Corbin made this a fantastic experience. His knowledge, patience, and actual build were all impressive. Corbin was extremely thorough in his explanation and took the time to show me all the ways Beazer is the best route to go. Corbin was fantastic.

This was our third home to build. We said we would never do it again. Jason and Darren were great. Jason was excellent at guiding us through the various stages of the Beazer building process. He was always available to answer our many questions. Darren, our construction manager, has 20 plus years of building experience. He kept us informed of the building progress. He sent pictures and was responsive to text messages. We closed on the house within the time frame quoted at our first construction meeting. I am glad I decided to purchase a home from this builder. Love the layout of my single story home. The materials and upgrades are top notch. The home is very comfortable and felt like home as soon as I moved in. Bill in the sales office as well as Mike and Craig in follow up service for some minor repair/tweaks have all been very helpful and quite frankly a pleasure to work with. Excellent experience.

Working with Samantha and Brian was great! We purchased our new home while living out of state and they made the process very easy.

Wonderful, wonderful team to work with. MaryAllen was outstanding and always responsive throughout the contract, even responding on her day off. The construction team: Aaron, Jody, Noe, went out of their way to assist and remediate any issues... helping us coordinating repairs, programming our garage door, to moving our ceiling fan, and installing grab bars in the bathrooms. Did it all in a timely fashion and always with a smile.

Both me & my wife had a really good experience with Beazer Homes from the beginning right to the very end. Tracy West your AWESOME, you made my family feel welcomed from the start & was very professional.

House is beautiful and is beautiful between so with the buying process and work together with us to help us through times of difficulties. We are very happy with our new condo, we are enjoying our unit because it has a nice view. The layout of the kitchen is nice and my wife loves the appliances. We are also enjoying the gym and meeting new friends. The location of the condo is perfect, there restaurants and all kind of stores around. Closing was done diligently without any problems. All the paperwork was completed successfully. The sales person was very helpful in all the process. The builder’s team were responsive to our few concerns and repaired them quickly.

From start to finish, everyone was awesome. Very smooth transaction with no pressure. Highly recommend.

The staff we worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Communicated well throughout the process. From sales, to build to follow up. Overall happy with quality of the house but do wish there was more opportunity to customize. In particular with regard to painting (colors and having garage painted), cabinets (upgrading island but not whole kitchen for color) and add-ons (extra set of doors in our case which we put on after the closing). Having said that, they did put in a walk-in shower instead of tub in 2nd bathroom for our disabled Vet son and ran an extra electrical line for a mini-split we added after closing so our son could control climate separately in his "suite". Any issues we have had with quality have been taken care of promptly with no pushback. Based on our experience, we would recommend considering Beazer if you are looking to build a new home. ... More

Jenn, Corey and Kyler help make your building experience stress free. They are there for any situation even if it doesn't person to them they will do whatever it takes to ease your mind. The experience was great due to the professionalism of the Beazer Team. Colton and Theresa assisted in making the process very positive. They were very attentive and always available to answer all questions thoroughly. Even after moving in, they are still available to assist and have never lacked professionalism.

Was a great experience from beginning to end from the whole team. Everyone was happy to help with all requests when choosing finishes. The team has been great even after closing. All minor issues after move in were taken care of. I would recommend a Beazer home.

Dealing with Stephanie and Shawn is a great a experience. They treated me like if I was family. They answered any questions and dealt with my concerns in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the results. I would recommend working with them on any housing projects.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! It was accidental that I was passing by and saw the new development and stopped by to see it! From Angela who showed us the space with so much warmth and showed us again and again without any hesitation to be sure that this is what we wanted to Aaron and Jody who still are very very attentive to all our questions and they are all very kind as well! We have recommended to all our family and friends! Great neighborhood and great team of people!

From the first visit to the site until the day of closing the Beazer team was truly by my side. From supporting the questions I've had through coordinating the building process with full transparency with me, it honestly could not have been any better. If you'd like to build your home and have a team that puts their client, quality and safety first, this is the group you need by your side.

Darren was very helpful. He helped us settle in, showed us features in the house, how to maintain it, and what to do if something goes out of order. He also provided us resources like how to turn on the water, putting it in our name and replacing the filters. He’s really passionate with helping people and make himself available when needed. We moved from out of state and therefore could not be present while our home was being built. Gary and Meryl sent my family weekly updates with pictures. They promptly answered any and all questions/concerns we had throughout the process. We have now moved in and we absolutely love the quality of our home. Jonathan has been great at helping with any problems that have come up. We purchased our previous home from a different builder and they cannot measure up to the positive experience we have had with Beazer.
