We have been in the home for almost two months. The home is great. There were some issues after we closed but they were all quickly resolved. Truly appreciate the team and love the home.

From the initial purchase to move-in day, the entire process was smooth and well-organized. The quality and value of our new home have truly exceeded expectations, with thoughtful details and craftsmanship throughout. The builder’s team was professional, responsive, and always followed through on their promises, making us feel supported every step of the way. For anyone considering this builder, I’d emphasize their dedication to quality, clear communication, and delivering a home you can be proud of.

The team of Shannon and Joyti plus the warranty/construction team has done an excellent job in our home purchase. Beazer homes are truly well built and they promptly address any and all issues that come up. Highly recommend them! Five star service.

My experience was straightforward while looking at the home models. Tracy was very helpful with the purchase of my new home, and the project management team was great at addressing any concerns I had and taking care of them as soon as possible.

We are into the 3rd month of our ownership. I can say that we are (still) very satisfied with our decision to have gone with a Beazer home. The house insulation kept our home at a constant 75F most of the summer days without A/C. When the A/C is running, it is whisper quiet. If there is a critique for Beazer, I wish they would expand to the central part of the country, so that my extended family and friends could also experience the quality homes that we are blessed with here in NorCal. For anyone who understands buying a house is more than dishing out money after a pig (model home) with lipstick (interior decorations), there really isn't any other track home builders offering a better balance of quality and value than Beazer. ... The quality of the house is good over all. We like the plan/design of the community. However, we have some HVAC and water issue very early on, and is still working with warranty to resolve the issues.

My experience with Beazer Homes has been very challenging. My build was scheduled for six months but ultimately took 9.5 months. In the week prior to closing, Beazer attempted to complete two to three weeks’ worth of finish work in just a few days. On the day of closing, major components such as the gas meter and water softener were installed only hours before signing, leaving limited opportunity for complete system testing. Since moving in, I have identified more than 200 warranty items, several of which have prevented me from fully settling into my home even two months after closing. I have also experienced multiple failures of the air conditioning system, which is a significant concern in Arizona’s climate. During the build process, there was noticeable turnover in the staff assigned to my home (two different construction managers and changes in sales team assignments), making it difficult to maintain continuity and effective communication Although Beazer has made efforts to address warranty items, progress has been slow, with subcontractors often missing scheduled appointments. This has caused ongoing disruption and considerable lost time for me. I sincerely hope Beazer improves its quality control, oversight, and staffing consistency so future buyers do not face similar challenges. ... More

We love our house and Mike was incredible. Every concern was addressed .

Part of my experience has been great and I love the Floorplan to my home. However, there were many small things that was not fixed before I closed and even now that I have closed. It has been create a list and create a list of what is wrong over and over. The workmanship on the cabinetry, the front door, the bath tiles, the crooked walls, the electric work, study doors, exterior lights, and the yard which was not leveled with very little top soil. and building debris. I have had ny son at the home every week for work crews to show up with the majority of the crews never showing or never finishing the job. What I liked most working with the team is when things didn't go well they were great at getting it addressed! and I didn't have to fight them to get it done. The team we worked with was determined to make us happy with our new home, and we are.

As a first time homebuyer we had a lot of questions and fear but Arista Beazer Homes team were quick and very helpful to us. We chose the quick move in ready home and was able to close right on time. We love the floor plan, the size of the house and the backyard. They also respond in a timely manner. We highly recommend them and we also convinced some of our friends and family to come and tour the community! Kudos to Jodi, Cindi, Aldo and all the team behind Arista Beazer Homes.

Very happy with my house.

I am very happy with my new Beazer home. The staff are so helpful even after purchase to make sure everything is how it’s supposed to be. Pretty sure other companies don’t give you someone to text after you purchase a home to talk to about any questions. If you are looking for a nice community and great people, definitely look at Beazer.

Hello, My wife and I have an amazing and positive experience with Beazer Homes and their sales/construction team. Cathy, Manny and Jay are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They made the home buying process very seamless and any concerns we had were addressed in a timely and professional manner.

My wife and I were looking for homes for 2 weeks and our realtor showed use approximately 50+ homes, resales and new. Finally we were introduced to Beazer Homes in Estrella Mountain Ranch. What they had to offer was very appealing to our needs. The craftsmanship and quality of the home exceeded our expectations. What really made up our mines was the air handling system that cleans contaminates out of the air while also helping with cooling the air and this intern helps the airconditioning. Also the home is well insulated to help keep it cool in the summers. Amber W. was our point of contact and she did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the home and products. My overall experience with Beazernot bad. The sales people on the other hand, need more training and honesty, integrity and loyalty ! The design center the young lady I had was not knowledgeable on a lot of things that were discontinued or no longer offered ! over all experience pretty good.

It's been a great experience . When I've had questions or when I needed dome minor repair, it was handled immediately. Things couldn't have gone better.

The builder is great, home is beautiful! Everyone we worked with at Beazer has been nothing but wonderful! However, their preferred lender was a nightmare and almost ruined everything for us, cost us an additional $10k, delayed our closing for almost a month where we had to go to a different lender when we had waited 10 months for the home to be built. The most dishearting part was Beazer not doing anything about the lender, after an epic disaster like this, I can not believe Beazer is still referring customers to them which is just so incrediblly irresponsible. I would recommend Beazer because i do think they do a good job, but be VERY careful with their preferred lenders, do your homework! ... More

The overall process can be stressful. That was not the case. We have bought homes before, so we understood the process. Beazer has a good team of professionals that care about their customers and their products. We have had a couple of small defects arise from settling of the house. We contacted the builder and he was on it immediately. We appreciate how quickly he organized the repairs. We are very pleased with our decision to purchase our home.

From looking at the home with Ryan, and the pre-buy walkthrough with Kyle. I was very impressed! Kyle's attention to detail was amazing! I'm very happy!
