I moved into my new Beazer home in July and am enjoying it. I found the homebuilding process to be relatively easy thanks to my wonderful sales executive who was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Issues were attended to promptly and I felt like customer service was important to everyone I came into contact with. My only reservation was around attention to detail. I felt like my construction manager was stretched too thin to handle his workload (I guess it's good that Beazer is doing well and building a lot of homes). Things were missed, but when brought to everyone's attention, they made good on everything. You just have to stay involved, be attentive and be your own advocate. Paid cash and builder fast tracked closing. went for final walk through and had to deal with house cleaners and we did our inspection. wet floors vacuums running. To say the least I was distracted and house was not up to standards. Still getting things handled. BTW the worse interior painting I have ever experienced

Good location

I have nothing good to say about this builder, they won’t be responsibly for anything, the warrenty is not as promised, I honestly will not recommend anyone to buy here.

Closed the house at the end of June, wasn’t complete, they never gave me time for final walk and said all the fix will be done soon, not true still waiting for stuffs to be fixed. Sales lady (Erin) wasn’t helpful at all after the earnest money contract. Bad experience, if it wasn’t the location I wouldn’t have bought the house.

The staff at Beazer were always friendly and ready to answer questions.

The location can’t be beat. 45 minutes from LV Metro area, but also a world away. Good prices for homes compared to the inflated LVM market and you actually get ROOM in Burson Ranch. Decent floorplans and amazing views are available. Staff is much better than you expect, especially if you have shopped around. Is it perfect? No. But it is a fantastic alternative to the other alternatives on the area. I am pleased with my decision.

Excellent home so far, very spaced

Once my wife and I took a look at the models and talked to Nancy Warner in the office, we knew we wanted to buy. She was so helpful and flexible to answer all of our questions, without making us feel like we were high-maintenance (which I think we were). She remained positive and helpful the entire process. Also, the walk thoughts went great, and any/all concerns were dealt with quickly. We love the design and value of our new home. Thanks to everyone at Beazer who made our new home buying experience great!

We were very surprised at the quality of the build, as well as the absolute cleanliness on the day of our walk through. A whole lot of house for the money! After living in it more than a month, we couldn't be happier.

Shelly was awesome. She really did her best to go the beyond too help me with my concerns. She was a joy too work with and everybody else who were giving approvals were being patient with my issue. They were very understanding and patient. Thanks.

Purchasing a home with Beazer was a simple and very easy process. Bob was our builder who kept us informed and answered all our questions. We had very few issues and the few items that did arise were taken care in a very timely manner.

While Beazer does use energy efficient materials, their subcontractors rush through the building process causing sloppy work. Painter, plumber and electrician had to come back twice to fix things. Lorin on their Customer Care Team is your go to guy in Nevada.

Beezer homes is my forever home!

After the actual sales process was over everything was down hill. Awful communication which delayed our close and even after move in we’re still dealing with pretty big issues with the house.

Overall a good buying experiences little of dropping the ball when the Beazer sales contact was changed. Never heard from the the sales person

Delivered almost 100% to scheduled delivery (2 days off from original date). Were in constant contact with me throughout the process and their "agents" were all so pleasant to work with

I must say I’m very pleased with my Beazer home. My experience in buying my home was great. The workers was very pleasant & builders explain everything to you about the home. You get to walk through the house as it builds & ask questions if needed. I’m very pleased. Thank you Beazer. This is the first experience I had in buying a new home & I must say kudos you’re the best!

I was extremely happy with the Beazer staff I encountered and the process of watching my home be built, being included every step of the way. My only issue was not realizing until too late my front door not only didn’t have a window but not even a peep hole. It was something I meant to ask about but never did so I am at fault yet assumed I’d have a window as do most of the houses in the neighborhood do.

No one cares or responds your concerns for a long time.

Josh was great. Bill knows his stuff. Lorin did an excellent job smoothing out the bumps. We love the house.
