The entire process went smoothly. Once we settled on a floor plan, we started by selecting structural options. These are things like lot preference, basement, fireplace, ceiling height, extra windows, Beazer Design Choice options (which are options for things like kitchen layout, flex rooms to be a dining room, a study, an added bedroom). The design session came next. The design studio we used was only open certain days of the week. I highly recommend taking advantage of those open days prior to your design appointment to shop all of your options. Beazer offers a generous selection and consequently there is a infinite number of combinations of flooring, tile, granite, fixtures, etc. We used those open studio days to "pre-select" what we wanted and how much it would cost. This made our design appointment go much smoother than if we had not "pre-selected". We had a small window to tweak our choices, but Beazer starts ordering pretty quickly, so shop wisely. The last step is construction. Beazer assigned a construction foreman to build our home. He called every week to give progress reports. Beazer delivered our home on time. To be sure, there were some construction flaws, but we expect the Beazer team with whom we have been working to address those flaws with the same level of care demonstrated so far. ... More

Sam and Collin were great help.

Keith was our builder, Travis was our salesman and Sebastian is our warranty rep. From the beginning our experience has been spectacular. We were told that we would be contacted weekly abiut the progress and we were. Keith has been amazing and he built an amazing home. Travis was always available and followed through with everything he said. Sabastion has just started the warranty process but has been amazing as well. We have had No issues and I highly recommend Beazer to anyone wanting to build a home.

Everything was very professional. They hit all their deadlines, and never put any preasure on us to upgrade or spend more than we wanted to spend. They house is great, and we love the Estuary. Highly recommend them.

We are from Wisconsin and Beazer Homes send photo's every week to the progress our new house was making. After completion and when we moved in a minimum amount of adjustments had to be made. We are very happy with our Pahrump home.

I had a great experience with Beazer Homes from start to finish.

They had done an amazing job and all of staff were very professional. There were some defects found during the walkthrough and they fixed them, but we had some new findings even in the final validation time as well. However, they all resolved all problems before moving in.

So helpful in the while process, made buying a home actually enjoyable!

Beazer choose a great location for the project however the design of the floor plans and the finishes are poor, not a lot of natural light in the Kitchens, the floor plans have mostly a tunnel effect.. We were looking for a max 1200 sq foot in a high rise tower unit with amenities like swimming pool with lap lanes, sauna, several bbq’s, steam rooms, pizza ovens (see Howard Hues projects in Honolulu ie Victoria or Kalae) a development like the one I am describing would be very desirable in Orlando. The interior decoration of the hallways an entrance of the buildings is attractive. Several buildings have cracks in the walls see case#05032880 reported February 2026. Beazer has not message the residents providing peace of mind that a construction engineer has inspected the building and when and how are they addressing the problem, we expected a professional approach not hallway comments from the person that coordinates the punch list. Our experience with Beazer has been very good from Dawn in sales she is one special person from beginning to the end God bless her and also Benito was fantastic his knowledge was amazing thank you Beazer.

I am a new Beazer homeowner, & I am very pleased with my house. Initially there was a bumpy road with a few minor issues, I.e. paint, etc but Hunter always responded quickly I would recommend a Beazer home

Everyone from sales to construction to the final walk through was very good. However, the outside HOA company was terrible at getting back to us on fencing the property. Over 2 months after closing and getting them the application, finally heard from them. Seems very unreasonable.

The process has been great. Beazer has Ben great to work with and Garrick has been very helpful and informative through everything. Very few problems were run into with the home and overall I am very happy

As a first time homebuyer. Samantha and her team helped us out through out the whole process. They did their due diligence and ensured proper paperwork and steps were followed. The home however, you would expect a completed home with no issues and a proper QA to be done by the contractor in charge but there wasn't. We found several cosmetic issues such as parial holes on the ceiling by supposed covers, paint not covering certain areas, ventilation not working, and other things. Other than that, we love our new home and great full for the support from Samantha's team, minus the people in charge of putting the home together. ... More

It was great having the team to build the house. The did it very quickly and acted professional. There was some lack of communication and lack of small promises. The closing date was not even talked about until a couple days before the date. There was some minor improvements wanted to be done in the house and builder said he could do it, but didn't.

No blinds every one else has. bath tub leaked still have hole patch in wall from repair

Not my first time building a house, but definitely the most stressful. Communication wasn’t great. Lots of ongoing issues with the house.

We like the house and layout. However we were told we could have a fence and the day after we move in we go to a meeting where there is an uproar about the fact that fences weren’t really allowed according to the covenants. Fortunately we were approved because I had everything in writing. We were also told that there were rental restrictions in the covenants by the Beazer rep, Khris. Not true. I take blame for that because I didn’t read them closely after she told us that. Since moving in, these special hybrid water heaters have been nothing but a problem. We are on our third repair call. There are some issues with our floor that are being addressed. I will say our post move in rep, Jace has been great. So in general, it’s a nice neighborhood, close to everything. We like the house and layout and like every new house there are issues to repair. The things I think they could do better…make the driveway and garage wider. It would be nearly impossible to put two cars in there. Put in a nice bathtub in the primary bath! Get rid of those hybrid water heaters. They are terrible. What I like the best…the layout, the fact that they did the whole yard with sod, not just the front (although ours has to be redone as it was dead when we moved in. The client care has been pretty good so far. I liked the fact they use hardie board. As a realtor, I’ve had buyers in many different production homes and I do feel Beazer is a step about a lot of them. ... More

We had an excellent experience with my builder. The quality of work and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. The team was professional, responsive, and delivered on time.

We are very pleased with our new home. The floorplan is wonderful and Monique and Aneta were great to work with throughout the process.
