We love our home . All contractors are a pleasure to work with. The only thing we aren’t overly happy with is floor plug in family room. Too close to wall once we added fireplace.

Great experience and smooth process.

Beazer build our dream home. The floor plan on our Abilene 4bed 3.5 bath 3000 sq ft home is perfect for us. My wife and I are really happy we can raise our family in this beautiful home. Thank you.

The home building experience was the best I have ever experienced. The staff and construction crew will keep you informed and are always communicating status, any issues, delays, etc. We always felt we knew exactly where we were, each week of our build. Our house is well built and they pay attention to detail, there were hardly any issues during our walk through or on closing day. We're very pleased with Beazer and would recommend them to anyone looking for a well build home and amazing staff.

We have had multiple construction issues from leaking doors to a dead weed filled lawn. Why do they wait until closing before issues are fixed. This builder needs aome leadership at all levels improving on details and customer service. Beazer could be a better builder if they raised their standards and took pride in their product.

We enjoyed working with Beazer Homes on our new home - the people we dealt with were wonderful. However, we moved in February 20 and have already had the HVAC and electrician out to repair/replace parts of the system. The paint job throughout the house is horrendous, there's a literal river running beside our home from a terrible drainage system, and the stain on our stairs is a nightmare. We love our floorplan, we love our neighborhood, and we've loved the Beazer people - but the actual construction details leave a LOT to be desired. For the money we paid, we expected something far, far better than what we got. In talking with some of our new neighbors, it seems our complaints are common. Beazer homes have great floor plans and good people.

Attractive architecture design and colors. Houses are bright, solid and very comfortable, with attention to privacy.

Since we have moved in we have had several issues in the home that require repairs. Almost every vendor has either no showed us or showed up on the wrong day when no one was home to let them in. It’s extremely frustrating to have to take time off work and then have the person not show up. We have been in our home over a month and still have several issues that still need to be addressed.

This was our first home and overall, the experience was enjoyable. We were the first tenants in our section of the neighborhood so we faced the common issues closing on the first property. Design changes, delays, etc. Overall, the Beazer team did a nice job guiding us through the process.

As a whole, my experience with Beazer was subpar. From the very beginning until now there have been nothing but lies and unfulfilled promises. There have been too many incidents to send in a survey but just know that we are not completely satisfied with our first time buying experience.

I would like to highlight Larry and John for making this process easy and flawless. A special thank you to Larry who was beyond helpful and easy through out the entire process. He gave us updates and actually noticed more things that needed to be changed/fixed than us. He even followed up after closing to make sure we didn’t have issues and were happy.

Top knotch builder

At least in Plumas Lake the builder gives out subcontracts but does supervise the work. The sub contract rush through the work. They inefficient and leave a mess behind. The nice concrete gets stained with red clay and they dont clean it. Beazer does not want to take responsibilty for that. My new home has concrete that has red clay stains all over.

Very happy with our Beazer experience

The home is a standard designed community. Home is comfortable but very few (plan) options to make it unique to your personal needs. Marketing Reps are comfortable to work with, can get you information you request in a timely manner. The HOA paperwork Guidelines is not always complete requiring delay in getting approvals. Using recommended lender made that process go fast and smooth. So far a good community to be a part of.

My husband and I were first time builders and Beazer made the entire process easy! We had a great experience from signing, to closing, and beyond.

Beazer has many floor plans from which to choose, and I like the way that they use space so that there is not "dead" space. They allow for many spacious closets, large pantries, nine foot ceilings, tall doorways, and great insulation that is blown in, including the attic area. They also have great lighting, wiring for security, solar, and cable that is standard. They allow choices for lot selection and placement of the house, the bathroom and kitchen set up, choices for exterior colors, not to mention all the interior decorating choices that are offered. They use quality materials and top-of-the-line technologies. The sales reps are super nice, and the workers work hard and seem to like what they do. The process was an adventure and lots of fun! ... The home buying process was actually easier then anticipated. I love the fact of a walk-thru of the property month in advance.

Entire Beazer team was awesome to work with! Highly recommend!

Perhaps my perception of buying a new home was that all agreed would be ready before the final walk prior to closing. However, it was not the case for us but Beazer has done what they can to close out the open items within short amount of time. My suggestion to all buyers is to ensure that you frequently visit your home during the build and look thru your contract to ensure all agreed buy you and the builder has been done. We did a home inspection and it was good as there were a few items that needed to be adjusted, replaced and fixed. Another area to ensure is that the remains of excess material are accounted during your final walk, as this was a disappointment to see that some materials in our home were missing after close. Overall, the people at Beazer who I worked with were friendly ,professional and definitely cared enough to go the extra mile in trying to satisfied the homeowner.
