My home was delivered very clean, was built with a high attention to detail, the closing process was flawless, and the Reserve at Pradera neighborhood is a great place to live. Thank you Beazer Homes!

So far everything has been great. The service request I have called in, have been scheduled for a month out (which seems to be a lot of time for a new home repair). There was an improper drainage system put in the side yards, so they constantly flood and are a MUD PIT full of mosquitos. The grass can’t grow. Really disappointed that if you are going to put homes this close together, the least you could do is make sure the shaded side yards aren’t flooding and muddy.

Starting from foundation, everything used in construction was poor quality. All vendors (plumbing, electrician, painter, construction) were cheapest possible who does not do work properly. Leaks, and mold in new home. They cut the corners even to save penny. I would not buy again from Beazers when it is charging top dollars. Sales team does not stand up to the mark once contract is signed. They try to steal all promised credits, and run away from resolving any issue. They keep threatening customers with penalty if house is not closed on set date by them. Few Beazer personnels are good but they have to forego quality because no one in management care quality and customer satisfaction except in company's logo tag line. Worst thing was that whole crawl space had water, and just to get city inspection passed they put vapor barrier overnight without drying up the space which lead mold. They ended sod (grass) 10 feets before property line saying it is tree conservation area which was not true. They installed sod later. They don't read manufacturer requirements and installed hood smaller than gas stove size. The exhaust cannot throw all heat if all gas stoves are on. When pointed with proper documentation from manufacturer, response was that this is how it is in other house, and no justification why is it correct. They know how to push homeowner once contract is signed, and finally got me to close on this low quality house. My advice to future homeowners is to hire good inspector, and put your foot strong. The buying process was good , quick, and personal. The choice of lenders made the process much easier. The house was complete before the schedule date. We love our new house.

My husband and I bought our first home from Beazer during COVID. It was a simple and stress free process, and they were so kind and helpful! We were so impressed and so thankful. There were a couple very small things that needed to be fixed right when we moved in, and they did 90% of them immediately. Eventually, the response time and follow through dropped off, which was a bit of a bummer. But everything that needed to be done got done, and we love our home! We would recommend Beazer to anyone - good quality and good service!

This is the place to buy!! The staff is amazing. The builder, Kevin, is VERY knowledgeable and makes your whole building process stress free and fun. Maria in the office keeps you up to date on progress and stays ahead of the curve. The beautiful lake is just about complete and what a view it is!!

I would like to mention what an outstanding experience I received. Clearly, there are many challenges during these unprecedented times. Trade availability and Covid disruptions have made building homes quite a challenge. The Beazer team remained in communication through all of their challenges. When building a home you will have items that require correction and the Beazer staff stayed on top of them!! Way to persevere Beazer Team! I recommend this builder to anyone looking for a new home!!

My family and I recently purchased a Beazer Home and couldn’t be happier! The quality of workmanship is second to none, and the professionals working for Beazer are just as great! From the construction crews working job-stop to the outstanding office/sales personnel, everyone I’ve come in contact with at any level has been very kind, respectful, and professional in every aspect. These folks CLEARLY love their jobs and who they work for which is shown by their actions and a testament to the overall great quality that IS Beazer Homes.

The process was as smooth as can be with the exception of Covid making some of the processes that you usually get to experience with a new build a little different. When going to the design center definitely have a plan on what are the must have upgrades. It’s really easy to get carried away with upgrades. If you can install some of the things yourself for example the ceiling fans, garage door opener and kitchen faucet you can definitely save some money there. The walk through before getting the house definitely be as picky as you can. It is a new build. It’s not gonna be perfect but it should be move in ready. Definitely look at the exterior of the house like the stucco. Our interior doors did not close well. I had to counter sink the door knob assembly so it wouldn’t rub on to the door frame. We have no cold water. I asked the builder and it’s something the city has to fix. I guess the city doesn’t want to put chillers to cool the water. Check the tile for cracks and the grout for holes or air bubbles. The things I mentions are all cosmetic things that are easy fixes and shouldn’t discourage you to check Beazer out. All in all my wife and I are really happy with our new home. The builders Gabe and Chris were awesome to work with and very understanding. Selling experience was good. Building guidance throughout the process is was average. But the main reason I’m giving a 2 star rating on a respectable and reputable builder as Beazer is for the poor quality finish. We are happy for our beautiful home but extremely disappointed by the quality given in such a costly house.

Dalton and Joel did a great job during every step of the sales and construction process. The design center experience was fun and not nearly as stressful as we imagined. We love our home, and appreciate the ease of the process. This is my third new construction home, by far the best experience thanks to awesome team.

Still waiting on cabinet door that has a scratch in it. Also just had to pick up all the trash left around the dumpster because I’m tired of all the trash in my yard. As for the house I’m very happy with it. And extremely satisfied with the staff. I would buy another home from Beazer any day.

I love this location, I chose the Brightwood model for the main floor living. The views from the windows are probably the best in Potomac Shores! However, as this may be one of Beazer's largest floor plans in Potomac Shores, not enough thought was given to create better options to utilize the space, I have a laundry closet, the smallest pantry, and there are literally three doors in my bathroom. I have lots of ideas to use this space better, like perhaps moving the laundry room to the basement to open up pantry space on the main level. Also, I love the master bathtub, but there could have been a better location which would give me more counter space as oppose to two separate sinks. During COVID-19 this experience was definitely not what I expected. There are several areas which need updating, the workmanship wasn't too great, The appearance of paint over debris, and windows we can't open because the screens don't keep the bugs out. Also I have to pay to have the sump pump drain routed underground due to the water pooling in the back yard creating a swamp. Also, the flooring was installed and not leveled, so that had to be corrected. Beazer has a very good reputation for building a solid product, which is why I chose this builder. I would be glad to speak to someone about the Brightwood design. This home is filled with space that could be better utilized. Had I seen this model before purchasing, I may have asked for some changes. That said I am getting adjusted to the newness of the home and working with the onsite reps to have repairs addressed. ... It’s been a difficult time to be honest moving into the home. A lot of little things I had to do. But Cathy made the move in experience so much easier! She is the only reason I did not cancel and go for another house elsewhere. Through yeh Covid she made life so much easier. After move in, it’s been difficult but Jays amazing customer service helped us stay positive and he’s gone out of his way to insure we are happy. I would give Prime HOA a 1 Star but the experience was made much easier due to Cathy and jays hard work!

I am elated because my wife is elated. We were able to design the house from the exterior brick to the cabinet doors. The experience and the staff were great.

We have had many issues with communication betweent BEazer and myself or my husband. We have issues with our sod has been ruined by a trade partner, and we are waiting on someone to tell us when it will be fixed. We had multiple issues trying to prepare for closing, and our dates were moved, after being told they would not move and were set in stone. Additionally, we had an issue with our front door, that finally arrived. The painter for Beazer did a much less than stellar job on the door, and even got paint on the floor. We have had many conversations about this, only to be told that i now need to submit a warranty claim. We are getting no return phone calls, emails or texts. ... More
