I love the home

Highend appliances and outstanding after care once purchased

We came in the process a little later (framing had started but we were able to make interior selections- just not structural changes). From the sales experience (Katie) to the building process (with jimmy), we have nothing but the best to say. We are very pleased with their communication, professionalism, honesty snd customer service.

Shannon and Jody made this home buying experience awesome! We wouldn’t be here without their help! This was a perfect fit for my wife and I. The only problem we had was with the builders that didn’t let us know about the placement of the AC units that didn’t follow the initial blueprint until closing day. In addition to the type of fences we were going to have on both ends of our patio area that closes off a number of square feet to us. However, Shannon, Jody, Brandon, and Watt have totally made up for the builders mistakes and have taken care of us 100% to make this move in experience like no other! Good customer service and attentive to fix any issues

We truly feel as though the service received throughout the whole buying process was what set Beazer apart. From the first interaction with Samantha in sales, to our design center, walk through with Mike (sp?) and our final with Colin, everyone was amazing! Sam and Collin are still both so accessible to us even to this day and have resolved any issue and answered any question we had! We could have bought a home from anyone, but we are truly thankful to have such an amazing team to work with here at Beazer!

The hospitality was great, communication was excellent, and the Beazer Homes structure is top-notch. We loved it, and we felt welcomed from the get-go.

The entire experience was amazing!! Shannon and Jody were absolutely amazing in answering all our questions and being there when we needed them. Troy helped us pick out amazing items for our home during our design appointment and Brendan was amazing during our walk through. Everyone was amazing the entire way and we are happy to be in our new home!

From start to finish all my requests and questions were full filled without any complications. I had my townhouse built while I was out of the country and never worried nothing I asked for was not going to applied to my home.

From beginning to end everyone we met with was so willing to go over and beyond. Every concern or question was answered and taken care of promptly. Follow up was amazing and we felt taken care of every step of the way.

The buying process was extremely pleasant due to the professional service of representatives. The attention to higher quality details on the house surpasses the expectations and we bought new houses in the past. The designer in design center, Troy is very helpful with insights and advices. He knew what I wanted to achieve exactly. Every step and stage were pleasant. For us, there was no stress from beginning to the end. Even after moving in, the warranty service was exemplary. I could not find any complaints at all with these people.
