Our homebuying experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Shannon and Jyoti made the entire process smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Shannon is incredibly cheerful and was always genuinely happy to see us. Every visit felt welcoming and positive. She also has impressive knowledge of Asian feng shui principles, which meant a lot to our family. She thoughtfully considered layout, flow, and orientation in ways that aligned with what we value culturally. That level of awareness and respect truly stood out. Both Shannon and Jyoti paid close attention to the details of what we wanted and needed. They listened carefully, remembered our preferences, and made sure our concerns were addressed. We had a great experience building our home. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Trey, Joe, and Cindy were all wonderful to work with and truly made everything easy for us. They were professional, responsive, and always kept us in the loop at every stage of the build. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly, and we always felt informed and supported throughout the process. Building a home can be stressful, but they made it feel organized and manageable. We’re very happy with our new home and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build.

I couldn’t ask for a better home buying experience from the Beazer Homes team!

I will preface this by saying this is my 3rd new build in 5 years. From the moment we stepped in the model home is was so much better than my last two new builds. The buying process was seamless but what really made this experience standout was our builder Robert. He was thorough with explaining everything to us and concerns we had was addressed quickly and correctly. He treated us with respect and honestly felt like a family member. I would recommend working with Beazer and Robert to everyone. Great Job!

Less defect compared with other builders. Chris did a good job to build this house. He is very well on the communication and response quickly after the house done for some small fix. The house looks warm and beautiful

We purchased the house in June and moved in early December. Since we were out of state, we relied on the expertise of the Beazer construction team to build us a beautiful home, and they certainly did! We have excellent build quality and great relations with Cynthia, the construction team manager. Mike has been awesome with customer care. We look forward to using the new pool, gym and clubhouse this summer.

Knowing Myla at Beazer. Myla was there 24/7. I feel bad calling her but Myla never gets tired of me. It's all a good place to live. It's a pleasure being here. It was a great decision.

We had an exceptional experience with our Beazer homebuilder team. Henry called me every week to update me on what would be installed before the next call. Mark showed us around our almost-finished home when it was safe to visit. They both listened to all our concerns, researched and updated any issues that arose, and regularly check in to make sure all is well. They have been responsive and enthusiastic, explain the building process in easy to follow terms, and are reliable if an issue arises.

The location is amazing, with everything conveniently nearby. Their team is always attentive to any detail or concern from buyers, which makes you feel well supported throughout the process. We purchased our home during the holidays and even with time off and days out of office the personnel was friendly courteous with our time and got us closed by year end.
