Beazer has great customer service. The only area that needs work is when filling out the paperwork there’s to many different sites you have to use. Just use docu sign and that problem would be fixed.

They had great communication and let me know all about the process .also they are very friendly

GREAT HOME BUILDER TO BUY A HOME FROM

Beazer Homes do a great job in providing details and each home is unique. We fell in love with the area, my daughter had purchased home last year and she was super happy too. We came to help her out and we fell in love too. Picking up upgrades at the Design Center was a great experience and the person helping us out was very helpful and went out of her way to stay late until we were done. Builder name Matthew was super nice during the entire process, keeping us updates via photos - we live out of State, so that was very helpful for us to see the progress. Needed lot of follow up with builder

Recently bought a new home built by Beazer in a nice upcoming neighborhood. Had a great overall experience from sales to closing. As it always happens with any builder I guess, there were issues during the build process which I kept bringing to the attention of builder superintendent. He was very friendly, willing to listen and fixed issues. I'm satisfied with the overall quality of the house. I had hired an external inspector just before NHO walk through. Whatever main issues that came up on the inspection report were duly fixed by the builder. I recommend Beazer at least based on my experience. ... More

Buying and moving into this home has been a great experience. First time purchasing new build and have not regretted. Great people to work with. Everyone has been great. During as well as after purchasing.

House is amazing, neighborhood is amazing but it’s the people involved with you day to day that make the experience. Jerry did and continues to go above and beyond what his job description requires. His personal involvement has made the amazing experience an incredible experience. In a world where negativity floats to the top this deserves to be said.

Keep in mind the old cliché during the whole process of building a home to do your due diligence. Do not rely on much help or detailed advice when choosing extra amenities such as wiring for surround sound or surveillance cameras. Also don't assume your coax cables will be fully complete with necessary end connections attached. Those are little issues compared to a huge process to keep a close eye on.... your foundation and cement work. Make sure you inspect all floor areas for any dips or cracks. The builder who oversees is not necessarily an expert in the matter no matter how "sure" they may seem. If you have any doubt or questions, I'd seek an independent professional, even if it costs extra. Nothing more important than a solid, even foundation. Time will tell if I regret not following my instincts, but not having that peace of mind is not a great feeling. ... More

My wife and I are very pleased with Beazer's service during and after the purchase of our home. Our superintendent (Jeremy) has given us outstanding service.

Didn't like the experience

We are now in the house for six weeks and they still haven’t completed everything they owe us. If they do complete something, its not done completely. Example: they painted our house including the ceilings tan which we only paid for the walls to be painted tan and per contract the ceilings white. They did paint the ceilings white but they did not take down the light fixtures so when we installed ceiling fans we now have tan rings around the light fixtures! Another example when we closed on the house they let all the sod die. It looked like a abandoned shack. They still haven’t done anything regarding to fix this. Both side yards are flooded with water and the back yard wasn’t graded so we have standing water. This is still not repaired. For six weeks I have placed numerous warranty claims every week and they only repair certain items. 1. Shower door top hitting against each other 2. Cabinet drawer falling inside cabinet 3. Second claim shower door again hitting against each other 4. No house numbers 5. Granite damaged 6. Decorative wood in front house not installed 7. Not painting the decorative wood in front house 8. Side yard and back yard flooding 9. Sod is dead 10. Three doors out of alignment 11. Door sweep missing on exterior door 12. Builder damaging my six day old fence 13. Water clean out line buried under sod 14. Water clean out line found but not brought to grade level I could go on regarding my experience with this builder but you can judge for yourself. ... More

They made our dream home possible and after being in the home they still are here to answer questions and help any way. I would do it Again for my next home if we move.

Both salesperson and project manager are very nice. After sale service are also pretty good, quick response. My only suggestion is to improve the building quality further which can reduce your after sale service works.

This my 7th overall home purchase, 5 being new construction. From the sales encounter, to a 3-week settlement (unheard of), Walk-thru and punch list, Beazer surpasses all, including NV Homes who we purchased from in the Bulle Rock development in Havre de Grace, Md.

Beazer is building homes too fast at the expense of quality. The staff and their response to problems is good however.

Not perfect work

I typed a lengthy response for submittal. I stated I had inappropriate language and when I returned to previous all was erased. Just like you poor site customer service, bad quality build filled with discrepancies I still feel no one cares.

The Buying process was amazing! Kathryn was very accommodating to our needs and was there for us every step of the way! It was a breathe of fresh air as well that Beazer was behind us after the sale for any issues or problems with any of the house, by the way there has been none! It was just nice knowing we had the support if we needed it.

Great customer service

The ability of the construction manager makes all the difference. We started out well and then got switched mid-stream. The last one was a real dud.

We recently moved into our new Beazer home and I can’t say enough about our experience. From the day we walked into the sales office for the first time to our final walk through, we were treated with respect and care. I would definitely recommend Beazer. We have built many homes in the past with different builders and Beazer definitely rates at the top.

Our Beazer representative failed to provide details that would have made us change the floor plan. Now I have an office with no door, whereas the pantry has a door. There were ants from day one requiring me to seal edges. We decided to remodel the master bath to find black mold one month into living in the new home. I continue to find details that were not completed properly. While all of this is upsetting, I do love my home.

Everything is wonderful and my builder Rick was the best. After closing no one cares about you. My floor not fixed and the easements are being taken care of why would I buy a lot next to water if I didn’t want to see it.
