I had a very positive experience when purchasing my new home with Beazer Homes. The selling agent was extremely helpful explaining in detail all the business transactions infrom beginning to end. The builders team walked me through my home before settlement explaining all the features and my responsibilities in maintaining those features. I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship this builder put forth and everything else my new home has to offer.

I had an excellent experience building my new home with Beazer Homes, and I would like to take a moment to recognize the people who made the entire process such a positive experience. From the very beginning, our Sales Representative, Kim *****, was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. She guided us through the process from start to finish, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood each step along the way. She was always willing to help and made us feel comfortable throughout the home-buying and building process. I would also like to thank Michelle *****, who was very helpful after Kim introduced us to her. Michelle was always available to answer our questions, provide information, and help us whenever we needed assistance. Her communication and support were greatly appreciated. A special thank you goes to our Construction Manager/Project Manager, Paul *****. He was truly exceptional throughout the entire construction of our home. We were living in Florida while our home was being built in Texas, so staying informed from a distance could have been difficult. However, Paul made the process much easier for us. Paul provided regular updates and kept us informed from the beginning of construction all the way through completion. He gave us several walkthroughs at different stages of construction, and because we were in Florida, he even provided virtual tours and sometimes sent us videos showing the progress of our home. This gave us peace of mind and allowed us to feel involved even though we were not physically there. We also hired a third-party inspector to inspect our home. The inspection identified some minor items that needed attention, and Paul took the inspection report seriously and made sure those items were addressed. Even more impressively, there were a few things the inspector did not catch that Paul noticed himself, and he made sure those were corrected as well. What impressed me most about Paul was his honesty, attention to detail, responsiveness, and professionalism. He treated our home as if he were building and managing his own home. He was always willing to answer our questions, explain things clearly, and make sure everything was done properly. And importantly, Paul's support did not end when the house was completed. Even after we moved into our new home, he continued to be just as helpful and responsive. Whenever we had questions or noticed something that needed attention, he was available to help and made sure we were taken care of. That level of commitment after the sale and completion of the home really says a lot about his character and professionalism. Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience with Beazer Homes. Building a new home can be stressful, especially when you are managing the process from another state, but having a great team made a huge difference. Kim *****, Michelle *****, and Paul ***** are a tremendous asset to the Beazer Homes team. This is my first Beazer Homes build. This build felt like I was the only customer they had, although they are balancing many builds and contracts at the same time. In an age where customer service seems to be lacking, this felt much more like I was being supported throughout the entire process. My Realtor, the sales agent, the builder, and I were all on a group chat and communicated regularly. I lived in California at the time of this build in Tennessee, so the Beazer team sent me regular video updates so I was always aware of the current build status and the plan going forward. The homebuying journey was exceptional from start to finish—transparent steps and outstanding service. Unfortunately, post-move-in customer care hasn't matched that high standard. Resolving warranty requests and getting timely responses for typical new-home issues has been a struggle. Clearer communication and faster follow-up after move-in would easily turn this into a 5-star builder.

My only complaint is I had to travel 3 hrs to pick my upgrades in a limited window there were things I would have done in addition to the upgrades I picked such as a shower door for my free standing shower which was never mentioned I assumed included, soft close toilets and bath cabinets etc. when I upgraded my kitchen cabinets I assumed all cabinets would be the same soft close no one discussed this with me I wish I would have had the opportunity to utilize the model in our development I felt rushed and it was confusing and I now have to make these changes on my own. Good sales team however there were a few bumps/miscommunications in the road in the closing process. Some of the preferred vendors in the financing process (excluding our selected lender) was frustrating and annoying. We are disappointed with some of the quality of materials used in the home (such as cabinets, drawer slides, tub/shower product, appliances, closet finishing, specific workmanship quality issues such as painting of baseboards and front door, bug infestations pre & post move in, etc. Some of the outstanding work order issues and interactions with follow up trades has been very time consuming and negative experience based on results. The pre move in cleanliness was not good. Beazer people are very good people which is a big plus in the buying experience. ... More

Our entire experience, from the initial purchase to final move-in, was very positive. We are extremely pleased with the quality, design, and overall value of our new home. The Alex's team was professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the process, and they followed through on their commitments while keeping us informed along the way. The Beazer team were very professional and knowledgeable of all the different homes we looked at. Mr. Jeff ***** made himself available to ensure we were able to look at homes in a short period of time and explained all the perks that Beazer Homes offer. I couldn't have asked for a better team to have worked with.

I didn't feel that the salesman wasn't completely honest during the process. After several "heated" discussions, things got better. Shouldn't have been so stressful.

I felt great from the initial start with Beazer Homes. Had a great experience with the builder Coltin. All questions that I had during the construction process were answered in a timely manner.

The home was nice the only thing I have against it ,was noise Hearing the neighborsfootsteps like you leave in an apartment. If I am to do it again I wouldn't buy it . It wasn't the builders fault though.

Staff have been available, supportive and answered all our questions thoroughly. We are happy with the home purchase.

House looks great and looks like professionals built it. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and acted quickly on general asks.

I had a wonderful experience during my new home walk-through with Ana, Joe and Becky . Our builder and project manager were thorough, professional, and patient, answering all our questions and making sure every single detail was spotless before closing.

The builder' time invested in constant communication with me during the entire process.

Our salesperson, Mark ***** was very responsive to our many questions and requests during the sales process and always gave us the truth, even if it was not what we wanted to hear.
