After 6 home building projects, Beazer was our best building experience to-date.

This is my first time buying a house and I am so happy I chose Beazer. The house could not be a more perfect fit for my fiancé and I. I’m so happy with Tony’s help to find it, Josh’s help with the build, and Ashley’s help on the warranty side. I placed a few request for small warranty items after moving in 07/01/2025 and they have all been completed within 2 months! The communication with the Beazer team has been exceptional and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase. I would 100% recommend a Beazer home for everyone.

We had to pay for the title insurance policy. That is a SELLER expense! We should be reimbursed $923.12.

I loved my experience with Beazer! Nathan was more than on top of everything and even helped meet deadlines others would say weren’t feasible. I would recommend Beazer and their team for any new build Inquiries!

Just an amazing experience. Beazer builds an excellent product with high end thoughtful touches that come as standard. This is the first time my wife and I purchased brand new home from Beezer Homes and the service rendered was excellent. Myla was superb. They don’t make people like Myla anymore. She explained everything in details. Honestly, home buying process and our experience with BH was so smooth and swift, no pressure at all. Overall, my first home-buying experience was very positive. The only challenge I encountered was with the lender process. I had already secured a lender, but the builder required me to apply through their preferred lenders, which added an extra layer of hassle. That said, the rest of the process went smoothly. The community manager, Jason, was excellent throughout. He was professional, approachable, and knowledgeable, always taking the time to address our concerns and answer any questions we had. We had an absolutely amazing home buying experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us with anything we needed, and answered all the questions we had regarding our home.

Beazer's quality is top-notch, and their service doesn’t fall short. I have closed on four new homes over the years, and Beazer has been the best by far! Thanks, Myla, for everything — you made our interstate move with a newborn and two pups a lot easier!

The process of meeting with Brad, Kelly and Lonnie and discussing plans, options, warranty were fine. The constuction phase was so so. The final stage was not so good, the building supervisor Lonnie failed in so many ways, he didn't schedule a cleaning crew his boss did it on her time off. The painting marginal at best the paint just peels off the winow casing LITERRALLY in hunks. Concrete worse I've ever seen looks like the floating and finish was done with a garden rake.There is a reason they only allow 4 visits, so you don't see the lack of professionalism and craftsmanship.

From the very beginning we had a great experience and smooth ride. Loved getting the updates of the home with the pictures! Someone that really that made a huge difference in our process was Sam, she has been super great and helpful. Always answering all of our questions and going above and beyond for our family. She has an amazing personality and an amazing heart that truly wants to help people out. She made sure everything was perfect for when closed on the house! The purchase was easy. The agent was great. The quality is fair. Garage is small. Refrigerator still not working properly after three repairs. The water smells and is very dirty. I have a serious mold issue in HVAC closet. The ERV system is noisy. Paint is the lowest quality Sherwin Williams. Why would a quality builder put wire closet organizers in a quality home? And the remote fan is an issue- due to the limited frequency of each remote, randomly, the light or fan will come on due to someone else in the building using their remote. Only had issues after issues since i bought this house. first it was A/C pan leaking, then garage door issue , then insulation / cooling issues, now i'm dealing with drainage issue, there is no drainage on one side of the house, so all the water pooling on the side of the house and around the fence, smells very bad and lots of mosquitos , Right side had a drainage but fully clogged , not water comming out of the drain!! put in request with builder and builder agreed to put a drainage but they still haven’t send anyone to fix this issue, kept having to message and call builder to get an update from “warranty” person, feels like they are in no hurry to fix this issue, i got kids at home dealing with this smell and mosquitos , i should have done my research before purchasing a beazer home, there is zero quality control , I would not recommend a Beazer home!!! ... Tracey was amazing to work with! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made sure the townhome was exactly what I needed at this point in my life. Aneta was equally awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was as close to perfect as possible when I moved in!

Searched for a reasonable condo for around a 6 months and found Regal Chase and immediately went in to the model to check it out with our realtor. Matt introduced us to the community and we signed a contract the same day. Matt was awesome during the process, communicative and professional. Love the community and the unit so far and would recommend Beazer homes to anyone.

Let me start off by saying, I have purchased new builds from two other competitors prior and the experience with Beazer was far superior. From sales going the extra mile, like he got on the floor of the garage with a tape measure to make sure it would be big enough for us to our PM always being available for my questions and quickly responding, I am happy to say I love my new home. They kept in constant contact with me and made building a new home from across the country seem as if I were here the whole time.

Buying a beazer you will understand that all the cm’s are honest and professional, my cm waited the correct amount of time to drop the frame after letting the concrete cure. Each item I punched in the frame and so on were completed in a timely manner. I was able to see each phase of construction and was impressed. I will continue to build with Beazer.

The Beazer Team and Mortgage Officer I worked with were wonderful and my final walkthrough was wonderful.

We honestly couldn’t have made a better choice than going with Beazer Homes for our new place. The quality of the home is amazing, but what really made the difference was Fernando—he made the whole process so easy and treated us with such great care. We’re beyond happy with our new home and so grateful to the builder for making this such a wonderful experience.

The purchasing process was easier than I could have ever imagined. They have great options lined up for financing that really get you the best deal out there. The team followed up throughout the process but not in a pushy manner like some. Walk through process gives you a great piece of mind. Knowing and seeing that the team really cared about every little thing was something you don’t see anymore in this industry. I would recommend this team and neighborhood to anyone out there looking!

Garrett, our construction manager, deserves special recognition. His professionalism and care really gave us confidence throughout and after the build. Maria in warranty has also been great.
