Like every new home buyers, I too had a lot of questions in my mind. Since this was a whole new experience, everyday research was not helpful until i was guided by the expertise and choosing Beazers as one was my right decision. I am thankful that I was guided through all the steps to make beazers house my home. Their guidance and support was not only limited to our closing date but also after several months of move in. I do remember I had several questions or changes I wanted after i moved in but kept it to myself as i was not aware if that would be right to contact them but Nathan reached out to me on his own and ask if we are settling down well or not. From our first meeting with Hayley to the last detail being completed by our builder Chris, our experience was great. Hayley guided us through the whole process with clear updates and was always available and willing to answer any questions we had. Chris was thorough and detail-oriented and made sure everything was to our liking. Overall, they took the stress out of building/buying a home.

We made our down payment before we saw our home in person. Moving in from out of state, we knew what we wanted, a new home in a nice neighborhood. Our sales person went above and beyond to create a video of the home and area, and based on that we decided to buy. The home was just what we hoped for and the process to get a lender was easy with the assistance from Beazer.

Overall very pleased with the experience. The sales team to construction team did a great job. The weekly updates and direct communication during the home building process was excellent.

2x6 walls with pumped in insulation and sprayed in roof insulation makes for a quite and highly efficient home. This degree of attention to detail is seldom found in today’s construction. From the solar system to the very efficient AC you will appreciate even more when the electric bill comes. The superintendent, Vito is a pleasure to work with when and if you discover a problem.

ALL INVOLVED (ESPECIALLY BOB) WERE ALL TOTALLY INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS, & KEPT ME INFORMED "WEEKLY" (WITHOUT FAIL), AS I WAS LIVING ELSEWHERE! KANDRA (REALTOR) WAS ESPECIALLY "HELPFUL" IN SENDING ME "PROGRESS" PHOTOS & VIDEOS!!! I'VE "BUILT" 12 HOMES IN FL & SC W/SEVERAL BUILDERS, & I'VE NEVER BEEN MORE PLEASED THAN WITH BEAZER HOMES & THEIR PERSONNEL---SUPERB!!!

It was a great experience. Everyone involved was very helpful. They were always a phone call away ready to answer any question that came up. They were very friendly and not only cared about selling the home but about your personal well-being as well.

New residents onboarding and orientation went well. Follow up inspections are conducted on time and management is always available to solve the issues.

From start to finish, the process was so easy. From Shawn in Sales to Brittany in Design and then to Bethany in Construction... all great individuals that were very knowledgeable and kind. I didn't feel like a number, they were all very personable. Overall great experience, highly recommend!

Teresa (Beazer coordinator) and Jake (builder superintendent) was beyond amazing! They were always there when I had questions and always resolved any issue I had. To top it off, there were only minor things that came up and they were resolved in a timely manner. I’ve now been in my home 6 weeks and I absolutely love it! No issues - well insulated. In fact I don’t even hear the builders next door building the new houses from inside my house. My only wish is that Beazer would put in a community center and pool in Phase 3. Been in my new home for two months now. I have enjoyed every moment of it. The house is amazing, the neighborhood is what I wanted. My neighbors are happy too!!
