The whole purchasing process was great. We had the chance to see our new home built since we lived nearby. After we moved in we had a major problem with flying bugs like gnats. We received little help from the builder. We had to go online and fix the problem ourselves. We also had a defective water heater that was replaced 3 weeks after we moved in. Now that we are here about 7 weeks, we are finally able to enjoy living here without contractors coming to fix something.

The home buying experience was fine. No problems. However the solar experience sucks!!!!!! Purchased a system and you would think a representative would be available to help with activating the system. 3 months after closing of escrow and we are no closer to activating the system. No directions and little to no help from Tesla. A wasted $11k as it stands right now.... Low voltage vender at least came by and talked us through the set up of the system but we had many questions prior to that system being activated and there were issues that remain which we don’t understand which raises ...

The structure, itself, is beautiful and seems to be built well. However, we had multiple appliance issues upon arrival...dishwasher and dryer were not working. Also, enclosed porch was not added until I brought it to their attention. I still am unable to have the landscaper turn off the irrigation system because the plumber did not install a certain valve. Also, I'm still waiting for sink to be installed in laundry room. I would advise any buyer to be astute and carry all of your paperwork with you for the final walk through. Also, have everything checked for functionality prior to moving in.

I believe that the little things were problematic but nothing really big. I would be good to have your sales team know the products well and provide the customer some areas on the house they may wish to take a closer look when going to the design center. The design center personnel did a great job and our experience was hindered with the fact that my father in-law passed on that day during our visit. With that said I think that areas of lighting and bathrooms could use a quick show and tell of what a customer will get if they make no changes. This would be helpful when dealing with customer ...

Overall we are happy with new home in the Oaks Canebay area. Grass replacement in areas didn't happen. Still need partial wood for replaced. Grass we will wait till spring and check on then but it is concerning that it wasn't taken care of. Lot of water wasted waiting for hot water in kitchen. Same issues for showers. Might need 2nd tankless heater? Door bell on the fritz for 2nd time. Minor issues that hopefully will be addressed before 11 month. Development here is outstanding with great people. I still believe that Beazer is one of the better builders and will take care of our issues.

Overall the build quality is great except that the bottom edges of the interior doors look rough. It looks like they were dragged along the ground before being installed. They should be sanded smooth and painted. Also attention to little details would be appreciated, like a small dish tower rack in the kitchen and positioning to in cabinet and under cabinet lighting to make it easier to change the bulbs.

We have been in our new home for almost 2 months now. We are pretty settled in and we are happy with the construction of our home. We had some minor issues which have been or are being addressed. Paloma had a very nice Fall festival which we enjoyed very much. We are hoping they keep on having events and we will attend and support when possible. Thank you.

My wife and I really like Devonshire. We also love our Beazer Home. When we lived in our other house in Grapevine, you could park 2 cars on one side of the driveway, not even coming close to the side walk. It is not that big a deal. Just wish the driveways were longer. Thank you

I wish beazer was upfront about parking situation. Not fair tp buy a 4 to 5 bedroom house and have only parking garage available and cant even park in front of your house.

James was very professional and took the time needed to make sure we had all our questions answered. He seemed very proud of the homes he was in charge of. Our second visit was with Bob. Bob replaced James who had left the Company. He also was great. Our best contact person was Melissa. She was our Beazer representative. We can't say enough good about Melissa. Beazer is very lucky to have someone of her caliber representing them. Overall, not a bad house. A few bugs to iron out but nothing that can't be corrected.

From day one things have not gone well. Many problems with items in the home. Whirlpool Refrigerator is terrible and Beazer Homes said that I had to go through Whirlpool, they did not stand behind it. Whirlpool is a joke and it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get anyone to answer. The techs have tried to fix the problem but it is the frig that is a joke. Many little problems with the house. Things were not done as they should be. Contract was not followed. Overall, I was disappointed in the whole process. Representatives for Breazer have been good about getting things fixed except for the ...

Ha e had better. Time will show quality. Appliance are low grade, and they would not install a thing that we were bringing, so we had to have them Uninstaller and ours installed at a very high cost to us. Garage is WAY to small for folks who have anything but compacts. No 3 car option. HOA is the worse in the nation. 8x10 shed requirement is pathetic. Fence requirement is pathetic. Landscaping leaves a lot to be desired. NOBODY plants a Crape Myrtle next to a house. The will destroy a foundation with their roots and get huge in a couple of years. Love the house, but builders should work ...

Nice Beazer sales team who had good communication and helpful during buying process, decent home layouts but nothing special with nice lot size. Beazer also uses different preferred lenders, they were ok but immediately sold our loan after purchase. Always running different home purchase incentives. Fixed major stuff when requested such as broken roof tiles and warranty team communicated when we found things in the home after we closed that needed attention such as cracked counter. Had to remind warranty team couple of times to get repairs made when they said the repair team would come out ...

We were never told we had to order a patio deck behind the sliding galss door, therefore we got none. We had looked at other quick move-ins and they all had a covered patio. Very dissappointed with this aspect of the purchase. We even offered to pay for the patio after closing and were told they just can't do it.

Nice people to work with. Generally nice home. I would say that the attention to quality detail is sub-par. Many items at close which should have been address before turning over the keys were clearly issues that should have been taken care of but were not. It would have been like a buying a new car and receiving it with 3 tires. Simple things that went missed. Which is an indication of the level of quality of their contracters and follow up. All these items were ultimately addressed only after I called it to their attention but it should not have come to that.

Excellent construction manager, disappointing management and sales team

We are very happy with our Construction Manager, Chris, who has been diligent about taking care of any cosmetic or functional issues. However, the experience with the sales and management team was disappointing. Communication at all levels was poor; we had questions that were blatantly ignored after the sale was complete. The sales team delayed our closing the night before by almost a week. Then, on the day of closing, they caused a further delay by not paying attention to communications from us and our closing attorneys to finalize the concessions (which we had to ask for after the ...

Pros: • The home itself is very nice with appealing features and amenities. • The buying process went smoothly, and customer service during that stage was great. Cons (Post-Move-In Issues): • Quality Control: Several issues were identified at purchase and more have appeared since moving in. • Initially Identified: improperly installed drywall, refrigerator door damage, freezer door missing all shelves, and several damaged doors. • Since Move-In (within 5 weeks): scratched mirror, windows not cut correctly, AC/HVAC issues, and other pending items requiring service. • Follow-Up ...

It would be so much better if Beazer would hire better workers that actually cared about the job they were doing instead of just finishing one job and moving on to the next. We found out from the framing until the end of the build/ that we needed to look at everything that was being done. The construction manager never had a problem getting stuff fixed but it ruined the experience to have to watching for all the mistakes they made. It’s a shame that the new home buyers have to pay for inspectors to make sure the house is built right…

The folks we worked with throughout the buying process were a pleasure to work with, but the overall experience has not been great. First, they were not flexible with the closing date. We were told that moving it a week or so should be fine. We were traveling the week so we asked to postpone it, but they could not accommodate that and we had to change our plans. As it turns out, the closing was delayed due to a small issue with the house that caused it to fail inspection. The process of meeting with Brad, Kelly and Lonnie and discussing plans, options, warranty were fine. The constuction phase was so so. The final stage was not so good, the building supervisor Lonnie failed in so many ways, he didn't schedule a cleaning crew his boss did it on her time off. The painting marginal at best the paint just peels off the winow casing LITERRALLY in hunks. Concrete worse I've ever seen looks like the floating and finish was done with a garden rake. There is a reason they only allow 4 visits, so you don't see the lack of professionalism and craftsmanship.
