Team helped me lot overall

The entire process was great. Having never built a house before, I didn't know what to expect. But I got in early, and Alex was great at guiding me through the process. Because I got in so early, I was able to select all of my options, and even that wound up being way easier than I anticipated. I was provided regular construction updates and Dan and Alex both answered questions I had throughout the process in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the Quality and value of my home. Beazer has a great reputation in the Nashville area for building great homes and communities, which is why they were the only builder I even considered, and I have not been disappointed. I'm a first time homebuyer and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Even after I move in, the Beazer team at Jasper Point have continued to make sure everything is going well.

My wife and I were so happy to purchase a home in Monon Corner, but our timeline was narrow due to job changes, our sold home’s closing date, and a daughter due to be born approximately one month after our bought home’s closing date. Kyler and Isaac moved their schedules, expedited work, and kept a clear line of communication throughout the entire process to help make our move as easy as possible. The process of buying a home with Beazer was fantastic. From the minute we sat down with our sales person Brad, till the second we met our builder Brandon, we knew we made the right choice. Brad made the whole process of buying a home so simple and easy. He was there every step of the way from our first conversation all the way up to and after closing. Our builder Brandon couldn’t have built us a better home. He was there every step of the way also. He gave us weekly reports on the progress and patiently and respectfully answered every single question we had about the build whether during the week or even on weekends. This was the first time we built a new home and while we were excited, we were also a bit apprehensive...it turns out, we had no reason to be. Our builder, Mike, was a joy to work with and he made the whole process simple and seamless for us. We relied on him to be our eyes and ears since we live in New England. Mike comes from a custom home background, and it shows! He brought the same energy, commitment, communication and perfection to our job site. And he did this with a smile and "can do" attitude every step of the way! He made us feel like our home was the only one he was building. He answered every call and text swiftly and took immediate action whenever we had a request. He exceeded our expectations in every way. He kept us fully informed on our home's progress (never too busy to send us pictures), and when it came time for our pre-construction and new home meetings, he reviewed everything with the utmost detail. He handled our punch list in the same way--ensuring that corrections were made in a timely manner and that we were happy with the results. We can attest to the fact that Mike is a proud Beazer employee. We cannot sing Mike's praises loudly enough! Since the initial meeting I was very much impressed with the information provided, weekly updates, review meetings and closing. Both Kimberly and DaMarcus was very professional and provide the facts. My special thanks to DaMarcus who was really shepherding me with all the reported items before and after closing, with out any follow-ups he is there to help me.

I personally work with Beazer long time ago they always have a great team since I wrote the contract everything move smoothly the builder update me every week and he doing a great job I always recommend Beazer home to my clients

Beazer was easy to deal with. Various departments (sales, construction, and after-service) coordinate with each other instead of transferring my queries to one another. Through out the home buying/building experience, they were reliable and responsive.

Marc has continuously called every now and then to ask how the home is and if we have any questions to let him know, there have been times where I call Marc and he calls back as soon as possible to answer whatever questions I have, the neighbors are great community is great!

The experience was awesome. I had no worries at all. They kept me up to date and had it ready for me to move in! Amber was exceptional!

This was the best home buying experience I have had. Tiffany and Chris were amazing to work with from start to finish. I love my new home and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of my home. It has amazing energy efficient features.

Both our sales person, Kiki and the builder superintendent, Ronnie were exceptional. There was excellent communication and cooperation through the entire building process.

Robert was great at providing updates as home was being built. Brian was informative about the home. Chris was not the best lender.

This was my third time purchasing a home and by far the least stressful experience. The staff was wonderful, shout out to (Dawn, Luis and Brian). The communication and follow through was spot on. I was impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to help make sure everything is meeting my wants, needs and desires. Thank you!

My entire experience was perfect. From the beautiful move-in ready home to the Beazer team, Guild team and First American team. I couldn’t have asked for an easier or more enjoyable process. More importantly, the home is built so well and I’ve already gotten my first energy bill for the first 35 days and it was less than $60!!! Thank you to everyone and to Beazer for this gem of a community.

Beazer team has really made up for the work that has been done. Jay and Wayne were able to keep me in the loop of all the details and processes of what was going on with my house. Other things have occurred but Wayne has always been my first call and has stuck by me throughout each thing. I appreciate him for getting the job done and staying on top of making sure my house was back together in one piece. Thank you WAYNE!

I love the finishes of my new home and the community it is in. Jacob and Belinda are a great team to have on your side, they will guide you during and after the process of purchasing and also they tell you all that you need to know about maintenance. The walk trough was very detailed and they answer all my questions. They are definitely a 5 star team.
