Responsive, knowledgeable, available, friendly and caring

We have really enjoyed working with Beazer Homes and absolutely love our new home. Bill was extremely helpful and easy to work with. As a realtor, I know what to look for and I have been very pleased with my experience with Beazer Homes. I will definitely recommend and show Beazer Homes to all my clients interested in this area and any area they are building in.

I recently purchased a home from Beazer Homes. During my very first visit I met with my sales rep, Shannon. She was such a pleasure to work with. She was always available to answer all of my questions, and provided me with constant updates. Upon closing I met my service rep, Joe. Joe has been a big help in instructing me on how all of my home’s features work, and making sure that I don’t have any issues with my home. I’d recommend Beazer!

Enjoyed the planning, customization, and build of our new home within 6 months! Build Manger (Will F.) was quick responding to any of my concerns or request before, during, and after our build! Customer service attitude and availability is very important to me when making large purchases.

It was very important for me moving into Bella Vida from another state that contact was made on a weekly basis by Bob, the contractor/builder of the home. He called every Thursday with an update, and as well I had my realtor stopped by a number of times to do videos for me, which was very helpful as well.

Like all immigrants, we are Brazilians, our desire was to buy a house in America and have a real experience of the American lifestyle. Because we knew little about the culture and commercial relations in the USA, our biggest concern was having someone who could help us and understand our needs and perspectives. Therefore, we visited several house launches in Orlando and the region. We heard from friends about Minneola's future potential, and we decided to check it out. We knew several brokers from different condominiums in the region, but when we discovered Beazer's project through the broker, Mrs. Mariana, we fell in love. The house and the size of the land immediately met our expectations, and Mrs Mariana's good work was decisive in the purchase. We speak very little English, and Mrs Mariana was very patient and tried hard to understand us and talk about the details. She translated a lot of what we said using Google Translate, her patience helped us a lot. As soon as we started building, we were surprised again by the good work of Mr Jeff, who sent us an email, giving details of the construction stages. At the time we were in Brazil and we were unable to follow the construction, but Mr Jeff always sent photos and details of the stages and this was very good, as we were able to follow from afar as the construction progressed. When we scheduled the closing of the house, we had a new surprise with the service from Mr. Carlis, who spared no effort in giving us all the details of the house and the closing process. Mr. Carlis scheduled a visit and explained to us with great patience, translating with the Google app and with the help of our broker, Mrs. Aslhey, all the details of the house, writing down the observations and the following week, the few points that identified, they were already resolved. In short, we felt very calm and safe when we learned about the work of Mr. Carlis and Mr. Jeff, who were always tireless in helping us whenever we needed it. We were so grateful to them for their patience and help, that we made them a typical Brazilian barbecue in gratitude. We were also very happy to choose the construction company Beazer. At the time, we searched Google for information about its suitability, history and quality. We really appreciate knowing that this is a large company, concerned with the environment and with the best quality of services. Therefore, we warmly congratulate the team of professionals at Beazer, represented by the professionals we know, Mr Jeff, Mr Carlos and Mrs Mariana, and for the construction company's excellent service, thus realizing our American dream of living. The Front Desk Manager and the Construction Manager were a welcoming team, working with my Realtor and myself. They were always willing to answer questions and highlight/point out assets of the property being purchased. Not once do I remember a delay in responses an answer to a question was needed. These two worked well together, or alone, as needed. These assets contribute to positive results from a home buyer.

Buying my first home was a very smooth and easy experience. Lisa was always available whenever I needed her and helped me along the way. Mark, the construction manager has been phenomenal. Even after closing he is always available and very responsive!!

The process was easy , fast and stress free. They will update you every week house your house going and the communication was great as well.

From the sales staff to the builder- all was great. Jake- who was in charge of building my home has the patience of JOB because I know I worried him to death but he wasn’t bothered . He explained everything and met my expectations on all points. I can honestly say this builder went beyond what others would do especially after closing thanks for everything!!

Nice place to live. Well planed and designed

Despite having a delay of electricity/utilities installment (which was out Beazer's control) , I have no complaints regarding the process. The builder kept me informed every week on the progress of the house. Gary the salesman was also very helpful and genuine throughout the process.

Good experience buying my townhouse.

I must say that I have had such a positive experience working with the Beazer staff. Ronnie was especially helpful by making sure I had a world class experience by being available at all times for questions and requests.

Belinda & Mark were absolutely AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed how they walked me through the entire process. Haley with Amcap was so great and patient as well. I love the team and my home.
