I have had and still have warranty issues that seem to be resolved with excuses, and not results

Beazer has great floor plans that will meet the everyday life for your family needs. They build homes in great locations and utilize the space in the house really well. Janel was great throughout the home buying process and Keith kept the home building process on time without compromising quality. Bethany has been great as well working with us on any warranty items. She listens, follows up, and remains in constant communication with us when required. Beazer has a great quality product and value their word from start to finish. Thanks

The higher ups really went out of his way to make sure things got done.

Our entire experience from walking through models to getting advice about lenders to meetings with design center, pre-construction walk through and final walk through and signing/closing has been seemless. Everyone at Beazer has made us feel welcome. Thank you.

Handled my problem immediately and efficiently

Beazer Homes is the best.

Honestly the quality of this home is not great. The whole first floor flooded after we ran the dishwasher and have had a TIME with the warranty people trying to get everything fixed. This is our first home buying experience and it's been one catastrophe after another.

Our sales representative went out of her way to help us get into our new home. So very grateful!!!

Beazer at Mercer Crossing has provided excellent customer service throughout every step of the home building journey. We worked with Travis, Jay, and Robin throughout the process. We felt like the staff at Beazer genuinely wanted to see us happy with our investment and the build quality of the home. During the sales process, we never felt pushed into anything. During the build process, we were provided weekly updates. We did notice a few issues during this process, but they were quickly addressed once we brought it up. During the closing process, Beazer addressed all of our issues with the home that we noted. Some observations were addressed promptly after closing. After closing, I’ve filed a few warranty claims and all of our issues were promptly addressed. The sales professional that assisted us is amazing, Jarred was there all the time to answer our questions in a timely manner.

Beazer is easy to work with and excels in communicating with the buyer. I was always kept in the loop about what was happening.

My salesperson and builder were very professional and responded in a timely manner when I had any questions. I would definitely use Beazer again for my second home.

Dont know if its a good or bad decision to buy a townhome with Beazer. It all started with the signing of the initial documents, and the sales representatives were so rude that they do not care if you buy the home or not and they take advantage of the current sellers market. . Beazer do not care for their customers or hear their concerns. The quality of the project is so poor that on the first day of stepping into the house we got our downstairs flooded because of the construction debris that clogged the sewer system as it was not properly tested/inspected, and the water damaged 50% of our floor and we are still without our floor for the past 50days since the time of writing this review and Beazer do not compensate for the things they do and do not care about the people living here. This is an example of how Beazer reacts to their customers and takes care of their issues. During the course of our buying we had to deal with 3 builders and had to explain the issues all over to each one , which was really a pain as they change often and they postpone the closing dates without giving enough notice. The house was not cleaned, even after the closing was done and had to schedule the cleaning services after the move-in. The planning was so imperfect that they left the electric pedestal and cable connection (damaged) box right in front of our patio blocking our way of using the backyard and have been fighting to get these moved since the begining of the project. Last but not the least, overall the community is good and there are nice and helpful people all around. The builders, Rob, Bret, and Evan kept us informed about the progress of our beautiful home. Patti was available to answer questions and always available. The communication by all was excellent. Keep up the good work and work ethics.

Quick response to issues found

Kelly is great and will help you through the process. She has been by my families side even after we moved in. Make sure you get your warranty list going and turned in.
