Home is pretty much as expected but has taken months to find out how to get warranty repairs done and just as long to get the repairs done. Beazer needs to put something in place to make new buyers aware at closing or before on how to handle warranty claims and repairs. This is our second Beazer home but definitely wouldn't make the mistake again!

Moving from another area, we were kept updated about construction, worked with us for design meeting times, walk throughs and closing schedule. Overall, good experience.

From start to finish Beazer kept me informed in the new build process. The on site builder: Wayne and Mark checked in on me after I moved in. That made this experience personal. About a month after I took ownership Amy reached out to me to ask how I was enjoying my home. I appreciated that follow up. Ensuring my happiness is very important to Beazer.

Disappointed in the quality of the Beazer Home. Certainly not up to the standard I expected. People were friendly but had little work with. The lack of operating and warranty documentation was a concern The QR codes that were given were inactive. All in all I picked out Beazer because I expected a quality product. I was disappointed. No different than all the other builders that cut corners.

It is really good buying a home with Beazer. The staff especially Patti and Shari are very helpful and supportive. I still get help from them whenever it comes to maintaining my new home or any questions related to it.

This is our 2nd home built by Beazer. We have lived in the Lafayette Park development in Little River before and because of family issues had to leave. We decided to look at the Sunset Landing since it is a Beazer development and the new home we bought was better built than the previous one. Among the upgrades at no additional cost were the spray foam insulation which has made the house must quieter and warmer, the additional roof attachments to the rafters and the air exchange system. This is now our forever home. Truly a good home.

I have had very good experience with Beazer. So far, their support has been exceptional. We found a couple of issues after moving into the house. Bob, the support representative from Beazer, followed up and scheduled the service very quickly.

We’re all in on this home! A service issue popped up, but Tony fixed it in no time—he’s truly the ace in the deck. His quick response was all aces of customer service. If you’re looking for a home where problems fold fast, this is your winning hand!

Quality control is inexistent overall. What could go wrong went wrong.

Our experience started off on the right foot when we walked into the sales office and met Hayley. She presented us with the Beazer difference and my wife wasn't looking anywhere else.(I lost count of the number of houses we looked at). After settling on a lot that met our needs we were off to the design center and worked with Sidney. I sat in the corner and let Sidney and my wife paint the picture. Having a professional help with the design was really a plus. Once the construction started our Project Manager Cynthia was there for us. My experience with Home buying at Beazer homes turned out good choice and hassle free. Sales Manager Sanjeev is transparent from buying to closing. He is a good mentor for new home buyers.

Amanda was very helpful and efficient in selling us a new home in Amira. She’s not pushy and understood what we were looking for. The craftsmanship in some areas of the home is certainly lacking, but Eric has gone the extra mile to make sure the home is up to our standards and any mistakes are fixed.

My fiancé Emily and I had the pleasure of exploring several builders and nearly a dozen communities before discovering Beazer Homes’ Chase Oaks. From the very first glance, we knew it was the perfect fit for us. The homes were impeccably constructed, with a clear focus on the details that mattered most to us. We had the delight of working with Trevor, who was not only friendly and outgoing but also incredibly knowledgeable. He provided valuable insights on everything from the mechanical aspects to various design elements. Trevor even went the extra mile to communicate with my father, who lives locally and acted as our liaison when we were out of town. When it was time for our pre-closing walk-through, we met Colin and Zach, and it was another wonderful experience. They spent hours explaining the intricacies of the house, showing us how to clean and maintain it, and creating a punch list that they handled with utmost professionalism. On the day of closing, we met Jessica, the warranty manager, who was excellent in explaining what to expect and how to contact their in-house warranty team. No builder is perfect but Beazer did a great job on our home and were satisfied.

The home is beautiful and what we wanted. It was a super easy purchase through Guild Mortgage. The Beazer team were great.

The experience of purchasing the home was fine; the number of issues that I’ve run into since moving in…. not so much. In short, just no attention to detail and poor craftsmanship in general. I recognize that this is more of a reflection of the subcontractors that they use but having been in my home for about 6 weeks I actually regret my purchase.

Tiffany here in Sorella was absolutely amazing. She showed me the home and kept in contact with me throughout the experience. I called her and she even sent me measurements of the home to my text message to make sure my stuff would fit. She was very knowledgeable. Matt on the construction team has been kind and very helpful with any questions or concerns that I have had.

Me and my husband so glad that we found Beazer homes in Luna Vista community. We have excellent experience as first time home buyer.. Colin is always around to help us..He was the best in communicating and keep us informed. Have several issues with new built but addressed promptly. Our assigned representative, VITO, was very helpful and knowledgeable.
