The pantry and linen closets has only 3 shelves. The bathroom light fixtures are very dated. Toilet tanks has about a liter of water, need to flush twice at a minimun. No light fixtures at all in any bedroom. I took care of all the modifications above to my liking on my own. There's one more issue that im dealing with at the moment. Ron and Larry don't think it's a problem. These door knobs are unreal. The plate on one side comes loose as you turn the knobs and it makes a "clang " noise. There's about 6 knobs that are like that. Steve came to the house yesterday and said, there's no resolution to this unless I replaced them. This is a brand new home why should i have to replace them. Im very unhappy and Beazer don't care. You are advertising a high quality home which is not true to my experience. Why don't you want to make it right??? ... More

My first home from the ground up, and I can honestly say that the Beazer people were polite and helpful. The foreman was very detail oriented, and my home is amazing. Perfect is hard to accomplish, I can name a few minor mistakes... but overall I can’t complain. The only thing I found was loose door handles, It seems they loosen easily.

2 STARS - ALL UNITS NEED TO HAVE A 24 HOUR GUARD WHO CAN BE CALLED ON IN TIME OF EMERGENCY . CURRENTLY THERE IS A NOISE GOING OFF IN UNIT 4206 - WHICH IS UNOCCUPIED AND THERE IS NO ONE TO CALL WHO CAN GO IN AND SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. THIS IS NOT ONLY UPSETTING BUT POTENTIALLY VERY DANGEROUS.

Good Service

Very efficient process and the construction manager was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Lisa and Eric walked us through the entire process. They kept us well informed and kept our realtor and lender in the communication loop.. from start to finish, an overall great experience. But now, months later, our street lights still not activated while later phases are already working.

Unwilling to addess design flaws

We approached this home building experience in no rush and chose the largest home offered, then purchased many upgrades. We were more than pleased that the onsite realtor secured the lot we wanted and the builder was good to work with overall. But, at the end of the process, a good many issues arose that seemed to primarily be motivated by Beazer's insistence on closing quickly. Our lender caused issues as well as we were trying to close during the onset of COVID-19. We have been in the house a month and like the home overall. But, for the price, there are a LOT of things that could be refined from the architectural drawings on. It would appear that the contracters are not as tightly managed as needed by Beazer so each thing seems like a three-way fight between Beazer, the contractor, and us, the homeowner. We are settling into the home well, but my opinion of the experience is very tainted by a LOT of avoidable problems and a seeming lack of concern on Beazer's (overall) part. Latest example: Beazer is clear that the landscaping is the homeowner's responsibility after closing. Little did we know, two types of grass were planted in our back yard in an attempt to stop erosion. So now, we have Bermuda that was sodded and some other quick-growing grass that was sown (I guess) that covers a large part of the yard. We have no recourse on this, yet this was not obvious at closing. There are many other examples of sheer mistakes or just plain sloppy work that should not be the case with a $600,000+ home! ... Do a few walk throughs to iron out any glitches

ONLY LIVED in House for 1 month. I have so many structural issues, problems with them fixing things and so on

We just moved in to it townhouse. If Beazer fixes some of the issues then my rating could go up. Overall the process has been fairly smooth.

the home buying experience was simple and done in a timely manner. we had issues with the preferred lender, the biggest being failure to communicate with us. Also had some issues with the home after closing however, those issues are being addressed. I expect small problems with new construction however, I was not satisfied with the overall cleanliness and condition of the home at closing. When you purchase a new home it should of been handed over in prestige condition however, that was not the case. Overall the sales staff was excellent and minus the issues that I listed I love the design and layout of our home. ... More

My experience with Beazer was one of smooth sailing. We saw the home that we wanted and got a great price for it. Any touches or changes that needed to happen were done within a day or two. Overall, great work, great prices, and great neighborhood.
