Our experience was flawless and stress free right from the initial model home viewing. The team made the decision process extremely easy and straight forward for us, the financing quick and streamlined, and our experience at the design center was also top notch and enjoyable. The build quality itself is extremely high, quality materials and fixtures, and the build was even about a month ahead of schedule! Follow-up post close and move-in has also been great, and any questions or issues have been addressed immediately. I wasn't looking for a new home, but my experience from when i first entered the model. I knew this home had everything i would want in a new home Sales consultant was very knowledgeable and kept us up to date on our new build throughout the process. Superintendents take great pride in the quality and workmanship to ensure a quality home is built. I love my home and neighborhood. Would highly recommend buying a Beazer home.

The design and attention to detail is comparable to the “luxury” home builders in the valley .. Beazer Lucero has upped the game . Our builder jacie is on top of the game the entire time and alongside with our representative Liz , they kept us up to date all every aspect of this build .. they take pride in their build and in each home. Highly recommend

Customer service was excellent - from Carmen, the home sales agent, to Bob, the builder. They communicated well throughout the entire process and ensured we were happy with our new home purchase.

Very easy to work with everyone I’ve talked to from Beazer, whether that’s sales staff, closing staff, construction, or even VENDORS! They are all great and helpful. I’ve never seen them have any excuses for anything, they are very FAIR and helpful. I would recommend.

Great place to invest, quality homes.

I love the quality built construction of my home and the energy effieciency my home has with the spray foam insulation.....That alone saves me money every single day. I love the style and design of my Duet floor plan, too. Great job, Beazer! I truly found the best value for my money and am enjoying the no maintenance lifestyle my Duet home has. Thank you

From the beginning to the end my experience has been amazing. From the first moment we walked into the door to look at the model homes we were greated with a smile and answered all of our questions, to when we decided to purchase Tige had every answer and when he didn't know or the subject needed a little more explaining John our contractor was one call away and continues to be a call away. John has answered from the tinniest question to the biggest. The best part about building our home was every week I would get a picture of the progress that was being made and it truly was amazing to see our home grow from the ground up. From the sales team to the builder, Beazer kept me informed every step of the way and their response time is excellent. My home is just beautiful and the community is just what I was looking for.

The process of purchasing a home with Beazer was outstanding. The sales agent (Jim) was very knowledgable about the process and took his time going over every paperwork to ensure we understood everything. The ladies at the Design Studio (Linda and Maria) were outstanding, professional and patient with us while we chose the designs for our home and the Customer Service agent (Cory) took his time with us going over every details of the home, from top to bottom and he continued to stay in contact with us after we moved into the home. We have been in our new home for a little over a month and they all still check on us to make sure we are ok and everything with the home is outstanding ... More

The extraordinary customer service I received with Beazer Homes was absolutely awesome! Their patience and expertise helped me to design a home from start to finish that was wheelchair accessible with specific modifications to increase ease of use in my day to day life.

During the process, the communication with our sales agent and our builder was excellent. They kept us informed of the progress and answered all our questions along the way. They did a great job with the property and we had a great experience.

Cory has still been in touch making sure the process has continued as smoothly as it started !

Great quality and attention to detail. Had a great experience with construction manager. Design center appointment was a lot of fun and design studio counselor was very friendly and professional. Overall, this was our second time building and would do it all over again. Thank you Team Beazer!
