Great sales team. Very responsive construction manager

Beazer has some really beautiful home for an affordable price! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Let's just say...read the contract! Make sure of every little detail. Ask a million questions because they will not give the information out willingly. Get an inspection before and after build.

We purchased the home for fast buy. We completely love the floor plan of the home we are not completely satisfied with the quality. Such as, the dish washer is awful, it is cheap and doesnt clean the dishes. I actually had mold on the dishes from the moisture in the dish washer. The bathroom shower rod is so cheap it fell apart when we tried to use it and we had to replace it. One of the front windows is not sealed correctly, when the weather is windy you can actually hear and feel air blowing in thought the closed window. In the kitchen we disnt received sink stoppers, the glass doors's screws are exposed. Shelves are missing in the kitchen cabinets, l know these items may be small compared to some but for over $300,000 you would think the small things would be important to the builder. As of right now l have to live with the small issues. But l am sure in the future l will think twice about purchasing another home from Beazer homes ... More

With this being the 4th home that I reviewed for quality, there are several recommendation that Beazer should look at. • Your appliance installer should be fired. Damaged appliances, bolts missing from installation, doors messed up, etc. • Your siding contractor does very shady work. Poor bends, bad cuts, bad angles. Get someone else. • Electrician shows little attention to details. Fixtures installed wrong, not level, screws not tight, panels marked sloppy. • Concrete pads cracked before occupied • Sloppy painting and caulking. • Bathroom fixtures not installed properly (toilet paper rolls fall through the holder) • Cabinet hardware miss-aligned, bolts too short. • Garage door sensors look like a child installed them. • Building materials left in cabinets, drawers and garage floor. • Front door lock hardware loose and not installed properly. • Doors that don’t close or have to be slammed closed to latch. • No Beazer inspection prior to customer walk through. ( as evident by the amount of blue tape needed) • Nails and debris left in and under the sod and mulch beds. • Pay for amenities that don’t exist. Then raising that payment before amenities are done….??? • Roadways are a disgrace to drive on. I am having a hard time with all of this considering the pressure that Beazer put on us to close in March. Now I am supposed to give all 4’s for this.? ... More

Waiting for a few things to be taking care of. Some items already done. Still waiting for someone to check the foundation

House is great, on-site builder was great, warranty team is terrible

Closing date felt rushed as many items in the house were not ready for move in. However the sales process and closing went smoothly. Since then Beazer staff have diligently worked on outstanding items and we grow more pleased with each day.

Rushing the home to settlement with a list of issues 3 pages long - just so someone could hit their quarterly agenda is absurd.

Staff exceptionally professional and well experienced.

Having lots of inside home problems, they are being dismiss as a new home, I'll said NO, I am the one who is not being listened to, I am very disappointed with the results of the interior of the house and service

I believe Beazer homes did not get a sufficient down payment. We were told to come down to Delaware and do a walk thru on Wednesday and settle on Friday. There were so many things that were not finished that we were told to come back on Saturday and close after the Saturday walk thru. We are still in the process of having things completed.

I love my new home. It's spacious, I love the kitchen and the low maintenance.

Very happy with my new home. Am now busy decorating and customizing it to meet my needs.

The entire experience was excellent. We were kept informed regularly of progress being made. Scott, our builder, and Jessica, our consultant, were by far the best we could have asked for. We are very satisfied with the construction and offerings. I would highly recommend a Beazer home to make your dreams come true.

I had a few reservations about Beazer.... but Todd the builder they use is upfront and awesome! He is a great asset and the reason we purchased!

The houses are beautiful and we love ours but several things at our last walkthru had to be fixed as they looked rushed or had been done with limited product like paint or patch work. We had stickers all over and even one wall was completely a different size than in the model. The contractors even looked at all the past homes and realized that the garage wall was different in every single home except for the model(false advertising?). Some numbers were also misquoted like a 10k lot premium not shown on any handouts given while in their model office. The design center free, basic granite was only one color option. That’s one free cabinet color and one free cabinet style. So hope everyone was going with the gray theme because that’s what it was. We had to upgrade all-cabinets just to get a basic wood model. The free option was laminate and not paintable in the future—so 20 years later we couldn’t change the look if we wanted to. Don’t even get me started on carpets that were free, can I say trailer/ camping and you understand? Just know that you’re upgrades will be around 22k if you want nice quality products in your brand new home. ... More

The sales person made it very easy and very helpful

We are extremely impressed with Beazer Homes and their team. From the initial sales meeting through closing each step of the process was handled professionally and with great care to ensure success. They were very organized and kept us informed each step of the way. The project manager and his team were excellent and you could tell that they took pride in their work. All of our concerns have been handled quickly and they strive for perfection. Although there is still a ways to go, it is very apparent that Old Court Crossing will be a beautiful community. We were provided several conventional loan options and chose a V.A. loan guarantee. Purchase incentives were excellent with many choices to use them to make it our home. Marquee Mortgage was excellent in assisting with the loan process. Scott, the project manager made sure the house was clean and complete at move in.
