My husband and I started looking for a home back in September of 2020. We looked around at many new builds but we felt Beazer fit all the requirements we wanted. We are first time home buyers and we had no idea where to start with this process, luckily Dawn was very helpful and informed us on what to expect. Never did we feel misinformed or forgotten. She walked us through every single step and messaged us on any updates. During closing time we met the builders of our home and they walked us through every inch of our house. They let us know how things worked in there, what to watch out for, and where things were located. We absolutely love our new home!! Jeremy our builder’s agent was so nice and kind to my family when we moved here from other country he make us feel like family. Brett our builder is very impressive and rumour is that he is the top Beazer Builder. We had an easy walkthrough with no need for any touch up. We see Brett as our friend and he is always accessible if we have questions. Thank you and God Bless Beazer Homes!

They still have not promised fixing what they said they would take care of in April.

Mike white the project manager helped us with our new home. We had never built a home before and were lost. He also stayed with us through all issues and resolved them in a timely manner. Her is outstanding.

Looking for a home in the Las Vegas area I found these new homes. I really like the model it had everything I wanted. They had just started building them. One of the most important part was a community pool. Living I this area of the country you need a pool for the hot summers. This community will have over three homes when finished. They just started the pool It is way to small for a community this size. The pool will be smaller then some homes have in their yards. If I known this before I bought I would have not bought. I think anyone coming to look to buy here will see how small the pool is good luck selling. 300 homes with kids summers off no school its over 100 out side, where are those kids going to want to be. Is home ownership this easy and great? I should have done it earlier. Central to that were my interactions with Matt and Harry and their teams. They were attentive, informative, and caring. I would text them questions and get immediate replies. That is awesome customer arrived—- and rare! Thank you.

My entire experience from beginning to end was seamless. Process was easy, My new home sales Rep, Marie, was Awesome. We were kept informed ever step of the way. Our construction mgrs, Greg and Nino, met with us, answered our questions as well as concerns in a timely manner. We were previously renting and our lease was ending and everyone worked hard to get us into our new home in time and we are truly grateful. I have told all my friends and family and we highly recommend Beazar Homes.

The process from purchas to moving in was a great experience. I was kept informed and was aware of everything that was going on through email or by phone. Best experience I've had buying a home.

We love our new home!

We have a few issues with our home. We did not get to do a walk through when the walls were open, have a hole in concrete in one bedroom, walls painted with wrong paint. Landscaping looks terrible.

The house was rushed to be closed, many issues have occurred because of this. Warranty service was good at first but now I don’t hear anything back. Too many issues for a new house!

Everyone needs and deserves a sales consultant and company representative as good as Katie!

This is the home I’ve dreamed about for so long. I can’t say enough about the quality and craftsmanship of my new Beazer home. Michelle, my sales rep went above and beyond communicating with me every step of the way. I wasn’t always able to make it out to see my home while it was being built but Michelle sent me a video every week with all of the new progress and I cherish those memories to this day. Thank you Beazer team for all you do!

From our first contact with Jill in sales to contact with builders. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had three builders, Jason, Todd and Chris. All three kept us informed of our homes progress and answered any concerns or questions we had. Everyone works well as a team. We were living out of town and Jill sent us pictures of our homes progress. Our first builder, was transferred to another building site and Todd and his assistant, Kelly took over seamlessly. Todd, I believe went to work for a another company and Chris came in to wrap everything up. Chris made us very comfortable and addressed every concern and fixed the few things that needed attention. We are so pleased with our Beazer home. We heard so many horror stories from friends about their builder experiences that we were a little apprehensive about making the decision to build. We did not experience any of that. Post closure has been exemplary. Our builder is still making sure that every concern is addressed in a timely fashion, unlike other horror stories we heard from family and friends. Kudos to everyone at Beazer homes. We have an Excellent experience

Justin made the home buying process easy and was a joy to work with. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Harry made the walkthrough fun and entertaining and took care all of my concerns. Thanks for the help guys! Would recommend beazer!

From the housing counselors to the builders themselves, they did a wonderful job of responding to our questions, repairs. We were happy to move into our home, and after our move, we were impressed by their continued effort to attend to even the smallest of details. We were disappointed that we did not have initial pick over the custom choices of paints, flooring, carpets & cabinetry, and were a surprised by the the inexplicable increased price of the lot (even though the yard was smaller than the model and other houses), but are overall still satisfied.

The design of the home is outstanding and more than meet the needs and expectation of my family

There were unexplained delays, and communication was very poor. I had 4-5 project managers during the building process, so continuity was lacking. The finished house is nice on the inside, and so far, I’m pleased with the quality.

So far the house is structurally sound and highly energy efficient.

As a first time home buyer, Beazer made the process very easy and informative. My representative, Ali, communicated with me through every step of the way and worked to make sure every need was met as far as designing and building my home!
