I love this location, I chose the Brightwood model for the main floor living. The views from the windows are probably the best in Potomac Shores! However, as this may be one of Beazer's largest floor plans in Potomac Shores, not enough thought was given to create better options to utilize the space, I have a laundry closet, the smallest pantry, and there are literally three doors in my bathroom. I have lots of ideas to use this space better, like perhaps moving the laundry room to the basement to open up pantry space on the main level. Also, I love the master bathtub, but there could have been a better location which would give me more counter space as oppose to two separate sinks. During COVID-19 this experience was definitely not what I expected. There are several areas which need updating, the workmanship wasn't too great, The appearance of paint over debris, and windows we can't open because the screens don't keep the bugs out. Also I have to pay to have the sump pump drain routed underground due to the water pooling in the back yard creating a swamp. Also, the flooring was installed and not leveled, so that had to be corrected. Beazer has a very good reputation for building a solid product, which is why I chose this builder. I would be glad to speak to someone about the Brightwood design. This home is filled with space that could be better utilized. Had I seen this model before purchasing, I may have asked for some changes. That said I am getting adjusted to the newness of the home and working with the onsite reps to have repairs addressed. ... Great service during a very challenging time, builder kept us updated and was always there when we needed him

It’s been a difficult time to be honest moving into the home. A lot of little things I had to do. But Cathy made the move in experience so much easier! She is the only reason I did not cancel and go for another house elsewhere. Through yeh Covid she made life so much easier. After move in, it’s been difficult but Jays amazing customer service helped us stay positive and he’s gone out of his way to insure we are happy. I would give Prime HOA a 1 Star but the experience was made much easier due to Cathy and jays hard work!

I am elated because my wife is elated. We were able to design the house from the exterior brick to the cabinet doors. The experience and the staff were great.

We have had many issues with communication betweent BEazer and myself or my husband. We have issues with our sod has been ruined by a trade partner, and we are waiting on someone to tell us when it will be fixed. We had multiple issues trying to prepare for closing, and our dates were moved, after being told they would not move and were set in stone. Additionally, we had an issue with our front door, that finally arrived. The painter for Beazer did a much less than stellar job on the door, and even got paint on the floor. We have had many conversations about this, only to be told that i now need to submit a warranty claim. We are getting no return phone calls, emails or texts. ... More

Beautiful home but the icing on the cake is after the final sale when Beazer did a fantastic job refinishing the front porch. Great craftsmanship, communication, and ultimate product. Grateful for you and your top notch subcontractors.

It’s been only less than two months and I can see cracks on concrete and paint.Beazers customer service is good but they should use quality material to avoid this issues.Overall I am little disappointed with the house.

Only been 2 weeks since move in. Everything is good so far

Allowed me to move in with no working oven. Refuses to take accountability and replace it. I had to put up my own Welcome Home sign and was handed my keys and basically that was it. For first time home buyer I would go somewhere else.

Our overall experience from beginning to end with our Sales Representative, Designer, Builder, Lender and Closing Coordinator was fantastic. There are always going to be "things" that come up when you are building a home in the elements with human hands. At the end of the day what spoke volumes to us, was how well Beazer handled each situation. Our builder in particular, was very knowledgeable and patient with us as he managed, and helped us navigate, the construction process.

We love our Beazer Brazos Model home in Union Park. We moved from Connecticut and we were looking for a place in move-in conditions. Our new house is perfect and has everything we wanted and more. I am in love with the high ceiling and windows in the living room. Is like living outdoors . We were able to close in 2 weeks and move quickly into our new home thanks to the Beazer team. Every question and requests were taking care timely by the Beazer team.

We are very pleased with our experience buying a house with Beazer Homes. We started looking for houses and inquired with Beazer Homes just before March of this year. From start to finish, everything went smoothly on their end. Sure, there were some bumps in the road due to the COVID-19 global pandemic and the struggles we endured selling our San Diego home- we almost backed out of our Beazer home for that sole reason. However, they really worked with us and were the most understanding, helpful, and patient team. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Super happy with my dream home.

Chad, Matt, and Angelo have been great! They attended to all issues I had/have! My wife and I are very pleased with how we’ve been serviced thus far! Quality of the home, paint job to be more specific, did not meet my expectations. I opted for the upgrade in paint, but now wish I would’ve stayed w their base and just have someone else come out and put better quality paint on.

My buying experience with Beezer was most pleasant since everyone I came in contact with, from the lady at first contact in the sales office, the gentleman who I went through the loan process with and included the man with whom I did my final walk through were all very knowledgeable, helpful and amicable people. Again, all in all an excellent buying experience.

As a first time homebuyer the process was smooth. The builder not only did two walk throughs but showed me how my home works and gave tips on how to maintain my new property. The home is beautiful and cost efficient.

Beazer home is great builder that why this is my second home I buy from Beazer excellent choice

Overall the Buying experience with Beazer was good but had some bad experience with Design studios.

From the initial showing to the signing of the contract, my buying experience was smooth and effortless. I love my new home and am looking forward to seeing the completed subdivision.
