This has been such a wonderful experience all around. The staff in the office at the sales office were beyond helpful. And the men, both Tony and Dave immediately addressed each of my concerns before and after closing. All the workmen who came to fix or touch up were very knowledgeable and informative. Way to go BEAZER!!!

From the moment we walked in the model, greeted by Parker, we felt akin to the house. Parker spent time acquainting us with Beazer Homes as the only thing we knew about this builder was their New Homes billboard along side the freeway which led us to the site. Walking through the single story model, Parker pointed out highlights, answering questions we asked as we went from room to room and back and forth. He offered to show us the other models, but we were only interested in the single story. (We did eventually go into the 2 story model so we could see the difference in cabinet styles) We left that 1st day, really enthused with the house, but not 100% sure we should take the leap as we had pretty mush decided the timing wasn't right for us to buy. We had actually given up house hunting...until that billboard jumped out at us, lol. After a short period of time, a day or two I don't remember exactly, we went back. Parker was there and available for us to ask lots more questions, but also let us just "experience" the house to try it on for size, so to speak...and we decided to leap! Once we were able to decide on the elevation and the lot location, it was sorta a hit-the-ground-running situation. We chose our home in time to make our on personal choices about counter tops, cabinets and where to put the kitchen sink! Going in to the Design Center, working with Connie, was a once in a lifetime experience for us. She was great, I wasn't sure of my choices made from just small samples for the large spaces, but she was assuring that the final selections were going to go together nicely and we do enjoy the way the flooring, counter tops and cabinets that we chose work together. Parker, after he made the sale :), continued to stay in touch texting pictures and updates throughout the building process. He let us know about the different stages of walkthroughs and introductions to the construction managers, Ned and Darryl. Ned, being the 1st one of these guys we met, walked us around when we really had to use our imaginations, but it was very exciting and Ned spent the time helping us to let our imaginations flow! The 2nd time we went to tour what had been added since our 1st walk around our new place, Darryl was with Ned. Once again we were in awe and Darryl was very informative, pointing out what had been done and what was going to be done. Ned left our "tour" for a bit to go instruct one of the crew to come fix something that Darryl noticed wasn't done...an example of team work. As we were walking back through the garage, Victor was about to install the light switches and he asked us if we'd like the lights on 2 separate switches as opposed to just one, as we had upgraded and added more than the standard number of lights. We enjoyed this day too! Fast forward to the walk through before the final, we gathered at the house and met Kim for the 1st time, introduced by Ned. As we went from room to room, Kim was showing us how things work and even finding that the fans in the bathrooms weren't, so she put that on her list to address before the final walkthrough, which she made priority to show us that the fans were working at the final :) Ned, Darryl and Kim have continued to be available as we have found minor, but important to us in our new home, fixes that we wanted addressed and just questions that we've had. More than being available when we sought them out, they have checked in with us on occasion while going around the job sites. We are very happy with our home.

It was easy and straight to the point.

Our closing was, at best, chaotic! It was delayed four times on February 18th from 10:00 am to finally closing at 5:00pm. The city of Lebanon was blamed for delaying inspections and not getting clerical stuff done. I seriously doubt that they were 100% at fault. There was a hint that they (Lebanon) had some grudge against Beazer. If that’s the case, it’s damaging to your reputation. These delays were costly to us because we had to delay our contract with the moving crew. When our realtor asked that we be reimbursed, we were told that nothing could be done after closing. I guess we’re just stuck and out the $$$ for something that was certainly not our fault. ... More

The community offers a beautiful environment and comprehensive amenities, and the property management team responds swiftly. A special thanks to the entire team for their efficient collaboration, making our entire journey stress-free!

From the beginning of the process, my fiancé and I experience has been above and beyond our expectations with everyone we worked with throughout the buying process! Even after moving into our new home, all personnel continue to make themselves available to us to answer any questions and even resolve any issues that arise!

Overall, the home Our Beazer homebuying experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Minor issues encountered were primarily attributable to subcontractors; however, Construction Manager Wade ensured their prompt resolution. Furthermore, New Home Manager Myla facilitated a remarkably stress-free purchase and contract process, a significant improvement over past experiences.

Starting off from the house walkthrough and even more during warranty period, Matt has been a great build manager as he's been following up every aspect to ensure my wife and I get the best experience with Beazer Homes. Matt has provided detailed information for every home feature and valuable insights so we can maintain our house up and running. Matt has been closely following up on the warranty fixes with the purpose to meet Beazer Home quality standards

This is my first time buying a home and it has been excellent!!! Coltin (Our Builder) has been such a big help with any questions we’ve had about the home. The quality and attention to detail his team took was superb! We literally have no issues with our place. The efficiency of our place is also something we noticed right away! Bills have been low with normal use. I highly recommend going with Beazer if you are going to buy a new build!

Jyoti and Shannon are very friendly and helpful. Whatever issues we bring up, they take care of it right away. The quality of the house is good and we like the design of the house.

I've been living in my townhome now for 4 months and any issue that I've had whether small or big has been taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone at Beazer homes has made my first time home worth investing in a new build!

We purchased an inventory home from Ashley. She is very patient and always responds our questions and address our concerns quickly. Also she is very professional from showing the property to negotiations and beyond. After we got home inspected, Josh took over and fixed pretty much all the defects pointed out by the inspector, and he even went extra mile so we can close on time. Overall a great experience.

Beazer did a great job from start to finish!

The overall experience was great. Loved working with Josh in the office he made us feel at home right away. The construction management are great they were on site and always made sure we were taken care of.

I'm incredibly pleased with my new home in the Beazer-Waverly community. The Beazer team made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Monique's prompt communication and helpful answers during construction were invaluable. Cynthia and her team's attention to detail in resolving minor issues was also impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend Beazer to future homeowners.

The home buying process with Beazer Homes was great. Super fast and as simple as home buying can be. The whole Beazer home team from service department to the sales did an excellent job.

My experience with the Beazer homeowners was great. Everyone was very professional and very knowledgeable about my homeowners and what to expect throughout the process. Too include the Beazer mortgage person, Jenny. She went out of her way to make our home buying journey was very good She stayed in touch with me and my wife throughout the entire process.

Bad experience over all. Would not recommend to anyone. Bad experience with the electrical, I had to fix the issue after 3 weeks of being given the run around. Painter and Sheetrock guys took over a week to address findings when we were told it would get done that same day. If you go in the attic, there duct work hanging down, no supports, there is foam all in the attic including in the overflow pan of the ac unit, this can cause the emergency drain to clog.

We have had such a great experience with Beazer Homes. Everyone answered every question we had and was always there to help. Matthew and Tiffany made the process so smooth working along with us, our realtor, and our lender. Would highly recommend Beazer Home!
