Good morning, I recently purchased a house with Beazer. I will breakdown 3 phases from the beginning to the end: Phase 1 - Beginning: I and my wife felt in love with the model home right after we saw it. I would say the design is gorgeous. The negotiation was hectic though due to Beazer's internal communication and price was adjusted. However, we were happy with the counter offer and moved on. I want to say thanks to the sales team and my agent to work out the deal. Phase 2 - Building: you will receive an update on the weekly basis from the Project Manager. It's great when you can follow the progress of your new home. However, the closing day was not on schedule and it got pushed back several times but it seemed like a common issue with the majority of builders. Note, you need to make sure to communicate with your lender if the closing day is changed to make sure you don't get penalty for locking your interest. There was an issue with energy efficiency for washer/dryer in our home but issue was resolved nicely. I want to say thanks to the regional manager who told me that they couldn't meet the energy efficient test for the washer/dryer so they replaced a better model to meet energy star standards. The quality control from Beazer is good and I appreciate that they are honest with us since we probably have no ideas if they don't tell us about the washer/dryer. Phase 3 - this is where I couldn't give my other two stars to get it to 5. I received my house in April and it took a couple weeks to see multiple hairline cracks on the wall. The nails was popped out due to the change in weather. I was told this is normal and covered by the limited warranty from PWSC which is the builder for Beazer. They told me to wait until the wall is completely dried out, (usually about 6 to 10 months) and request for the service from PWSC to fix it. The process of buying and building a home can be overwhelming. Throughout the process there are many stressful and even uncertain times. Feeling like your concerns matter and that somebody is working as your advocate makes all the difference. For us it was Jimmy. He was the GC running our build. Every step of the way he was there to answer questions and help us get the home we were dreaming of. Even after we were done and moved in Jimmy has been there. Honesty we feel like we have a great new house and a new friend in the process.

Buying through Beazer was such an easy and flawless experience. Everyone was so nice and was quick to respond to questions. Not to mention I love my home! I’m so glad we went with a beazer home.

The home we purchased was well designed and constructed and we are vey happy with it. The Beazer employees we dealt with from the salesperson to the construction liason super friendly and helpful.

All of the staff at Beazer was amazing throughout the whole process. From the construction crew to the office staff. They were there to answer any questions we had. They made a stressful process easier to handle. Thank you Beazer

Responsible and responsive

We purchased our new home from Beazer in May 2020. Overall, we are happy with the home we built, the location, neighbors, and the overall build quality. The sales counselor Sandy and the construction manager Ronnie were both great people to work with.

We had an overall great experience buying a Beazer home. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

The Beazer team here in Bentley Park have been incredible! From the very detailed information provided and the knowledgeable and effective team the entire purchase experience has been top notch! Additionally, Beazer builds a very solid home and as a former home builder I really appreciate their thoughtful attention to detail and the quality of the construction.

All went relatively smoothly from start to finish and that was unexpected considering all the stories you hear about others who have had homes built. Beazer even finished the job almost a month early. There was a great deal of attention to detail and lots of thoughtful interaction along the way. Our home is very well built, our utility bills are extraordinarily low and there were lots of options for upgrades but most came standard (i.e. Hunter Sprinkler System). It has been a month and our fix list was short, but taken care of in less than a week (most minor aesthetic in nature). The team was very helpful from not only purchasing the home but understanding everything from how things work and how to maintain. They always made themselves available not only during the purchase but afterward also.

The local build team is great to work with and very responsive. The HOA is poorly run. The HOA will give a response but it is so vague it doesn't actually answer the question. The community pool has been finished since before we built and we will be lucky if it's open by the end of summer. The HOA does not take the requests of the homeowners seriously and we're paying for an amenity that was sold to us as useable this summer but is not open. The restrictions for COVID are easy to follow (as all other local pools opened weeks ago) - the HOA doesn't care as they still have all the furniture in boxes for the pool. Beazer is very good at building homes. Their customer service is very good as well. We had to build this home while we lived in another city 2 hours away and were only able to visit the site a couple of times during the build. Even without our involvement onsite, the house turned out fabulous.

Beazer Homes is the best of the best in client services. They go out of their way to support the house buyer and provides an excellent customer service. Beazer Homes provides exceptional customer service to all of its clients. Being very customer focused providing excellent support services for their customers.

Though there are many moving parts with building a new home, Beazer and their team have made it an overall enjoyable experience. Coupled with an amazing finished product! We’re happy to be a part of the Beazer family.

Impeccable construction, we are very happy with our new home, it exceeds our expectations and we recommend them widely when you think about buying your home.

When looking for a new home do not get wowed by the builders name. Thinking you have seen the name So they must be good. Look at the construction. Look at all the details in the construction and how it’s built. My wife and I almost made a mistake with another builder. Then we saw a Beazer home. Walked through a new construction and right away new this was the builder we needed to build our forever home. We have and will continue to recommend Beazer to our friends and family.

We wanted a quick move in and the Beazer team helped us complete the purchase process in 5 weeks.

The beginning of the process was fantastic. We worked closely with the sales team to choose a lot and then had a wonderful experience with the design center. We had constant updates on the progress of the build and were very well informed. All of our walk throughs were fantastic and all of our questions were addressed. After we closed, communication halted. To be fair, COVID-19 has put a strain on many businesses and social distancing makes things tough. We have been very disappointed in the lack of follow up from Beazer on the house and if we need any repairs. They were supposed to check in on day 10 and never did. Again, I understand it’s unprecedented times however our sliding glass door is broken and (the track wasn’t inserted properly and now we have no use of that door and no one to discuss a potential fix). We understand that all new builds will have minor problems however the lack of communication and follow up has left us a bit disappointed. We have so many wonderful things to say that are being tainted by the lack of follow up. ... More

I went to see Lennar & Cottage Grove models & fell in love with features that only Beazer had such as long entry way. I loved the Master separate from other rooms, and the large walk-in closet in Master. I was happy with the purchase price on each model.
