After speaking with 8 different home builders my wife and I came across Beazer Homes and we're glad we did! We were first time home buyers and the Beazer representative Ethan was able find use the perfect home, realtor and lender to make the deal work for what we were needing. And to top it off the home is energy efficient and built to high standards from what our inspector advised us. John with Beazer was also extremely helpful with any questions regarding the build of the home itself. I highly recommend going with a Beazer home if you're looking for a great experience.

The team at Beazer homes was absolutely amazing to work with. Our builder and new home counselor was very attentive to our needs and was always available to answer questions every step of the way. Our builder went out of his way to make sure everything was done on schedule, and he made sure to check up on us even after we moved in. The team was also very responsive when it came to submittimg warranty requests and completed them in a timely manner. We would love the opportunity to work again with Beazer in the future and wish them the best!

from the initial purchase to the final move-in, was a wonderful experience. It was awesome just knowing that you would be building a house to my expectations, which gave me great confidence throughout. describing the quality and value of my new home, I feel that the overall value is good. However, I've noticed that the paint quality could be improved. Specifically, it doesn't seem to be a high-quality paint that is easy to clean, which is a concern for the long-term durability and maintenance of the home. Big House - Big Stove: a home of this size (5Br / 4BA) should be equipped with a larger stove. The current stove is super small, which makes it challenging to cook using all four burners at the same time. This is something I feel could be changed to better match the expectations for a large house. Regarding the builder's team, my experience was overwhelmingly positive. The experience with Beazer homes and Bethany was great! They worked with us to get our third party inspector out in time for them to facilitate some repairs before closing and have worked with us well on things that have come up just prior to move in. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

We moved into our new home on September 30th.We did the sale remotely, as well as watching the progress. Both Tiffany and Zach were wonderful to work with. She was always available, consistently helpful, and truly a steady hand throughout the process. We felt fortunate to have her guidance. First time home buyer and Beazer made it a great experience. Joe, Carlis, Venus and the rest of the Beazer team did an excellent job of keeping in contact with me throughout the home buying process. Where I feel Beazer could improve is in their options for add-ons and modifications to be made to their homes during the design/build phase. These options should be tailored to the particular needs of the home, for example, a Townhome option where the front door can be glass to allow external light to enter the home, especially in units that are interior units that don't have windows to the left or right of them. Going through this process has been so delightful because of the entire team from Alex, Adam and Michael going through the process in buy and building. It felt so nice knowing that we could reach out to them about any of our concerns.

The entire start to finish was incredibly easy! At first my husband and I were just tossing the idea of moving as we had been trying to sell a home in Arkansas for a few years when all of a sudden it was under contract. I work for a new home builder myself and had been looking through newhomesource.com when I found Aulin Square. The layout was similar to a plan I was familiar with from my builder and loved the idea of a detached garage with courtyard. We decided to take a look at the home, but were not able to stop by during operational hours. The Self Tour option provided an easy way to tour the home after hours and gave us the space to discuss the home without pressure. Another great touch point was from the online consultant that followed up after our visit to answer questions. After the tour we reached out to our agent to let her know of our interest. I had seen that this home had been on the market for about a month and honestly thought someone would take it soon. I let my agent know to go ahead and make an offer and from there we were off. From there we had a quick call with Amy which my agent had worked with prior. She sent over the contract and we got things signed off and started on the financing process. The lender choice was an interesting way to secure financing and we were able to lock in with our preferred lender and a great rate. Something to note is that we started this process early November and with the help of our lender we were able to get the home closed by the end of the month. We were the first closing! Also prior to closing we met with Anna from warranty and Joe from construction. Both were incredibly knowledgeable in showcasing the features of the home and answered every question we had. I have done many closing walks for new homes and this was one of the easiest. I already knew we would be doing interior changes so any minor cosmetic items we saw weren’t a big deal. Even so when we came to do the final walk things were fixed up and completed very well. Inlet Keys is a really nice development. Through construction they always keep it clean.Always ready to answer any questions I have and keep the neighborhood safe with all the worker’s and vendors doing their jobs.

It's a great pleasure to work with Chris and Sam. Both of them are very professional and responsive. During the home building process, they were very patient in answering our questions and helped us to solve every issue we encountered.

From day-1 of our casual visit to completing our purchase, it was a very positive experience for us working with Shannon and Jyoti, they both work as a great team together addressing every single question and need for us. They were very responsive for our calls and messages and also flexible with timeslots through out. From Sales to completion, we were respected and listened to about anything we questioned. Our Sales Rep and Project Manager changed shortly after purchase began - inciting Fear. We were amazed by 2nd Project Manager - Hunter. He took over the reins and miracles happened. Total build was completed early and so well. He kept all site vendors instructed and followed up daily. Hunter also kept us informed w/pics and emails at least 2xs a week. We are certainly “Happy Campers”, due absolutely to Hunter’s expertise. We looked at Beazer Homes in the spring, but decided it was not the right time to move. When we came back, the person who helped us in May had moved on to something different, and Aunee took over. We were looking for a single story and she knew where all the available properties in San Antonio were located (without having to look them up). We met her in Marion and decided to make an offer on a house there. Closing was quick and easy, and the home is very nice. And energy efficient! $91 first utility bill! For October. From sales people to Superintendent Brandon our home buying experience was excellent. We purchased a Spec Home and we were very happy with the design choices Beazer made. The team at Somerset was very prompt in responding to any and all questions we had. We highly recommend purchasing a home in the Somerset Neighborhood.
