Cheap flat interior paint that shows every imperfection. Poor quality control, had issues with AC. doors and locking problems, damaged cabinets, poor clean up from construction. ATT fiber not properly installed will have to dig up yard and go under driveway to fix problem. Chronic dust and noise from dump trucks and other trades people.

We love our home and community. Beazer knocked others out of the park with Belle Vie! It’s quaint and feels very exclusive with the small number of homes. The location is very conveniently located. We are happy to have found it.

Very body was great, understanding to all my needs

I am a person who takes great pride in the work I do; especially when it is for other people. I feel that Beazer Homes and it’s employees employ this same ethic. Since we moved in, the staff has been in full communication with my wife and I to assure ultimate satisfaction and comfort. We love our new home and the community within Floresta! I want to thank Grant and Craig for continuous check-ins and speedy replies.

I would NEVER recommend Beazer Homes. They are an absolutely awful company with the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I can't count the amount of times i was threatened with canceling my contract and loss of my deposit. We've been in the house a month and the path to the front door is already sinking and become very uneven. Do not buy from these people

Be sure to check the progress of the build of your new home. They forgot to notify me for the frame inspection. We could not make any changes if we wanted too, to late in the build.

Overall, we have been very happy in our new Beazer Home. We love the layout of the home and in general the workmanship of the home was very good. In addition, we have been very happy with the Warranty program. After moving in, we did notice some defects in the home. Each time we logged the problem into the Warranty department and each time it was corrected.

Our buying process with Beazer was SO easy and awesome. Starting with Dave, who kept us in the loop every step of the way. The quality of the construction is top-notch. Our family has built another house with a large well-known builder. Beazer is 1000% better. Jerry is the best! Honest, trustworthy, and knowledgable about everything related to the construction of a new home. Highly recommend to everyone!!

Makes sure what you need and what you don't need, Beazer Homes not flexible at all

We absolutely love this home. The quality and creativity is impressive. We highly recommend Beazer as a builder!

Nail heads were not flush on the door frames, fireplace. I can see the nail heads on the woodwork. Garage door frame has a big gap and no caulking. Counter tops on master vanity and kitchen seams are very obvious and not smooth. Tile floor is not level.

As a first buyer, I absolutely loved this house buying experience. The agents were with me from beginning to end and they’re still with me. They have no issues handling trouble tickets and the customer service is great. Almost 2 months in my new home and no issues so far, reason for the 5 stars.

Awesome floor plan and great house for the money. My only wish is they would have paid a little more attention to the little details a little better to make it a 5 star home. Great to work with.

Purchasing the home was very easy, there was no sales pressure from the sales office and they were very knowledgeable of new homes details.

From the moment my family and I met Tiffany we knew we were in the right place. Her knowledge, kindness and understand was beyond many experience we'd had with any other builder. She answered any and all questions and was there when any obstacle aroused. I can only say from my family that she made the decision to buy Beazer an easy one. Closed escrow at the end of Jan 2020 and have have 50 customer service issues tickets open. Crooked walls, poor drywall, broken furnace, damaged cabinets, things built out of plan/out of spec. cracked concrete, deformed toilets, yard flooding, the list goes on and on goes on, Extremely poor craftsmanship. I’m embarrassed I bought a Beazer home. My last home was a new build by Lennar and we had ZERO issues. STAY AWAY FROM BEAZER

Worst new home I have owned (this is my 4th new home). Track home quality, fit and finish is terrible, nothing cleaned before being painted, all trim is rough, cracked, paint looks like a 2 year old did the work. Several cracks in walls after just 2 months. What a disappointing home. No builder pride in work and no quality control. Area is nice but home is rated at a 1 out of 5. If you want a nice home keep looking. If you want a low quality track home this is it.

Beazer was a wonderful company to work with. They took care of everything and walked us through the process with ease. The kept us up to date and made sure we were having the best experience possible along the way. I would highly recommended them if you are looking to build!

We were not looking for a home originally. We happened upon Peralta Canyon with Beazer Homes and just fell in love with the area and the floor plan. We found our dream home and could not have asked for a better group of people to work with us. They were with us every step of the way from the initial sale, design, build all the way through move in. We would recommend them to anyone.

From the fist scheduled appoint with my realtor to th e closing and thereafter, truly was a great experience. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and most especially easy to work with. They made the overall process less stressful than I imagined. The process of looking at homes started before my Mom passed away in late November. Once that settled down some, we went full steam ahead. Those at Beazer Homes that we worked with eased some of the stress of the situation and also with purchasing a new home for a new start. It truly is a new beginning/ chapter and I could not be happier with my decision to purchase a town home at Hunt Club. Everyone from the agents, to the builder, to the one who explained the warranty, and closing attorneys made it a great experience.
