We are very happy with our new home and would like to recognize the outstanding efforts of Matt, our construction manager. Building a home is a major undertaking, and Matt played a significant role in making the experience a positive one. One of the things we have been most pleased with is the quality of the home itself. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall build quality have met our expectations, and it is clear that care was taken throughout the construction process. We have also been extremely impressed with the home’s energy efficiency. Despite having an almost 3,000-square-foot home in Texas, our monthly electricity bills have ranged from only about $80 to $140, which has exceeded our expectations. Matt was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in delivering a quality home and a positive customer experience. He consistently communicated clearly, addressed concerns promptly, and followed through on commitments. His attention to detail and customer-focused approach gave us confidence throughout the construction process. Like any home build, there were a few minor hiccups early on related to communication and option selections, but once those concerns were escalated, Chris and Matt ensured they were resolved quickly and professionally. From that point forward, it was smooth sailing. We would also like to recognize Nadia, who stepped in after our original sales counselor left the company. Even though this was not her sale, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and willing to assist whenever needed. Her professionalism and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. No home-building experience is completely perfect, but what matters most is how challenges are handled. We greatly appreciate the efforts of Matt, Chris, and Nadia in ensuring we ended up with a home we love. Matt is a tremendous asset to the company, and we are grateful for all of his hard work throughout the process. Overall we had a good experience with Beazer homes. Our sales rep Shelly, and construction manager Brent were great. Brent provided weekly updates, he was very on top of things and helped us with anything. We did not have a good experience with the title company that beazer uses and we did not have a good experience with the choice lender that we had to use.

Working with Beazer Homes was one of the best experiences of my life. The level of care, professionalism, and communication throughout the entire process made everything smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, the team made us feel valued and supported, and the final walkthrough and closing experience exceeded our expectations.

Tiffany was amazing from day one all the way through the buying experience. She kept us informed and updated through the whole timeline. Even after the final walkthrough, David was helpful with getting things fixed that no one caught - no matter how little the item.

Both Kieran and Abraham were much of help. They made the process so easy and answered every question and were quick to respond to any items that need to be address. They followed through and always called after to make sure the issue was resolved.

Everyone was very accommodating and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Glad I moved in. I also enjoy my neighbors.

Overall, everything that was promised, it was delivered. Just a few details that could be seen prior to the last inspection. The guy responsible for the walk-through talked too much, instead of looking into the details with us. Baezer has been very diligent in fixing small things that we request

The entire process was great, everything was smooth and they would always check in and let you know if any deadlines. The home is great quality build compared to others as I noticed while shopping around. Customer service has also been great. Bill and Rob are always checking in and making sure the issues were fixed properly and if anything else is needed. Nothing is perfect and any imperfections or issues we have found they have been quick to get someone out to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I would recommend Beazer homes to any potential buyers

Our experience with Beazer Homes has been satisfying, memorable, and far better than we expected, largely because of the incredible team that guided us throughout the process. Brad, Lonnie, Katheryn, Dylan, Cary, and Kelly were all wonderful to work with and truly made the experience a satisfying and memorable one for my wife and me. From beginning to end, we felt genuinely heard, understood, and supported. The level of communication and customer service we received was exceptional. Throughout the build, the team consistently kept us updated through phone calls, texts, emails, FaceTime, Zoom meetings, pictures, and videos showing the progress of our home. Questions were answered quickly, updates were proactive, and we always felt informed about pending items and next steps. Building a home can feel overwhelming, but the communication and transparency made the experience much smoother and less stressful for our family. One of the most meaningful moments for us was the pre-drywall meeting. Since we travel with our children, this was an especially important visit for our family. Even during an unusually cold day, the team took the time to carefully walk us through everything, explain details thoroughly, and mark items for the construction crew to ensure our requests would not be missed. That attention to detail and willingness to listen made us feel valued as homeowners. The warranty orientation was also extremely helpful. The process, coverage, and procedures for future issues were explained clearly and patiently, and we were provided with written documentation and contact information so we would know exactly what to do if anything came up after closing. We left feeling reassured and supported. What truly made our experience stand out, however, was the professionalism, honesty, and transparency shown throughout the process. Prior to Beazer, we had experiences with other builders where promises were made about delivering the home we wanted within our budget, but those expectations ultimately fell apart. Naturally, we approached this process cautiously at first. To our surprise, Beazer delivered on what was promised. Expectations were communicated honestly, and the final result reflected the vision and budget we discussed from the beginning. That level of follow-through built a tremendous amount of trust and confidence for us during such an important life decision. While we are very happy overall, the one area that truly needs improvement is the Design Center experience. Unfortunately, that part of the process felt unnecessarily long, uncomfortable, and frustrating. Although we could physically see and touch samples, there was no software or digital visualization tool to help us see how selections, colors, and finishes would actually look together in the home. Having technology that allows buyers to visualize combinations in real time would make the process significantly easier, faster, and more accurate. There were also several instances where items discussed during the appointment were reflected differently on paperwork and required multiple corrections afterward. Improving the organization, accuracy, and technology used during the design process would greatly improve the overall customer experience. That said, the quality of care, communication, professionalism, and support we received from the Beazer team ultimately made this an experience we will always remember positively. From the multiple tours and communications with Tracey, who was a pleasure to work with and very prompt and communicative. To Aneta, who managed our construction, she was able to bring up any issues and resolve them promptly and helped us get to the finish line in a timely manner. We appreciated their friendliness, professionalism, and expertise throughout the whole home buying process. We are loving our new home and look forward to raising our family here!!
