Its ok . not a great experience.

Beazer completed built with great quality ontime as they promised. My builder and Sales Person were amazing and they gave me regular updates on my house construction.

I have told everyone I know about my experience with Beazer homes that is looking to buy a home. They help with getting what i needed as far as a home that fits my family and also have you try different lenders so that I would get the best deal. They are helpful with all the questions we had as this was our second time buying a home. Their homes have great quality and friendly staff to help with all our needs. Make sure you get prequalified so you know what kind of home is in your budget. Then get a good realtor that is helping get the right fit for your family. So far loving my house

This is a superb quality build. The townhome is solid, well insulated, sound proof, temperature controlled, i.e. when windows and doors are closed there is no awareness of heat or cold from the outside. The professionals are exactly that, intelligent, sensitive, flexible, courteous and knowledgeable. Extremely Satisfied!

I’ll start by letting you know i have with this home have bought 5 homes. So I’ve been here before, first off the whole contract and purchasing process was a breeze and any questions we had were answered. Majority is positive so instead of 2 stars i gave 3. There are small concerns which unfortunately went unseen but the reason for only 3 stars is, not even a month out the ac unit wasn’t working properly and in arizona on a 111 degree(I think it was) day. We were taken care of after calling around and spent the whole day with a 5 month in a hot house. This is the first time i am able to rant about this and may not be a “big deal” but after looking around i saw some other reviews as well said their a/c stopped working after not even a week. Boo! Found out our neighbors complained and got their counters and tile sealed for free by Beazer. What a sick joke not telling people who buy properties here in advance of moving in.

Since the very beginning--from our first contact in the sales office, to all the way through the construction period, and even during the 30 day warranty guarantee of top quality support and service; we have been amazed with the quality of the people and the work they have performed. We are so proud to own a Beazer home and to be an integral part of this community!

From the 1st time we looked at Bishop's Landing our experience was amazing. Shannon in Sales went above and beyond to assist in selecting our perfect home. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, when it came time to build we were unable to watch the build in person. Rob our project manager was awesome, he kept us updated with weekly photos and detailed descriptions during each stage of the build. Even though Rob had many homes going up at the same time ( all in different stages), he was always only a text away to answer any questions or concerns we had during the build and after closing, making us feel as if we were his only customer. My wife & I are disappointed with all the issues we've had in our brand new home. A builder should take more pride in their finished product.

Initially working with Corey, but then moved over to work with Bryan. Corey said a couple of things to get us interested and excited that, simply put, were lies. Only once we had closed and moved in, did one of those things become apparent (It would have been impossible to know earlier). The other thing I asked about, was told it was incorrect by Bryan, and I decided to proceed knowingly. It's frustrating not to be able to take people at face value, so if you're going to buy a home then I suggest you triple check everything, then follow up in and get a response in writing. I did feel rushed to get the sale done, and then if not for my tenacious character then I would have been left alone and not updated once I had given them my earnest money. Bryan however is superb, he is genuine and really helped me make a decision on the home, and fought to get things approved, as well as giving honest advice. ... More

The house is lovely, though I felt in the sales process they were not as transparent as they should have been. I had a few items I made clear were important to me and I was told they would be easily met only to find out it was known that wasn't possible or guaranteed. For the most part the sales process was seamless. After living in the house a while it feels a few things were rushed or shortcuts taken. Windows not quite at 90 degree angles that made blinds tricky. Baseboard separating from the wall and waiting still on someone to come fix it. Plumbing not put in right. They sod the front but not the back and you end up with weeds because whatever they put down didn't take at all. I was promised by the builder paint would be left behind for touch ups and that did not happen. They did however leave behind flooring which was nice should I need it. Being in the community while homes are still being built is kind of fun, to watch them go up. However one must be careful as little care is taken to ensure the roads are safe from nails and other items. I wish neighborhoods had more model options to create s bit more variety. 2 models make up over half of the homes. Despite the different optoons for the front, it is quite obvious after being here that so many are just the same. I do like the choices one can make inside the home to fit their lifestyle. The layouts are great. I would go through Beazer again should I want a different home in the future but I would go in advocating for myself more and ensuring my top priotities were proven in writing before signing. ... This was my first home buying experience and in 3 day’s I looked at 34 homes. Beazer was the only one who cared more about what we wanted than just trying to sell us the home. We initially looked at a home and didn’t like it. Sarah said that she could show us one that wasn’t listed online because it sounded more like what we wanted. It was. Sarah was extremely helpful along the way, even when it came to working with my out of town mortgage company. Bill was extremely helpful with the in home stuff. He was patient and answered all my dumb questions

During the frame walk thru I listened carefully as Bill pointed out the details of the exterior of my new home. I’m grateful for Bills patience in answering my questions. He’s an expert in his field of the construction of Beazer homes. As with the completion of my new home; during the first walk thru. I listened & learned from Lorin as he pointed out the features of my new energy saving home. He patiently answered my questions which helped to make my new home buying experience even more pleasant. Very happy with my Beazer Home purchase. Park Place is a great community. Close to shopping and restaurants. Golf cart ride to the beach. Great location.

Process were very smooth right from signing initial contract document till closing. Sales person were also helpful in finding our dream home as per our need.
