It was great experience from the beginning to the end.

Overall, very happy with our home and glad we purchased with beazer. However, days after closing we noticed quite a few items that need to be addressed and am still waiting for a call to be returned. Jeff and Angelo were very pleasant to work with.

The buying process was extremely pleasant due to the professional service of representatives. The attention to higher quality details on the house surpasses the expectations and we bought new houses in the past. The designer in design center, Troy is very helpful with insights and advices. He knew what I wanted to achieve exactly. Every step and stage were pleasant. For us, there was no stress from beginning to the end. Even after moving in, the warranty service was exemplary. I could not find any complaints at all with these people.

The purchase process was fantastic.  The sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable. But less than 2 weeks after we got the keys there was water intrusion in the Master Bedroom.  The repairs including mold removal took over 2 weeks done by about 20 people.  This caused delays and massive interuptions to our moving-in plans. Plus there's the nagging fear that there are other damages hiding between the walls.

Always had the answers to our questions and provided great service! Thank you for making our first home buying experience one to remember!

As a first time home buyer going with Beazer was a smooth process. They give all the updates you need to know as a buyer and take you a step at a time.

Multiple pieces of work were completed much after I moved in. During the building process i noticed that many of the studs were cracked all through and the earlier builder (first of 3) told me those would be replaced. I was later told that the cracked studs do not impact the main structure...my question was why put damaged studs, no replacements done. Some of the doors are not aligned correctly, this is quality control The painting job wasn't good, 2 months after moving in i am still noticing color differences. This may be minor to the management, but is poor quality to the end user. If such was the "attention to detail", then i wonder what else is quality challenged and is not visible to me? ... More

LB and Joe were there with us every step of the way. We had an unusual situation and they were always on our side. To say we appreciate them is an understatement. Please make sure they know how much we think of them, their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend Beazer Homes because of LB & Joe!

Loved working with Lisa! She walked us through the whole process and was always available to answer our questions. After moving in, we have found the response on claims submitted to be very slow. Would appreciate having any claims responded to more efficiently.

Being a first time home buyer I was pretty nervous to say the least. I knew nothing about buying a home or the process of buying a new constitution home. The sales staff was extremely helpful answering all of my questions and the builder was more than happy to walk me through the building process. I now have an amazing place to call home. Thank you!!

Beazer Homes- Very Excellent

My husband and I have built 2 custom homes and 2 production homes. We entered into this process with Beazer with some baggage. :) Our salesman was Abe. He was fantastic! He guided us through the process, kept us informed about progress and even sent us pictures of our home as it was going up. Jeff was our construction supervisor. He was amazing! Detailed, knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and super available. My husband and I would drive up to see the progress on the house every weekend. When we would see an issue or have a question, my husband could not wait until Monday. He would immediately text Jeff. Graciously, Jeff did not block our calls:) He patiently answered each question and addressed each issue. The closing was on a date certain. This is a new experience for me. The final numbers were available well in advance of closing. They were accurate and did not change. The closing agency was efficient and made good use of our time. After closing, Jeff addressed all issues on our "10 day list" and handed us off to Carlos. When we called about a warranty issue, Carlos told us how to report them going forward and came by to give us written instructions. Everyone involved in this process as been remarkable.
