract till date. The quality of service was very disappointing. I would never recommend this builder. It’s been almost 2 months since we moved in and there are still things pending from the builder..

First off… I would like to say… Abe and Jeremy are the BEST!!! From start to finish they answered all questions made the process very easy! There’s was a few hiccups on delivery but overall great experience! We love our home! Thank you!!

Throughout the building process, our sales rep and our construction manager stayed in regular contact and addressed any questions and concerns we had promptly. We could tell that they truly cared that our home was being built to the highest standards and that we were happy with the process.

My family and I had an awesome experience from beginning to end that delivered our dream home. From initial contact with, Angelo B, he helped us pick out the perfect lot to build our home and walked us through the process of selecting everything to go along with it. Chris J, our project manager, kept us up to date and made sure we stayed on track and closed on time. His attention to detail was great and helped correct issues before we even noticed them. We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us put together our dream home! Thank you!

I was not told I couldn’t put a refrigerator in the garage because the circuit is defective and can’t handle the load, so I purchased a refrigerator and had to return it because I was not told the garage circuit could not handle the refrigerator prior to my move in date. Now Beazer managers don’t want to reimburse me for my return fees. This is unacceptable that a new home owner has to deal with such a problem, when we already have multiple things to deal with when moving into a new house.
