Everyone we dealt from the purchase to the closing made everything seamless. After closing our builder took the time to help us with some of the small issues we had and was very prompt to follow up.

Our experience with Beazer homes has been great. From the start with touring the models to the design meeting over zoom to the weekly picture updates to the final product. I like that when I called the builder he seemed honest and true when answering my questions. During the walk through he pointed out more things ha than me that they should improve before move in.

For the most part, My experience was good. A few issues were (1) lack of design options (2) turnover in project managers although they were all very nice (3) the biggest complaint is getting my mail and the central mailbox situation. I’m still not getting my mail almost 60 days after closing. They are trying to save money installing central mail center instead of mailboxes at everyone’s home. I don’t live in an apartment community and we should have a mailbox in front of our home. Coordination with the post office has been a nightmare that still is ongoing.

Truthfully, I wasn't quite ready to buy. I needed a few more months to get everything together to be in a position to make the purchase. But, we loved the home. Beazer was willing to wait for us, after we made our deposit to reserve the home, and that flexibility made all of the difference for us (of course, the wait time wasn't unreasonable either). Additionally, for each walk-through and our after-closing meet-ups, there was tremendous flexibility in timing, which I needed with my job. With Beazer, there just seemed to be an ever-present desire to make it all work out!

The team at Beazer did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process from the time we stepped into the model home to today now that we are in the home. They are as responsive now as they were at the start.

Great home buying experience and all the. Easer team from start to finish were very helpful all along the way.

From the first time we walked into the sales office to the day our house closed, the Beazer team was there to answer questions and address our concerns. Every Beazer team member we dealt with through the entire build process was professional and knowledgeable.

Plenty of layouts to choose from, and I love their elevation options. Relatively easy process of buying for first time homebuyers. Structurally sound home.

First time buying a brand new build. While nervous and completely uneducated in the process, Gabe S was there every step of the way to help educate and ease my fears. He answered all my questions in great detail, his knowledge is fantastic! Construction sites were impressively clean at all times! As we know Covid has given everyone a few set backs , but even with this virous my build managed to stay on track. Inevitably things happened, a few after closing and repairs needed to be done. I knew going into this that it may be the case. The Beazer Care team has worked well with me to complete each task. Bob in sales kept me updated in the progress with weekly pictures. Thanks Beazer!!! We had a great experience with Beazer. I am very happy with the workmanship and final product received. Beazer was very pro-active on getting all issues resolved that were noticed on pre-inspection walk through prior to closing.

The home was delivered in timely manner with all the points checked, awesome job is done by the team.

Don’t trust what any sales person tells you !!!!!! Always I mean always make sure you have everything that is being told to you is in writing. It can be the smallest thing. Because at the end since they are not the ones investing the money time and effort into your home they don’t care .. That goes from the sales person , manager and VP!!! Make sure to ask questions about what all is standard and what all is an upgrade because somehow they feel you should know all this as if you work there and it’s your full time job .

Excellent assistance from Beazer staff.Every one was most helpful and we did not feel pressured at any point. Our home was built to our specification and we are very pleased with our experience with Beazer!!!

Beazer is well insulated well made and above all affordable. We’ve experienced integrity of both the Builder and Seller. Micah was very upfront and open for communication same with Turqouise. Our home is exactly what we expected. Thanks to Beazer and the staff.

I'm disappointed that no one at Beazer will fix the items that were wrong with the house when we purchased it. The fixes are very small, and Beazer promised to do so, but months later they still haven't done so.

Great experience with assistance from Jackie Lopez. She was overall very helpful.
