The sales team Amber and Beth are absolutely amazing. They are always keeping you up to date on the progress of your home and answer your questions. As far as everything else no so good. The quality of workmanship is poor. Our grout is not even and has gaps and holes in it, we have asked multiple times for this to be repaired and it has yet to be done. The paint also has yet to be completed. Our garage was not fully painted, we still have yellow spots on some of our ceilings, we have a large gash in our panty wall, dents on our curves at windows, a hole where our towel rack was placed wrong ...

Thank you so much for your review! We are happy to hear your experience with the sales team was enjoyable, and we will make sure to let Amber and Beth know! We would also like to extend an apology for your disappointment with the workmanship of your home. We were able to reach out to your builders Andrew and Judd, and are happy they were able to address your concerns. I would give it a 3. Boughtvacnew home in Charleston sc from pulse and felt they were a little more on point. Our house when we moved in was not really even cleaned. Punch list items were I would say normal. But the cabinets are horrible. They are having to replace over a dozen doors and our entire vanity in second bath.

There’s hasn’t been a single aspect of our home that didn’t need to be fixed after moving in. There was loose threading on our carpet, scratches on our windows, scratches on closet doors, scratches on our kitchen counters, peeling wood floors and spaces between the wood panels, uneven and unfinished kitchen cabinets, paint splatter in almost every room including the metal fixtures, carpet and wood floors. When you spend this much money on a house, you shouldn’t have to deal with all these mistakes. It’s really been a huge hassle dealing with all these people coming into the house and trying ...

We have been in our home about 6 weeks and have found many issues. We found many during the build itself also. We installed a security door on the front and now our front door is unusable because the overhang is too low and the door won't open. Beazer tells us it's been inspected and it's built to specs, funny that my security cameras didn't catch anyone at our front door inspecting it. They say it's not their issue, but the same house down the street has no issue and the measurements are completely different. If you build with them you must stay on top of them at every stage. We had J boxes ...

I had several items that were not completed prior to closing and it has been extremely difficult getting them done. List was provided to construction manager over a month ago and nothing has been done, nor has he responded. My advice to new buyers is not to close until all items from your punch list has been completed. They will promised you that they will get it done, don’t trust them, it will be painful. I was warned by another buyer and should have listen.

This was our first experience building a home, and unfortunately, it was extremely stressful and at times very disappointing. From the beginning, there was a clear lack of consistency, accountability, and oversight throughout the process. During construction, we were assigned multiple construction managers and supervisors, some of whom we never even met. Brent was excellent, but he was moved off our project. I have bought several homes before including two new homes. But buying home from Beazer is the worst experience I have had. They rushed to build the homes with many problems including cracked sink and cracked tub and numerous other issues. My experience with Beazer Homes has been very challenging. My build was scheduled for six months but ultimately took 9.5 months. In the week prior to closing, Beazer attempted to complete two to three weeks’ worth of finish work in just a few days. On the day of closing, major components such as the gas meter and water softener were installed only hours before signing, leaving limited opportunity for complete system testing. Since moving in, I have identified more than 200 warranty items, several of which have prevented me from fully settling into my home even two months after closing. ...

From day one, this experience has been marked by deflection, evasion, and a clear imbalance of power. I wasn’t allowed to inspect the home before committing — issues like a cracked garage slab and mismatched fixtures were only visible through windows. David blocked walkthroughs, and when I canceled, Keith refused to commit to any timeline. Despite that, Beazer deposited my earnest money before the end of my 5-day review window — and then forced me to wait weeks for a refund based on non-existent contract clauses. After reluctantly restarting the process, things only got worse post-closing. ...

We truly regret that your experience has not met your expectations, and we want to acknowledge the concerns you've raised. At Beazer Homes, our goal is always to ensure every homeowner feels supported from the contract through the closing and beyond. Your initial concerns you mentioned before closing, we understand you had questions about access and various construction items. Since closing, our records indicate that our customer care team has actively worked with you to address your submitted requests, including HVAC and appliance concerns. Our field teams and trade partners, including Whirlpool and HVAC technicians, have responded to your reported items and, in some cases, confirmed that the systems are performing within expected specifications. That said, we respect that your expectations may differ, and we’re sorry that our resolutions have not met your satisfaction.
