The Beazer representative was one of the best, she always kept us informed and when there were some speed bumps along the way, she was always an advocate for our best interest.

Great experience. Builders did a thorough walk through.

The finishing of the house is a bit suspect. I’d like to believe that Beazer would do much better than expected and I’m the only one. I’m some instances I can clearly see that quality of the finishing has been compromised. It isn’t big but maybe just cosmetic changes but give you a felling of ‘cutting corners’

The home was beautiful and I absolutely LOVE it. I just feel like the work can be done neater and should be focused on a lot more by the construction workers.

Overall, wonderful job. Just some minor issues, that I can fix. I wish I could have the specifics of the carpet/ paint so I can easily replace.

Thankful for the Beazer Team, especially our Superintendent Troy! We were shocked to be moved in 5 months after with picked our lot. Though it was quick, the quality is great! We used a 3rd party inspector through out the build and got very little back-- they corrected all issues. Troy was amazing at delivering service and communicated with us weekly and every time we reached out. The design center was fun and the staff was super helpful on picking out items/style. We are very satisfied and would do the process all over again! I only gave 4 stars because I felt like the upgrades were a overpriced and EVERYTHING is an upgrade. Also, communication with our salesman was a little rocky but we just relied on Troy, if needed. Again, we are very satisfied/happy and would build another Beazer home! ... More

We enjoyer new home very much.

I wish we had bigger bedrooms though and light bulb in the bedrooms. The kitchen is gorgeous and it's a three story home, so I will get my steps in!

Well designed house

Beazer has a good purchasing method that makes buying and financing very easy. They provide you with Financing options that compete to give you the best interest rate. I just wish they will improve their Master bath designs and their choice of light switches, on most of their floor plans, otherwise they build very energy efficient homes.

So far everything has been great. The service request I have called in, have been scheduled for a month out (which seems to be a lot of time for a new home repair). There was an improper drainage system put in the side yards, so they constantly flood and are a MUD PIT full of mosquitos. The grass can’t grow. Really disappointed that if you are going to put homes this close together, the least you could do is make sure the shaded side yards aren’t flooding and muddy.

The process was as smooth as can be with the exception of Covid making some of the processes that you usually get to experience with a new build a little different. When going to the design center definitely have a plan on what are the must have upgrades. It’s really easy to get carried away with upgrades. If you can install some of the things yourself for example the ceiling fans, garage door opener and kitchen faucet you can definitely save some money there. The walk through before getting the house definitely be as picky as you can. It is a new build. It’s not gonna be perfect but it should be move in ready. Definitely look at the exterior of the house like the stucco. Our interior doors did not close well. I had to counter sink the door knob assembly so it wouldn’t rub on to the door frame. We have no cold water. I asked the builder and it’s something the city has to fix. I guess the city doesn’t want to put chillers to cool the water. Check the tile for cracks and the grout for holes or air bubbles. The things I mentions are all cosmetic things that are easy fixes and shouldn’t discourage you to check Beazer out. All in all my wife and I are really happy with our new home. The builders Gabe and Chris were awesome to work with and very understanding. Still waiting on cabinet door that has a scratch in it. Also just had to pick up all the trash left around the dumpster because I’m tired of all the trash in my yard. As for the house I’m very happy with it. And extremely satisfied with the staff. I would buy another home from Beazer any day.

The process went well.

My buying experience with Beezer was most pleasant since everyone I came in contact with, from the lady at first contact in the sales office, the gentleman who I went through the loan process with and included the man with whom I did my final walk through were all very knowledgeable, helpful and amicable people. Again, all in all an excellent buying experience.

Overall the Buying experience with Beazer was good but had some bad experience with Design studios.

I have told everyone I know about my experience with Beazer homes that is looking to buy a home. They help with getting what i needed as far as a home that fits my family and also have you try different lenders so that I would get the best deal. We enjoy the quality craftsmanship of our home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Not too happy with the new neighbors who have at least five vehicles parked everywhere...

We have electrical problems, scratched grainet in the main bathroom. we have a broken cabinet door plus trash blowing up in our yard from the construction site. The Landscaping is getting worse in the neighborhood.

My overall experience with buying through Beazer was really good. But it doesn’t matter how much you spend there are still flaws. So far customer service has fixed my problems. I look forward to the area being completed and really look forward to the community fire pit we will have. Few things I would of liked to see was outlets in the living area floor. Pocket door on main bathroom. Main door has to be closed to open closet door. Love my layout and my sunroom.

Nice place to live in, build quality is good.

Everything was great except the salesperson was unprofessional who yells on customers.

We have several issues that haven’t been fixed for over a month since moving in.
