Building our home with Beazer overall was a good experience. So far, we are very happy with our home. Our electric bill for July was $159 for 3,000 square feet house. All the issues that we had so far were taken care of. I would definitely recommend Beazer to my friends.

The day we moved in we found out our builder left his position and many items in the home were not completed. We were assigned, like everyone else, to a new builder/manager. His name is Brett. We can only say it has been a blessing to have Brett. He is very professional, has a perfect personality for this job, is genuine, and when he says he is going to do something he does it. As of now, about 80% of the items on our punch list are completed. Now that things are getting done, we do love our home. I like the layout of the rooms. The house is well built. I had a couple of small problems when I first moved in, but they were taken care of immediately. I am so pleased with the buying experience with Beazer. They build good-quality homes, and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly and able to answer my questions and explain the process as we went along. I would definitely buy another Beazer home in the future!

Beazer has a pretty strong process and produces a quality home. They did a good job throughout the entire build of keeping me in the loop and trying to make sure I was happy. This was my first building experience and Beazer did a good enough job that I’m looking forward to doing it again one day.

The last month was really messy and rushed. The closing process was a hassle with the builders and I didn’t feel like they were transparent with us about how long it would take to close. Things were missing up until the last minute and I felt like we were rushed just to meet the end of the quarter numbers.

Beazer home customer service is good but construction quality is very poor . Found more than 13 problems when I got my home keys and took least 2 months to fix it .

There are multiple issues with house. I have to work with multiple vendors and several followups to get the things done. Not pleasant experience for new home buyers. Can you believe i have to reach regional director to get the work done? They just worried about closing house on hight price market not the quality of house.
