Buying a home with Beazer was straightforward and smooth. The builder, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and Slater was flexible and very helpful as well!

The process from start to finish was fantastic. Steve was so easy to work with, he let us know what to expect all the way through and answered all of our questions. He applied no pressure and kept us informed of important dates to look for to help us make our decision. Our new home PM Carson was also great. He notified us weekly of status updates, answered all of our questions, made simple modifications (adding another bush or replacing a tree type) with no questions asked. This is the second home we’ve built, and overall it was a very positive experience—better than our first. Carson kept us informed throughout the entire process, so there were no surprises. We made several trips during the build to check on progress and ask questions, and he was always responsive and thorough in addressing anything we raised. Even after closing, Carson continued to be available to answer questions and make sure items were taken care of. Any issues that came up were handled quickly, which we really appreciated. The only advice I’d offer to future buyers is to be very specific about what you want done. In our case, we made some assumptions about optional items without spelling out every detail. The work itself was done properly and to standard; the difference was simply in expectations. Being clear up front helps ensure everything aligns exactly with what you have in mind. The experience of buying the house was easy. Both Steve and Carson have been fantastic! Any issues that I’ve had with the home after my purchase was answered promptly. I’ve recommended Beazer homes to my friends as well. I have not dealt with any one besides Carson about issues with my home so I can’t speak to your warranty support, but hopefully it is just as good as I’ve experienced so far.

The quality stands out, and it’s the little details that really set this home apart. From energy-efficient designs to thoughtful customization options, everything was done with care and intention. The staff was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing weekly updates throughout the entire construction process from start to finish. We love our new home very much. Connor and Jackson made our experience flawless and enjoyable! Quality and comfort throughout ~ we couldn’t be happier!

We moved in November 2025 and unfortunately had a roof leak due to pigeons. I contacted Tony right away and he provided the number to the emergency line. They were able to get someone out quick and answered all my questions and concerns. I was worried about mold and other issues so Tony called a third party contractor to assure me there was no long term damage. He is always so helpful and patient with my schedule and phone calls.

Wonderful experience with agent, worked with us on choices and upgrades. He was available to answer questions from start to finish.

Great experience working with the builders

Brandon, Justin and Megan did a fantastic job. Every time I had a question, they answered. They made it very easy to purchase my home I’m very pleased with their professionalism

We had a great experience with our buying processing begun with a friendly tour by Katina and then a thorough walk through by Sam as we moved along the process of closing. Communication through the entire process was great and they made us feel comfortable as we navigated anxiously about purchasing a new house. Would highly recommend others to consider Beazer homes!

Experience purchasing a Beazer Home was pleasant and seamless from the moment I toured to the moment I received the keys. Angela is a phenomenal agent in the community and the construction manager Bob was very helpful in explaining the features of the home/community. I’m excited to see what else may come to the community and as they continue to build look forward to some hopefully added features. We know they’re still building but also look forward to added street lights and parking spaces as the community continues to grow. Easy process, on time , perfect finish

The home process was seamless and communicated effectively week over week. The final product of the home was fantastic and we are happy with the finished product. The building team was very thorough and the inspector we hired complimented the building team on their attention to detail.

We had a wonderful experience with Beazer Homes from start to finish. Everyone that was a part of helping us build our dream home was amazing. Hayley was so informative and very quick to answer any of our questions when picking and designing our home. Chris was absolutely fantastic and truly went above and beyond to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. Communication was clear, and we always felt heard and supported during the process. We experienced a great journey with Beazer from the beginning to the end…. Javier was a wonderful salesman then Mark came along to add to the final touches to our beautiful home. Shannon was a great asset in helping me choose the best designs to complete the home. Kyle was there every step of the way to make sure our house was perfect and that we were completely satisfied! The care and attention they provide from start to finish and even after closing is incomparable. Our work with this builder was smooth. This was not our first home nor was it the first time we've built a home. Christian and John had top-tier communication. They were accommodating and patient the entire time (even when kept coming back to look at models lol).

Overall it was a very good experience. From initial contact (Noah) was very helpful and great to work with. I appreciated the weekly videos(Jamie) on the progress. Especially good for people building from other states. I appreciated the weekly meeting. I do feel the contractors could be more careful with their lack of picking up after themselves. Beazer has more than enough dumpsters around for them to pick up after themselves. A few things could have had more attention to detail especially since people are spending money. I wasn't happy with the sidewalks being put in after we moved in. I definitely appreciate the Customer Care Rep. (Dave). Definitely an asset to your company. ... More

Our story is extraordinary. Everyone believes that, however, we were not looking to purchase a home. We visited Beazer and were informed by Becca on the efficiency, quality oconstruction, and the advantages of new construction. Even with that, we saw an inventory home that was discounted and ready to move in, and we would have to sell our home to buy. Becca assisted us finding an awesome realtor, Lani, that sold our home for 0% commission. The rate offer at the time was great. All excuseswere removed. Our home sold after the first showing and 36 days after committing we were moving in. Great coordinating with Beazer Team their preferred lenders and our realtor. ... More
