Makes sure what you need and what you don't need, Beazer Homes not flexible at all

Awesome floor plan and great house for the money. My only wish is they would have paid a little more attention to the little details a little better to make it a 5 star home. Great to work with.

This is my 2nd time building with Beazer. Overall the process is easy and the houses are built to satisfaction. My only complaint this time around is that the model we chose had two lights that instead.of being part of the build and installed were only roughed in. It's in my opinion that all lighting should have fixtures installed during building. I understand roughing in fans, but not lighting.

The process was smoth and quick, the house was ready on time and I didn’t have any problems or delate on the closing process

A troubled start, as Beazer gave up the sale, but after interference from our broker, the work was completed on time, with a good finish and support from the builder! We are satisfied and happy because we paid the fair price for an excellent house.

Beazer has a great homes, employees, and service....but has some vendors, mainly one, the security people that like lying and taking advantage of new homeowners. I don’t understand how such a good company likes to be associated with such a company that admits to ripping people off.

Good except since I was living in SA buying here felt a bit diconnected from knowing what I could upgrade or design differently the day I moved into the house it was dirty sawdust on the floor and very dusty doors and counter tops and paint on the floor no welcome like a dusty welcome

Build Quality of the home is good but basically make sure you have right contacts with the builder and meet the builder regularly and enquire about the updates in a timely fashion

Our experience with Beazer homes was good overall. At the start of the home buying process and during the home material selection process we were held up and ran into a few snags and lack of communication from Beazer's end. Beazer, however recognized these issues and did their best to try and work with us in a way that could rectify the issues.

We are still having tile cracking in the kitchen but builder will take care of once the home settals.

The staff was very helpful during the whole process and took time to answer my questions. My builder did a great job of building my house and fixing any issues that came up. During the closing process there were a few hiccups with the mortgage choice process, but the staff in the leasing office worked hard to resolve the issues with their system.

Seems like buying a new home is more difficult than buying a second hand home.

You need used better painting for the house

Had a nice experience with Beazer Homes purchasing new built home. Well informed and co-ordinated. Could be better with the options in Design Studio and they could have suggested more useful option items bit more in detail, so the buyer can understand how important the options are. Overall a good builder :)

I love the neighborhood and it’s close proximity to the city and all the retail I need.

Kitchen sliding mesh had damage, brought it to notice while new home walk in. Not fixed yet.

Smooth process, good customer service, friendly staff.

Great, fast build! Everyone was really friendly and easy to work with. Scheduling went well about 90% of the time. The only issue we had was that we were not told that a garage door opener did not come standard in the house until we were in our second to last walk through. Otherwise no issues with our home!

Helpful and responsive sale and builder staff

I thought the home was very well built and I have nothing to say but good things about construction, but they did not take into consideration the clay soil and appropriately add addition top soil so it would help absorb Water. Excavation and landscaping is horrible. Our property has not dried out since we have taken possession on September 27. I believe additional drainage is needed or it will never dry out.

Marie was so helpful and super nice. Very patient with us. Always available and happy to help. Very happy with the home and the way everything turned out. However, I have been trying since October to get a hold of our HOA. Absolutely no response from any of my e-mails nor phone calls. I sent in paper work in order to get our Lania approved and today is November 20th and I am still not sure what's the status. I have also discovered that other community members are also unhappy with our HOA. They are experiencing the same issue of no one ever returning calls or e-mails. Overall experience was very good with project manager Johnathan. He was responsive and kept us in the loop in everything as it was progressing which was very important to us since we were doing this from out of state. Kathryn has been very timely and responsive on the finishing touches that were needed after closing. Very happy with our home and the area. We’ve recommended to others looking to relocate.
