It is my first Beazer home and I need to say it was a very pleasant experience in general, the team, starting with Mr. Phil, was amazing, and when we finally got our home, Garret and Brittany were always accompanying us in the whole process. Tiny details appear in the home after 3 months, and they always help us to solve details and doubts. Thanks for your hard work.

The house is well constructed, offering solid quality for its price point. Additionally, the builder demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service, addressing complaints promptly and effectively.

My experience purchasing a townhome in Tulip Hills was great! Rob was and continues to be extremely personable and responsive. He made me feel welcome, and like it really matters to him that the property is well-maintained. Whenever I have had a question or concern, he has gone over and above to address them. Travis has been very easy to work with, and is super friendly, as well. The quality of the craftmanship is important to him. We recently completed our homebuilding journey and wanted to share our appreciation for Pamela Wilson and Brett Mosley who supported us throughout the process. From the beginning, Pamela was approachable and patient, taking time to understand our needs and working with us through several rounds of clarifications and customizations. Whenever we raised questions or concerns, she always made sure they were addressed. One example was the kitchen cabinet layout — after sharing our feedback, she facilitated a change that better suited our requirements, which we truly appreciated. Brett also played a key role in delivering a home that met our expectations. He was accessible and receptive to feedback during the build process. One standout moment was how he handled the backyard grading — after we expressed concerns about the slope, he ensured the area was properly leveled and the elevation significantly improved. That made a big difference for our outdoor space and long-term usability. What stood out even more was Brett continued support after closing. He went out of his way to help with post-purchase maintenance, including watering the newly seeded backyard lawn for a couple of weeks — something we didn’t expect but greatly appreciated. As a Realtor, I have experienced new home buyer and Beazer has certainly exceeded my high expectations. Ken, our Sales Rep, helped us every step of the way and was always very responsive to our many questions. Garrick also went above and beyond with responses to our concerns and his follow through was also exceptional. Then, after move in, the customer care team made sure nothing was missed. Overall, this was a great experience and we love our Beazer home!

My wife and I could not be happier with our building experience. Our project manager has gone above and beyond when responding to any concern that we had. As with any new home minor problems surface after move in. Once notified, our project manager and builder immediately dispatched someone to correct the problem. We could not be happier with our home builder and their entire team.

Overall process starting from booking to closing home was smooth. We were getting timely update for each and every step. Transparent communication and no false promise.

Very helpful quick and on time

I decided to build a new home in Arizona as a winter home last fall. I researched several builders in the area and determined that Beazer was the only builder that was doing energy, efficiency models that were above and beyond simple requirements. The building experience was extremely satisfying the salesman and all the staff were very knowledgeable and always provided information that I needed on a timely manner. The home is now completed and I am very happy with how it turned out, my energy expectations have been met. My June electric bill was about a $175 in the heat of the summer. Tiffany and Tony have been amazing people to work with. The home buying process went so well and every concern I had was addressed easily. If you’re looking to buy a home, Beazer is absolutely one of the best builders in the valley!

We went from browsing to buying in what seemed to be a single visit. And that came down to Shannon’s laser focus on our needs and wants. Her customer service and Jyoti’s calm closing expertise were second to none, a true one two punch. You’re lucky to have them. We weren’t the first and we won’t be the last people they help find their forever home with Beazer.

From planning through construction, I found the experience to be relatively trouble free. My only suggestions for improvement would be 1) Allow the builder incentive to be used without obligation to Beazer's preferred lenders and 2) Use solar components all of the same brand. The combination of Tesla, SPAN, and Qcell leads to a confusing mess of different apps and compatibility. The process of activating the solar system with NV Energy could be a lot easier.

All of my contact with Beazer Homes was exceptional, from the start of the sale, through the process and after completion. I must add the Leah, and Carl are outstanding, knowledgeable, and friendly representatives of Beazer Homes.

From day one, this experience has been marked by deflection, evasion, and a clear imbalance of power. I wasn’t allowed to inspect the home before committing — issues like a cracked garage slab and mismatched fixtures were only visible through windows. David blocked walkthroughs, and when I canceled, Keith refused to commit to any timeline. Despite that, Beazer deposited my earnest money before the end of my 5-day review window — and then forced me to wait weeks for a refund based on non-existent contract clauses. After reluctantly restarting the process, things only got worse post-closing. HVAC miswiring was discovered — my outdoor unit was connected to a neighbor’s breaker, something Beazer denied until we proved it ourselves. HVAC still doesn’t cool properly, and it's now confirmed that Beazer installed 2-ton units in ~30 of the largest Phase 2 condos, while Phase 1 homes got proper 5-ton systems. When we raised this, they fell silent. I’ve received no engineering review, no duct correction, and no explanation. To make matters worse, Beazer still controls HVAC access months after closing, likely running down the 10-month warranty clock while homeowners remain in limbo. Their field rep, Manuel, dismissed serious appliance failures (e.g., microwave burning rice, oven failing to toast) by suggesting I “buy a rice cooker” or “get a toaster” — all while KOAM confirmed the issues but offered no fix. Emails to Beazer's production team, customer care, and even the NHCC go unanswered. When they respond, it’s with vague statements or handoffs that lead nowhere. The HOA turnover has also been stalled, despite the legal occupancy threshold being met over six months ago. This isn’t about small cosmetic issues. It’s about how a national builder weaponizes process to dodge accountability — from contract to construction to warranty. My experience as buying as a first time home buyer was amazing! Stephanie made the process so easy. Every question I had she was always there to answer! Up to this date she still checks in. The community is beautiful and the home is gorgeous! Highly recommend!
