Sales team was great, but house was rushed to build. Had 2 water leaks in my first week in the house. I also have some flooring lifting upstairs. Quality is surely not a priority.

The buying portion was great. However, we have seen nothing but inconsistency from home to home, even the same model being built next to us isn’t done the same. It seems as though some folks are offered a ‘secret menu’ with different options that we wished we’d have known about while building. Very disappointing. We also figured out that your builder doesn’t care about any issues you have with your home once you’ve filled out a survey on how he did. We also were told we couldn’t adjust certain things, while the home next to us has those adjustments made to it, which is being built after our ...

My husband and I are first time homeowners. We moved into the community because it was close to the military base where my husband is stationed. However, from the get go there were issues delaying the house completion date making us close a week later then planned. The concrete has multiple cracks and the front of the house has a chunk missing which has still not been fixed. Cracks in the doorways were never fixed even though they were taped to be fixed, the plumbing was not hooked up under the kitchen sink and to the refrigerator causing a large puddle of water to pool upon move in, I am ...

Selling experience was good. Building guidance throughout the process is was average. The finish work on our home is terrible. During our final walk the home was practically pushed on us as the contractor said that we would find things overtime and he would address and fix them later. We have a list that keeps growing as we have found many mistakes made in the finish work. Bill has been great to work with and has assured us that he will get the items fixed. Thanks Bill!

I bought a beautiful model in a lovely Beazer neighborhood. Our sales experience was fantastic - everything upon inspection through the first 30 days has been a mess! Countless repairs required, broken (new) appliances, electrical issues all over the home, inconsistent follow up, weeks to complete repairs. It has been 45 days with several issues still not resolved. Shop your builder and get feedback on how they handle post move in issues!

Don’t get me wrong, the people I’ve dealt with associated with Beazer homes have been friendly, professional, and helpful with regard to the home buying process. However, upon purchasing the home, and after walkthroughs where we told that blemishes we observed would be fixed before we got the keys....didn’t get fixed before we got our keys. Since that time Beazer has outdone itself to ensure things we’ve noticed around the house are being fixed, but I feel that when you pay what these homes cost ($500k+) there shouldn’t be as many issues with a BRAND NEW build. Absolutely horrible to start with. had a small accident on the first day in house we’re looking for ice in the refrigerator. This was the new appliance provided by Beazer could not figure out it was useless and we found what they provided is a 20 2012 model in 2025 furthermore, the cooktop died in three days and they asked to call the customer care they picked up the call in three hours and they will come on December 2. I have bought several homes before including two new homes. But buying home from Beazer is the worst experience I have had. They rushed to build the homes with many problems including cracked sink and cracked tub and numerous other issues. The repair was slow and and I have to check with them multiple times to get it resolved. One repair issue was communicated almost two months ago and still didn't get resolved. I regret deeply buying home from Beazer Homes.! This is one of the biggest mistakes in my life.

My experience with Beazer Homes has been very challenging. My build was scheduled for six months but ultimately took 9.5 months. In the week prior to closing, Beazer attempted to complete two to three weeks’ worth of finish work in just a few days. On the day of closing, major components such as the gas meter and water softener were installed only hours before signing, leaving limited opportunity for complete system testing. Since moving in, I have identified more than 200 warranty items, several of which have prevented me from fully settling into my home even two months after closing. ...

From day one, this experience has been marked by deflection, evasion, and a clear imbalance of power. I wasn’t allowed to inspect the home before committing — issues like a cracked garage slab and mismatched fixtures were only visible through windows. David blocked walkthroughs, and when I canceled, Keith refused to commit to any timeline. Despite that, Beazer deposited my earnest money before the end of my 5-day review window — and then forced me to wait weeks for a refund based on non-existent contract clauses. After reluctantly restarting the process, things only got worse post-closing. ...

At Beazer Homes, our goal is always to ensure every homeowner feels supported from the contract through the closing and beyond. Your initial concerns you mentioned before closing, we understand you had questions about access and various construction items. Despite those concerns, we appreciate that you chose to move forward with the purchase. Since closing, our records indicate that our customer care team has actively worked with you to address your submitted requests, including HVAC and appliance concerns. Our field teams and trade partners, including Whirlpool and HVAC technicians, have responded to your reported items and, in some cases, confirmed that the systems are performing within expected specifications. That said, we respect that your expectations may differ, and we’re sorry that our resolutions have not met your satisfaction.
