Our experience buying our Beazer Home has been wonderful! From our salesperson Julien to our Project Manager, Jeff and Carlis they have been nothing short of fantastic! We’ve purchased homes with other builders before but these guys go above and beyond for their clients. We cannot recommend them enough. The communication about our home, everyone checking in and making sure we are settling in just goes to show how much they truly care.

Corey and Elizabeth were incredibly responsive throughout our home buying experience, we did 3 walk thru’s with Corey who has an incredible attention to detail outlining important details and pertinent information specific to our home. Happy with the construction and quality of our new house. Our construction manager Jaron was always on top of anything that would come up, or questions we had. Overall a smooth and professional process working with Beazer and Jaron.

We had an amazing experience purchasing our home with beazer at poppy meadows - primrose. Sales team members: Jyoti and Shannon were extremely knowledgeable and very supportive during the process. We didn’t feel any pressure during the home buying process. They carefully walked us through the home buying process and promptly provided us with answers. We have purchased new homes in the past, this was by far the best sales experience we have had.

Beazer homes are of great quality.We are happy to buy Beazer homes. Entire buying process went smooth. Shannon and Jyoti make a great team!! Shannon did an amazing job by listening to our needs and found us the perfect house and Jyoti helped us with all our paper work. I would recommend Beazer homes to anyone who is planning to buy.

From start till time of possession and even today happy with the decision and the Beazer team , secured a well constructed futuristic house that meets and exceeds our expectations . Word cannot do justice from the quality in regards to construction and towards the transaction process involved towards securing a house all very modern and at same time simplified for easy understanding for such a person as me being a first home owner . Well recommend their services to anyone .

As a first time homeowner I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The team was supportive, patient, and always willing to walk me through each step with no hesitation. Their attention to detail and commitment to the quality of a Beazer home made all the difference. I am so excited to start this next chapter in my new beautiful home. I moved in about two months ago and I have had great experiences so far.

It was a very simple and easy experience.

Jyoti & Shannon were such a pleasure to work with as they helped us tour and gave us such thorough information on the home we eventually purchased. They were quick to respond at any given moment, were personable, transparent, and helped us negotiate an amazing deal on our dream home. And then when it was time to do our initial walk-through, Joe was also outstanding and thorough in showing us the many features and tips for owning and caring for our home. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase experience, and the quality of the build, materials, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that was put into our home. We decided to build with Beazer because their quality and included features seemed better than the competition in the immediate area. The sales rep was very knowledgable about the building process and selling points. We liked that the outside walls were built with 2x6s instead of 2x4s. The design studio was easy to work with and their professional designers made selecting finishes easy. Our builder was extremely knowledgable and communicative. He always responded within hours of us reaching out and took care of issues quickly. The customer experience was excellent from start to finish. Helpful, honest upfront, addressed issues

Megan and Brandon did a fantastic job with all communications and the production of my new home. Anything I didn't understand was explained to me so I could understand and anything I needed after the purchase they have been very responsive. Beazer Homes is definitely a builder I would recommend.
