We have had many problems with this house, but luckily most appear to be minor. We spoke to lots of our neighbors who seem to have the same issues. We had a crack in the foundation that resulted in a leak within 1 week of moving in. Apparently this happens a lot and fortunately didn't have our basement finished by them so it limited the damage. At this price point you would expect a certain quality. We spend about 50k in additional upgrades. Our quartz counters had huge scratches in it that they buffed out, but now you can see a big area of discrepancy. some of the stainless steel ...

When buying a new home or having one built, remember the builders are not your friends. They will make promises and you will want to believe them but when it comes down to it they seldom keep any promises. I'm hoping the warranty department will change my opinion but I'm not holding my breath. And the final walk through is a bait and switch. They will have the place a mess (even though they say it will be cleaned) so that your attention is not where it should be. I have spoke to several neighbors and they have all said the same thing. IF your not happy with what you find DO NOT SIGN!

Keith was our builder, Travis was our salesman and Sebastian is our warranty rep. From the beginning our experience has been spectacular. We were told that we would be contacted weekly abiut the progress and we were. Keith has been amazing and he built an amazing home. Travis was always available and followed through with everything he said. Sabastion has just started the warranty process but has been amazing as well. We have had No issues and I highly recommend Beazer to anyone wanting to build a home.

Everything was very professional. They hit all their deadlines, and never put any preasure on us to upgrade or spend more than we wanted to spend. They house is great, and we love the Estuary. Highly recommend them.

We are from Wisconsin and Beazer Homes send photo's every week to the progress our new house was making. After completion and when we moved in a minimum amount of adjustments had to be made. We are very happy with our Pahrump home.

We closed over 2.5 months and still do not have a Microwave vent filter, nor have our "Siding Glass Doors" been replaced due to broken frame.

Driveways are too-short.

My wife and I really like Devonshire. We also love our Beazer Home. When we lived in our other house in Grapevine, you could park 2 cars on one side of the driveway, not even coming close to the side walk. It is not that big a deal. Just wish the driveways were longer. Thank you

We had a fairly easy experience from start to finish with the purchasing process. The realtors in the Cactus Ridge office went above and beyond to ensure we had answers to every questions we had. All in all, we were very satisfied with the process. Unfortunately, once we got into our home, we have noticed multiple issues with the quality of work that was done. I like the value for the price paid. I love the layout, location and space. However, been having an extremely difficult time working with Beazer to have my warranty issues worked. I have not had any problems with 90% of the house construction however the doors quality is bad, and getting them to replace them has been a nightmare. This is not my first new home that I have purchased, I understand with new constructions there are always things that will need to get fixed/replaced ect. They had done an amazing job and all of staff were very professional. There were some defects found during the walkthrough and they fixed them, but we had some new findings even in the final validation time as well. However, they all resolved all problems before moving in.

I have been waiting months for beazer to fix simple items that needed attention from construction. This has been a nightmare dealing with subcontractors all day. Appointments are routinely made and broken, and beazer allows it to happen. The quality control by beazer over their subs is the worst I’ve ever experienced in the trades. I love the floor plan and location of my home, but wish it was being built by anyone else. I am hoping theses things will be done so I can enjoy my new home.

Incredibly poor craftsmanship and lack of ownership of the obvious problems

The staff comes off as helpful at first but when you discover major issues that’s when the disappearing act happens. We bought a spec home and moved from another state. The quality of the house is incredibly poor. Mud work of drywall is at a no skill level. They use matte paint to hide all the blemishes everywhere else. I have crooked floors and a crooked ceiling and still nothing resolved. I can go on forever and write a book of the this horrific experience and poorest craftsmanship.
