We had been looking for a new home in the area for several months that would meet our needs and had almost given up on finding anything new until we came and looked at the Provence at Heritage Ranch development. We immediately found the ideal lot and home layout we had hoped for, and it just kept getting better. The experience from the initial contact with Suzanne, to the establishment of the loan, to the walk-thrus and ultimately the acceptance of our new home was nothing but positive and productive. We were especially impressed by the build quality of the home and all the extras that you usually have to spends thousands more to get as addons. Like the garage lighting with timer, whole house fan, lots of can lighting, and pre-wired ceiling fan outlets. My first-time home buyer experience with Beazer was made very simple, from finding a lender with the best rate through their Mortgage Choice Program to closing on the property. The customer care service is outstanding and they have been with me all the way, keeping me updated on the construction of my home, homeowner orientation, and continue to be there to address any questions or concerns that I may have even after closing.

I bought a brand new home thinking less issues than a remodeled home. Boy, was I wrong. Having nearly two dozen of documented issues after settlement, several homes with water damage because they refused to install roof patio gutters and all that water pouring into the homes, electrical outlets and appliances not wired properly, crooked island issues, missing trim, grout, drywall mud, etc., the list from my house and others are endless. Most are very unhappy with dealing with all of these builder quality issues with contractors in repairing shotty work on things not done at all (missing) or done with poor quality needing re-done. Although Beazer Senior Management is addressing the issues, there is no reason why all these homes should have all these issues. We love our new home! We were looking for our dream forever home and Beazer delivered! From the time we walked into the Sales Office to Closing, we were kept up to date, any and all questions answered, and any problems we saw were quickly resolved! We love our new home and can't image living anywhere else!

We have electrical problems, scratched grainet in the main bathroom. we have a broken cabinet door plus trash blowing up in our yard from the construction site. The Landscaping is getting worse in the neighborhood.

I recently moved into an inventory home. The whole process took 30 days. I’m loving my new home and neighborhood so far! I would recommend Beazer to those looking to purchase newly constructed home.

Recently bought this house from Beazer homes, we had some minor issues and we called Beazer homes to resolve the issues and I can honestly say from the beginning of the call to the end of the work every one get involved in this went over and beyond his/her call of duty from 1 to 10 and 10 is excellent I can rate them 11 they met and exceeded our expectations

The quality of the home is nice, but getting to that point was a nightmare. To many hiccups along the way and areas that need to be worked on. Especially the day of closing.

We bought our first home with great expectations and an abundance of nervous energy. While the pre closing experience was really impressive, the post closing thus far has been a challenge. Several issues observed under warranty and highlighted have slipped thru the cracks and just getting captured. Overall attention to detail also comes up short in a few places. Craftsmanship can be improved vastly.

The finish work on our home is terrible. During our final walk the home was practically pushed on us as the contractor said that we would find things overtime and he would address and fix them later. We have a list that keeps growing as we have found many mistakes made in the finish work. Bill has been great to work with and has assured us that he will get the items fixed. Thanks Bill!

We love our new Beazer home. It is well laid out and built to high standards.

My overall experience with buying through Beazer was really good. But it doesn’t matter how much you spend there are still flaws. So far customer service has fixed my problems. I look forward to the area being completed and really look forward to the community fire pit we will have. Few things I would of liked to see was outlets in the living area floor. Pocket door on main bathroom. Main door has to be closed to open closet door. Love my layout and my sunroom.

This was a cash transaction and we were looking to close as soon as we could. Beazer staff took every effort to ensure that everything was in place to facilitate a rapid transaction. All documents were prepared correctly and the title company executed on time.

I purchased my home with a checklist before close. The tags were removed, but NOTHING was done. I have now been in the house for over 30 days with ZERO repairs. I recommended people to this builder that purchased a home with the same issues and I am embarrassed when I show my home. This is not my first build, but will be my last with this builder.

I absolutely loved working with the company. You have great individuals in the Union Park community. I would not trade the team for the world.
