Beazer was not ready to close on the date they set and my first review right after closing showed horrible marks they had earned and I still feel a certain person should be fired. After close, a Sr. Director of Purchasing, Planning and Development and the Warranty Manager for my area took over. THEY WERE WONDERFUL! They fixed everything and even were finding things that needed to be fixed that my untrained eye would not find! My home now looks better than imagined. I moved from a larger and supposedly higher end builder to a Beazer property, but now I feel like I truly upgraded. We cannot ...

The quality of the building materials and workmanship were grade A! The superb sales associate, LK and project manager, SC kept me in the loop on everything happening (and not happening) in our weekly meetings from inception to closing. It was nice experience right from the builder to sales person ,the only drawback is the choice of lenders and their lack of responses for enquiry we had .Therefore had to go with lender who responded promptly .

He was also very patient in answering all of the many questions that I had. Ted even went the extra mile by providing weekly updates regarding the progress of the construction. From the housing counselors to the builders themselves, they did a wonderful job of responding to our questions, repairs. We were happy to move into our home, and after our move, we were impressed by their continued effort to attend to even the smallest of details. We were disappointed that we did not have initial pick over the custom choices of paints, flooring, carpets & cabinetry, and were a surprised by the the inexplicable increased price of the lot (even though the yard was smaller than the model and other houses), but are overall still satisfied.

We have had a drawer in the kitchen break. Vents were not put on straight. The doors did not fit right. Had a hole in the bathtub. Overall the workers building the house had no pride in their work.

Larry, the construction manager modified the schedule to meet the availability of materials. Brittany, the design person was awesome, helping us in making intelligent decisions. The hone looks great. Rachael, who oversees warranty issues and questions after move-in, has been our advocate. These three make a great team. We are enjoying our home!

We love our new home! Val was amazing! She has helped us a lot all through out the process and has shown concern and reliability since Day 1. The thing that disappointed us though were the overall finish of the house. There were areas that need paint touch ups, caulk was not done properly, stains on the bath tub and on the floor, electrical wiring issues etc. We cannot blame our construction manager as he just took over the whole process near closing and he did try his best to deliver and make us happy before we close. Amazing First-Home Experience

Beazer built us a very wonderful home, even with the supply and labor shortages. We love everything about the house and the quality seems fantastic, compared to most other home builders in the same price-range. My only disappointment was with the lawn that was provided; there are a lot of areas that I need to repair/rebuild. Despite that, they have provided a very pleasant home and experience. We recommend them to everyone.

Since the first day we were interested building with Beazer the sales rep (new home consultant) was super informative and promptly answered our questions and concerns. Following going under contract, our builder became our primary contact and was very receptive of our concerns that arose and promptly addressed them. We found our house the same day we started our hunt. Lisa was very helpful and did her best not to rush us even though it was a crunch time situation to make a decision in this market. When we did our final walk through we felt rushed or that some of our concerns weren’t a big deal.
