My husband and I moved from Austin, Texas to be closer to family in TN. The majority of our build and meetings were all handled virtually - I was also pregnant at the time. The distance might have been a challenge but I couldn’t be happier with my immediate team and points of contact - Jared and Cindy. They were always extremely communicative and thorough to address any concerns or questions we had while still residing in Texas. I felt confident thru the entire process, not to mention considering how large the community is - our house was built and ready for move-in relatively fast while still meeting rigorous builder inspections month to month. My team was always extremely professional, kind, warm and welcoming, which goes a very long way when you are moving from out of state. Additionally - the amount of design choices you are given with this company is just unparalleled and unique to this builder - every other builder we researched did not allow for these custom touches and the other builder houses just felt like they lacked personality and character. Nick was great and helped a bunch with the house purchase and the purchase of the furniture that came with it. Gregory has been very accommodating fixing all the issues we had fairly expeditiously.

We are so happy with our new home! The quality material and energy effectiveness is noticeably better than other builders. We also enjoyed the choices in the design center. We look forward to many years in our beautiful new home!

This was my first home purchase, I was extremely nervous and unsure of the process. Kelly was always consistent and quick to communicate. Wes called every week faithfully with updates and stopped by to help answer questions. He and his guys were even willing to come to the property and help my internet guy figure out his wiring route after I was moved in. Overall above and beyond experience and I’m so grateful for them and everyone at Beazer.

Excellent buying experience from start to finish.

I used to be a custom home builder. I was extremely pleased with the quality of construction, finish and the latest technology that was incorporated in my new Garden home! The staff at Beazer were also very helpful prior to the sale, with the financing, keeping me informed with the building progress and covering the warranty prior to move in. I highly recommend Beazer Homes and their staff at the Bella Vita complex!

My home was already completely built without my input. That being said, I’m very impressed with the quality of the materials used in my new home. Everyone, from the salesperson to the construction manager, has been very helpful and interested in my satisfaction. I love my new condominium and would recommend Beazer homes to people looking for a new place.

Really enjoyed the process with beazer. The design options were nice and easy to understand. The construction team kept me in the loop and Erick was in contact with me daily to help get us in our home early so we could close before our lease ran out. I am very pleased with Beazer and would buy another home from them in the future if I ever decided to move

We really had a great experience with both builder and construction manager. John our construction was outstanding, helped us in understanding the construction process from start to end. He really solved all our concerns and handed the house right on the date and took real good care as his personal home. He helped me communicate with the warranty team as well when ever I have concern. Furthermore, he delivered our dream home. I would really recommend him for others if they get a chance to choose. Their design is unique and they try to use as much quality materials as possible without it necessarily come as upgrade that you have to pay extra.

From start to finish, the staff at Beazers was amazing. Chrissy helping us with viewing the home and getting everything organized to move truly made it easy. Will was great and always on it if we need something looked at or fixed. I have already recommended this builder to friends and would recommend them to whoever reads this review.

Kevin made buying the home very easy. Kyle has been amazing and very helpful before and after moving in. Exceptional service was and continues to be the best. Very thankful the whole experience was great!

The entire process of buying our beautiful home has been amazing. We are so glad that we chose Beazer Homes. They made the purchase so easy. Our home has the little extras that makes you feel you have a quality home. They provided all the towel bars which my other new homes did not. They even provided dish soap. The entire Beazer team was great. Very personable. professional, knowable, and really friendly. We worked a lot with Mike. He made sure everything went smoothly and quickly if there were any issues. He did the final walk through with us. He informed us of how everything in the house worked and how and when things should be serviced. He’s funny too. Both Jill and Kelly made our experience easy. Kelly responded to the request/ warranty items and took care of them. She also made sure to hold the contractor accountable when one of the contractors was being difficult. Overall a great home. smooth experience.

From beginning to end, I couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone on the staff was nice, helpful, accommodating, and competent. I’m so grateful for my home and owe a lot of gratitude to the Beazer team!
