The experience I have had with Beazer is nothing short of amazing and spectacular! From Eric to Chrissy Beazer has been unbelievable. My every want, need or request has been fulfilled to a t. This team has been such a great team to work with at every level. The quality of the construction is impeccable. I have and will continue to recommend Beazer as your new home builder. I am exceedingly satisfied with Beazer! Great experience!

Overall we are pleased with the purchase/build process and remain excited as we transition from a build mindset to creating a home. As the first to purchase the Brookwood plan in this development, we did feel we went trough a learning curve with the builder and provided suggestions to help improve future home buyers experiences. Grant and John-Reed are fantastic project leads and always readily available to provide guidance.

Our contractor, Corey, has been great and very helpful! He’s very knowledgeable and informative.

Jay, the Construction Manager, was straightforward, responsive, and ensured everything met expectations. He kept me updated and handled issues quickly. Dee Dee, our sales rep, was straightforward, honest, and easy to work with throughout the process. Both made the experience smooth, and I appreciate their professionalism.

Recently moved into The Retreat at Morse by Beazer Homes. The experience has been wonderful and the staff is great. We are very pleased with our choice to build in this new subdivision. Looking forward to seeing this development grow and meet our new neighbors.

Positive experience with the builder and his team.

It was really good experience to have bought homes with beazer. Already in love with the home in the last 30 days. House quality is the most liked thing for my family.

Garrett and his team at Beazer were excellent. They’ve responded quickly and helped me at every stage. Highly recommend!

Our Builder Corbin paid attention to every detail throughout the building process. He was always very professional and worked diligently to deliver a quality product. He listened to our concerns and walked us patiently through the process. Shalitha in Sales helped us find the home that was right for us, she was always very helpful answering all questions that arised and making the needed changes to fit our needs. We had a great experience!

Cynthia and Mike were absolutely awesome in assisting with my new home purchase. They were attentive and addressed all of my concerns very thoroughly.

Everything has been great! No complaints here. Pleasant, helpful and prompt.

Garrett did a great job coordinating post- move in repairs.

It was a fairly smooth process with Beazer from the initial discovery and tour to actually closing on the home. The home quality is better than most builders and I appreciate the thought put into the energy efficient design. We've had great response resolving punchlist items in the pre-close walkthrough and in the warranty phrase after closing. Jaron has been a big help there with his responsiveness!

It was a wonderful experience. We love our new home. The highlight of the entire experience was working with Robert and Brice. They were both very kind, professional and supportive. Because of people like them, I would do it all over again and would highly recommend.

Very easy and smooth processing and helped in each steps

The Construction manager was wonderful. He always answered our calls, questions and took care of all of our needs even after the sale. Our Customer Service Representative made us feel like a top priority, between calling to check in and always looking out for things we wouldn’t have otherwise noticed. She’s got initiative and is very efficient, getting everything done right away! We were so fortunate to have such a wonderful team working with us!

From the initial contact with Beazer, Jessica and Bob created a seamless construction experience. They guided us through the process in a knowledgeable, caring and joyful manner. What could have been a very stressful time, was actually very worry free and fun. We learned a lot and laughed a lot. Jessica and Bob are THE TEAM!

The home buying process with Beazer was simple enough, although we were cash buyers, so your mileage may vary. The design process was a little bit rushed, but they do send the design brochure in advance so you can make some tentative decisions before you go in and look at all the options. What was really outstanding was the build quality and attention to detail of the house itself. Plus, we were impressed by the value. Home prices are very low right now (even lower than when we bought), but I feel we got a lot of house for the money. Overall, we're very happy with our Beazer home.

From the beginning I got an excellent offer and the professional staff guided me through all the process. The house was ready to move in as scheduled and everything was near to perfection.
