We love and trust Beazer Home, they provided detailed quality control and excellent services. We appreciate them excellent work quality, communication, work ethic, attention to detail, and timeline management.

The whole home purchasing process went well. Jody and Shawna were great at keeping us updated with the process and letting know how the house was coming along. Aldo, the home warranty contact has been great at going over the walk through and handling any issues that have come up.

Cynthia and Shawn were a fabulous on site support team - we purchased our Cambridge MD home while living a ross country in California And they both made it very easy.

Entire staff from the day I started searching through picking up keys and post move in has been an awesome experience! They have all made themselves available to assist me with all my needs. As a first time home buyer, I hope everyone can experiences the same level of satisfaction!

We recently purchased our Villa at Waverly. Overall, the experience was excellent. Monique, our sales person communicated very well and timely. Ryan, our builder also did a great job with communication and follow through. Mike with Beazer warranty was also very good to work with. We love our new home. One issue that we did have with the concrete pour on our front porch. It was very poor. We had to have special work done to cover all of the defects in the concrete. We have also noted in walking through the neighborhood there are many concrete issues with cracks and separations.

Overall it would have been a great experience if management didn’t screw me over $2k. Initially what I have picked out at design center was not honored by Beazer even though it was Beazer design center person who messed up my design. I was told they will take care of it, but as time got close to closing I noticed back splash were not installed. Management didn’t want to honor what was shown vs what I got. That’s why my whole experience with Beazer went down the hill. would I recommend Beazer to friend and family ? Not at all as I am not satisfied with their service how can I recommend to my friends and family. Last review left for Beazer but no one from Management had the courtesy to call and review where they could have been better. 2 stars is mainly because of higher management as they brush off customer like they don’t exist. The entire process, from purchase to move in, was flawless because of the professional guidance of Hunter and his team. They never failed to do exactly what they promised, and they did it in a timely manner. I truly appreciate everyone’s dedicated efforts to ensure that our desires were met, and what I liked most about the builder, is their commitment to quality, which increased the value of our home. We won on every front, Professionalism, Quality, and increased Value by purchasing with Beazer, and you will too.

Wife and I are first time home buyers. Everyone at Beazer have been so helpful, and knowledgeable about the entire process. I know most builders are trying to push a sale but Beazer didn't really need to due to their well constructed homes. We were very impressed overall. Even after closing Beazer still helps us out with everything we need.

Overall quite smooth for a first time homebuyer. The one hiccup was for the marketing. Beazer made it appear as if they were running offers on all homes when in fact it is just a headline deal for certain homes.

Hunter was amazing. Great communication skills. Always had everything on point. Any questions and concerns i had he had a answer right away.

Thank you to all that were involved in our home buying process. Mike knows the business extensively and he made us feel most comfortable in our selection of builder. Kathy knows the business from the real estate world and made us feel comfortable in the purchase and selections for our new home. She did everything we asked to ensure we had all the information at our fingertips. We have been in our new home for just over a month and everything is good so far.

Our experience with buying our first home was great! We didn't have any issues moving in, and when we did, my customer care rep, Vincent, was a great resource in ensuring my home's issues were corrected promptly. He's been there to answer any questions I have, provide guidance for concerns, and knowledge for items I was uncertain about since I've never owned a home.

Brian and Sam were incredibly helpful and personable from start to finish. Also would like to mention the customer service team was just as supportive towards the close and after.

Josh was awesome ! The experience was smooth. My walk through with Angel was amazing he really made the experience worth it.

Very smooth process from start to end. Design center had all our likings. CORY Did an amazing job bringing the project on-time .Beazer builds a fine Home with top of the line materials. I recommend giving Beazer a visit if you're in the market for a High Performance Home.

We love our new Beazer home. The quality and materials are far superior to other builders. The regular communication from Lonnie and Brad made the process super smooth and Kellie from warranty is great. Neighbors are already bragging able how low the utilities are. We are excited to get our first bill. Great job!

The quality of the construction is breath taking. My Agents Nicolas and Shelley really made it happen for me, and they were quite patient. Hunter was very informative during my virtual tours with my Agent. I am very well pleased with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend Beazer Homes to any prospective Buyer.

I was very pleased with the Sales and Construction Teams. They are very helpful and quick to respond. Ancillary Services of HOA and closing attorneys office could use some process improvement. Getting assistance from the HOA company (may change with transition from Beazer) at times took continual prodding. The closing funding confirmation from the attorneys office took too long. Receiving keys was delayed an unreasonable amount of time due to the closing office process. I love the location, the amenities and how well the facilities are kept up.

The home building experience was good. Great communication. The HOA, which is still controlled by Beazer, is awful. Poor communication. Long wait for approval. Still not approved. If I'd known it would be so bad, I would reconsider purchasing in Beazer Harborview.
