The home buying process was actually easier then anticipated. I love the fact of a walk-thru of the property month in advance.

Perhaps my perception of buying a new home was that all agreed would be ready before the final walk prior to closing. However, it was not the case for us but Beazer has done what they can to close out the open items within short amount of time. My suggestion to all buyers is to ensure that you frequently visit your home during the build and look thru your contract to ensure all agreed buy you and the builder has been done. We did a home inspection and it was good as there were a few items that needed to be adjusted, replaced and fixed. Another area to ensure is that the remains of excess material are accounted during your final walk, as this was a disappointment to see that some materials in our home were missing after close. Overall, the people at Beazer who I worked with were friendly ,professional and definitely cared enough to go the extra mile in trying to satisfied the homeowner. House is great, there are some repair issues as expected. Response from Beazer and Carl (warranty) has been good. The contractors selected to do those repairs have ot responded with urgency that I expected. Multiple phone calls were required to them to get action. We still haven't heard back from 84 lumber after several attempts.

The service of the salesman, head of construction and follow up customer service is good. Sub-par on the quality on some of the materials and sub-contract work. Many bowed walls and rough/poorly done drywall jobs. Stairs are a mess from chips/dents ruined during construction and filled in with wood filler.

Sales and closing process was excellent. Walk thru and final finishes was good. Still have minor issues in master bath that needs fixing. Overall a happy transaction.

Sales and PM (Kathleen and Chad) were fantastic. We felt the house closing was really pressured and it lead to multiple rework. We feel it is not fair to put our PM in that situation. To this day we have delightful conversations with both Kathleen and Chad. They were great.

Overall experience was good with Beazer however, Christopher our builder was rude to my wife and father in law when conducting walk throughs. This business should be all about customer service and he should keep that in mind.

Builder's staff was friendly, communicative, and provided information of the entire building and purchase process. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Beazer homes are most affordable and the quality is great. Throughout the entire process the people who I have worked with have been more than kind. From the salesman, to the design center, to the construction manager-everything was a wonderful experience and I couldn’t be any happier with my first home experience.

Energy star effecient and floor plan is great. It is hard to find a 3 car garage in a single story house. Just make sure to ask which one is upgrade and which one is standsrd. Over all very happy with our purchase.

The staff were/are wonderful to work with and you can tell they truly care. A special shout out to Josh and Lorin for their help and dedication. Great experience.

I like my Beazer Home although it had just a few hiccups but they was fixed in a timely manner and we have enjoyed it ever since.

Landscaping especially sod and leveling of yard still needs work.Still have drainage issues

new condo in this area. It took 5 months as it was new construction but the sales staff was courteous and kept us informed.

Beaver homes are well built with great insulation. Adding only their additional options, because these are not "custom homes". as I was told more than once, limits the purchaser to add-ons that they make available at their price in the show room. Subsequently, expect to pay more than you might initially anticipate. Or, wait until after closing and DIY.

The Beazer Greenwich floor plan with a sunroom, loft and basement is a very nice plan. We love the layout and use of the space. The building process was a little challenging and took longer than anticipated due mainly to availability of skilled labor. As a result we had to move in without a yard or any exterior caulk or paint. Quality is average with a few issues we had to call to their attention, which they resolved, but you have to be there to catch these.

Even though there are some minor build quality issues, the overall experience has been very good so far.

This is the recent home i bought with beazer and from sales to the service person everyone was prompt and easy to access. I am able to get a very nice house with all my features

I bought a home because of the price and the housing market. I was a first time home buyer and the price of this home was great. Features are great, my power bill is efficient.

Nice people, nice house. Love the lot and location. At first, hated the woodwork in closets, pantry and laundry - but now love the fact they will serve us well until we're able to upgrade those areas. So my only lasting disappointment was learning that, although we selected a certain kitchen design (about a $2,300 upgrade), there was (later) an additional cost of about $1,900 added on. Not happy about that.

This builder is quick! our home was completed a month sooner than expected

The Beazer family is a great group to work with. Tom was a real asset to whole process. We had a great experience with the purchase and during the building process. Things moved along very well and quickly. However after moving in and getting settled there are some issues. The grout that is used in the home is a sanded grout which tends to crack and deteriorate over time faster than unsanded. The drywall team does quick work but leaves room for error that have to be address later. I would advise home buyer to not rush the process but to allow the home to set and settle after the new construction so that you can truly see the imperfections in the craftsmanship. Now would I buy a Beazer home again? MOST DEFINITELY. Despite the issue we have had it is a great home and awesome floor plan. I would want more time to monitor the workmanship that is done and ask for better produces to be used. It's not a million dollar home but it is my home ... More

We love our new home. It was the right decision to build since we were living 800 miles away and we were unable to view new homes as they came on the market. However, we do have a few comments about the process. We feel that we the final stretch to finish and close on the house was rushed. We had plenty of time to make sure that everything was complete and done right, but because the builder wanted to close by a certain date, the final product showed a lack of attention to detail. Areas of Paint, trimwork and grout showed sloopy craftmenship. There were two very visable broken cabinets that were repaired after occupancy. A design detail that we find disturbing is that the vanity in the full bathroon is too big for the space. It is too tight to the comode. The toilet paper roll is right against you when you are seated. There is plenty of room where a smaller cabinet and sink should have been specified for a better fit. Bringing this to the builders attention, we were told that; it is to spec, we signed off on it and it cant be changed. In summary, these issues, except for the sink, are minor and can be easily corrected. We love our new home and we are looking forward to many happy and satisfied years in Cameron Village. ... More

As with any new home, some building glitches will occur. So far, Beazer has gotten right on setting them right and hope they continue to do so during the warantee period.

If you’re looking for a home buying experience to be perfect I hate to break it to you it doesn’t exist. That being said beaded did a wonderful job from beginning to end. Plus after we moved in if there’s any issues we just go online with our problem and it’s taken care of right away. We did a lot of looking And again glad we chose Beazer. The room options and the options at the design center are great , Love my 15 foot sliding glass door .
