I can honestly say I had an amazing experience working with Vincent and Leah. I unfortunately lost my husband and was very fragile, but they made the experience so great and I’m much appreciated. I love my new Beazer townhouse.

I couldn't have wished for a better builder. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable... the quality and service are simply outstanding. If I ever buy another house, it will only be from Beazer Homes.

Great people with a great customer service I wanna tank Shannon and Jauty for all the help that you guys have done for me during my Home purchase process. I really like my new home. Good quality great location. I want tank Keisha and Nathan very helpful people all of them is still they help me when I need them. I am very happy. I end up with a great people. There is more people to think that I forgot their name. Sorry about that.

buying my new home was made so easy and stress free with beazer. even after moving in, the project managers have been so helpful and responsive. whenever i had questions or needed assistance, they were quick to answer me by phone and to come see me in person. henry and mark have been extremely pleasant with their customer service and availability to make sure i'm 100% satisfied with my new home. i'm quite pleased with the overall experience from start to finish.

Cindy was very knowledgeable and informative regarding the construction and energy efficiency of the Beazer constructed homes in Sunset Landing. (It was information overload in a good way. Helped us make the decision to buy a home in this community.)

The team at Poppy Meadows was wonderful to work with. Shannon and Jyoti were always available to answer questions and got back to us promptly when we had questions or concerns. Mike provided a thorough walk through our home and was easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly and concisely. He addressed all the concerns that we had during all phase of the build. As stated in the title, we feel that we have a beautiful home. However, I am a bit disappointed with the cabinet vendor. Due to my expectations of Beazer, and the quality I saw with the model home, cabinets was not something I thought could go wrong. However, there were problems with cabinetry from the start. And even when the problems were addressed, I felt there was no care or attention to detail in installation. My drawers are still misaligned and spacing is a problem. Drawers are off centered, and something just feels off/does not look very nice with the cabinets. I was sold on an upgraded product, and I feel that I would have done better by sticking with standard cabinets. Especially since I upgraded my cabinets, I expected more. The cabinets do not match my expectations of this home and the Beazer quality. This does not reflect anything on the Poppy Meadows team as they did seem to try their best to listen to my concerns. ... More

Our experience with Beazer Homes at Cascade Landing in Dumfries, VA was very positive. Myla and Joe was professional, responsive, and made the process smooth and easy. The townhome is beautiful, well-designed, and high quality. We’re very happy with our decision and would definitely recommend Beazer Homes to other buyers.

Great experience with Beazer Homes

Our builder Cory really changed our perspective on our home buying experience. He was very communicative and gave us weekly updates. He was also transparent and always made us feel that he had our best interest in mind. Cory is personable and works hard to ensure the homeowners feel heard and happy and that a quality home is built.

My first home purchase and it was amazing.

We have built 3 houses prior to this one, with different builders, so we have been through the process and like normal you always have some kind of issues here and there. From the initial meeting with Brad, where he showed a lot of patience with us and our decision making process, but gave us plenty of time to make each and every decision. It was also important for us, since we were moving here from PA to have a realtor work closely with us, and we can say that Brad gave her a lot of respect, which did not happen at the other 4 builders we talked to before choosing Beazer and the Somerset development. Brad then turned us over to Brandon once the construction began and again we were 500 miles away during that process, but the weekly updates were great - really kept us in the loop! Towards the end of the process when it looked like we were going to not make the projected closing date (which was a major issue as we were out of temporary housing and would have had to pay for another month of storage), Brandon really stepped up and made sure the house was finished on time and the closing group made it all happen. We are loving the house, feel like the quality (2x6 walls; insulation, all the corners are square and all the finishes) were so much better than the other builders we had met with here in the Myrtle Beach area. We were looking for our retirement home and could not have found a better home or location. John was fantastic from my first email through the walk through with my aunt then myself a few weeks later. Getting help with one of their preferred lenders Cross Country Mortgage. Working with Tiffany and company was great. Could not have asked from start to finish a nice and smooth transaction.

Excellent customer service, addressed all needs. Was a rush closing and he handled with grace and professionalism. Highly recommend!

We are so happy with our new Beazer home. The home itself is beautiful and feels extremely well built, with great attention to quality and detail throughout. The customer service has been exceptional from start to finish. Our builder, Chris, and our sales agent, Justin, truly went above and beyond before, during, and even after the build and purchase process to make sure everything was taken care of.
