Beazer built a beautiful home, albeit with a few kinks that still need to be ironed out. Namely, a small portion of vinyl siding that is missing on the exterior of the home, the gas fireplace not working and a few places that were not sealed properly on the exterior of the home. All of these items can and will be fixed but are delayed due to COVID-19 which is 100% understandable and perfectly alright. Where Beazer is liking lies with it’s unresponsive and unprofessional sales staff. We were not impressed at all with who worked with us on actually selling the home. Lack of knowledge, untimely correspondence and overall general aloofness left us frustrated prior to move in. The construction project manager has been nice, informative and professional so while it wasn’t perfect for move in we have been told they will return to perform all necessary repairs. ... More

Take time to look at your new home being built. Stay in touch with the person who is keeping you posted on your up dates. Most of all ask questions if you do not understand something.

Beazer Homes was wonderful to work with on our purchase, this is a second home for us and we made the purchase from out of state. The communication was excellent and anytime we had questions, we were able to get the answers in a timely and professional manner, thank you, Beazer!!

Completely dissatisfied with the build of the house. Beezer must use the philosophy quantity over quality. Too many issues to list with the build process and the first two months has only highlighted additional repairs required from their build process. I would not recommend this company to a friend or family member.

Wes was my builder who I talked with every Monday. He had constant communication and was extremely helpful through the whole process. I couldn't be more happy with him and Beazer Homes.

Throughout the whole process there was very little stress. Any details were addressed in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have bought 6 homes since we've been married, but this is our first new construction. We had not anticipated the little things that go along with new home construction, but, thanks to the help from John (construction top dog)and Greg (customer service honcho), we're getting adjusted. 4 stars overall, but 5 stars each for John and Greg!

We highly recommend a independent home inspection. Visiting the site during construction is crucial. Build a relationship with the construction manager and the team. Purchase the highest upgrades that you can afford. Remember you can’t go back.

Very friendly people

This was our first time purchasing new and had heard a lot of horror stories but I have to say Beazer Homes exceeded expectations. Their customer service is superb as they follow through in a timely manner with their PM teams who have great attention to detail.

Love the home, landscapers (gone now I believe) never properly leveled and rolled the yard. Partly weather related - lots of rain.
