I was not told I couldn’t put a refrigerator in the garage because the circuit is defective and can’t handle the load, so I purchased a refrigerator and had to return it because I was not told the garage circuit could not handle the refrigerator prior to my move in date. Now Beazer managers don’t want to reimburse me for my return fees. This is unacceptable that a new home owner has to deal with such a problem, when we already have multiple things to deal with when moving into a new house.

My experience was great everything went smoothly it was so easy the whole team helped us along the way great group of people. Thank you so very much for making this Journey a great one.

Excellent builder with top notch staff and home quality.

The quality of the building materials and workmanship were grade A! The superb sales associate, LK and project manager, SC kept me in the loop on everything happening (and not happening) in our weekly meetings from inception to closing. They made me feel they both had my best interest at heart and in mind!! Thanks to all for making this such a great experience!!!

Attention to detail and the responsiveness for any small issues that we had.

Our was built on an old cypress pond. In itself isn’t an issue but Beazer’s lack of interest in researching proper ground preparation snd treatment had caused several townhouses to be infested by springtail bugs and ants. When asked about it we were simply dismissed and told it was our problem even though we were granted final inspection only an hour before closing and Beazer refused to properly treat outside the homes to prevent such large infestation. However, beyond this little issue Beazer is acutely aware that this is a sellers market snd takes full advantage of any potential buyer. Washer machines provided are the worst in the industry snd we are charged a premium. It’s it half the cost if we bought ourselves snd threes no option to remove the $1790 option from the purchase. My wife had MCS and is deathly allergic to the paint they used. We offered to purchase the paint we needed before they painted the house but Beazer refused. Additionally, Beazer controls the HOA and therefore HOA has no incentive or power to speak on our behave to Beazer on any issues we have, including the terrible lawn service are receiving in fear of Repercussions. At least that’s what I’m hoping is the reason rather than their laziness.. lastly, the HOA Still has failed to get us our pool key 45 days after closing even though they claim they’ve sent it and another has promised to follow up. Wayne is a great builder

We chose Beazer homes because of their design options and the quality of their construction. Matt and Joe in particular were very good to work with.

I wouldn’t buy beazer homes at all when we first came into our new home it was dirty! We had to clean it ourselves! None of our Ethernet jacks work in the house which come in Standard but they try to upsell you in sales! Customer service is poor and also management! The walk through wasn’t like it should’ve been we didn’t even put blue tape because he said we will take care of it! I’m not the only one that’s having this problem in this community! Do your research before you buy!

Great experience, the builder Wayne was great to work with!

Wayne has been great with dealing with an issues that pop up with my new home. The process of loving into a new home has been seamless.

Wayne's inspection walk through provided me the confidence in the outstanding craftmanship and service of the new construction.

Stay away. Cheap everything from appliances , windows,doors. They use the worst quality in everything….the cheapest they can get by with . I would not recommend Beazer to anyone and wish I had never purchased one of their homes.

Everything ran smoothly. A few minor problems were handled quickly by Mike White Very satisfied with the home Was surprised that Beazer puts in a whole house air filter unit by Aprilaire. This eliminates dust and pollen in the house and it is noticeable that dust does not collect on our glass tables which occurred in our previous home. Also Beazer puts in a sump pump and dehumidifier in the crawl space to eliminate moisture and dampness problems. In summary, Beazer has great people to help new owners (Mike White and Ashley Morley) and the home has great features.

A great experience! Since the very beginning, when Ariane (sales) was assisting us, everything went smooth. She was able to go over all the questions we had, discuss the options with us and confirm with the design center if whatever we were asking was feasible or not. She was also sending us updates on the construction, which was great! During the construction, every single time I had a question or wanted to clarify something, Jeremy (the builder) was there to assist us. He's really approachable and a very pleasant person. This was our 1st home that we had built. From the very beginning we had friendly, helpful faces, Kelly G. Was the 1st to greet us. She was actually about to close for the evening however she took time to speak with my husband and I and provided us with a packet we could take with us and look over. Upon going to the design center that was a pleasant experience, fun, exciting and nerve wrecking at the same time. While meeting with our Builder Dio, he was great, answering all questions, ensuring we had our weekly updates and explained things to us that we didn't understand. Victoria also is a great asset to the team she has a willingness to learn and ask questions on behalf of the customer. Throughout our experience we had some ups and downs with building nothing due to the staff we are building during Covid so there was some shortages in material and a few other hiccups. During the house finishing process, Katie & Tony called weekly. Kyler was awesome in the final walk through and Phil has been tremendous in following up on items that needed attention after the closing.

I would never recommend beezer. I'm sorry to be this blunt, but this is my first home purchase and I regretted it from the first walk through. The workmanship is awful they have had to do repeated repairs and they just stopped doing the repairs half way though. I get a lot of promises but no follow through or just flat out lies.

They have great sales people, friendly, helpful and well customer oriented. They will treat you like a family…

We had an outside realtor to help us as we were living in another state and could not see all the steps of construction. Everything went smoothly. Love the neighborhood and my new Belle Mer home
