Lot Premium Sham

I paid for a lot premium only to move into a poorly graded yard that doesn’t accommodate the buyer. The grading accommodated the storm drain which is directly included in my yard. I should not have to had paid for a lot premium due to not being able to fully enclose my yard. Brad and Elisa were absolutely great and wonderful to work with. Brad went above and beyond fixing the interior drywall issues that arose. I really feel like a fool for having to be responsible for landscaping over a steep slop. The sales person was very easy to work with and he was very knowledgeable about the home choices we were looking at. The builder kept us informed about all the steps that were occurring and how the schedule was going. closing walk through went very well and all concerns were addressed quickly.

Our experience with Beazer has been very stressful. During the building we had many issues that were both structural and cosmetic that I caught in time and had to argue to have fixed. Thank God I visited the site regularly and caught these things. During the wacky through we had tons of things that were to be fixed and 2 months later were still fighting to get those things completed. The first week there I decided to take a bath and ended up with water in my kitchen. The kick boards to my cabinets were pulled out in the kitchen and bathroom and they are still open! Multiple issues are been raised during final walk-thru but Beazer homes didn't consider as they need to get closing as soon as possible. I observe more than customer satisfaction-Beazer homes wants to hand-over to the home owner and wash the hands. After closing-now I am following up with Warranty team, no proactive response on the issues listed.

Every step of our Beazer home purchase went amazingly. Amidst the pandemic, they were still able to get materials, stay on time, keep us updated, and do awesome work. There were different trades who worked on different steps in the process, but what little things we found that needed to be amended were taken care of right away with the involvement of our foreman Jerry. Couldn’t be happier; we wake up in our dream home every day!

When we signed the contract, we were told we had to move quickly through design and then the new home kick-off. After our design appointment, it was almost one month before we had the initial home project kick-off. Project updates weren't as frequent as we expected. Our realtor had to reach out on a couple of occasions to get a status update. We found out there was an issue with our plot being filed incorrectly. Beazer not only builds high quality homes, they are also excellent to work with and address any issues that come up along the way. I have direct contact with anyone I might need to talk to, plus the weekly updates were surprising as other builders I've heard about never provide regular updates. You can tell Beazer actually cares about their service and product. I would 100% recommend Beazer to anyone.
