My wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about our entire experience from Jessica, Bob , Katherine ,and Melissa. Starting with Jessica explaining, with much patience, the options and process. Then, Jessica and Bob, with the continued pictures and weekly updates during the build were appreciated, considering we lived out of state. During the build Bob was very attentive and forthcoming with info, answering any questions we had. As we closed in on our finish, Katherine and Bob were very involved ensuring all our questions or issues were addressed. Melissa took the lead after the closing helping us understand the process with the home after construction was completed. We had two very small issues, after the closing, that Melissa helped rectify very quickly with a smile on her face. Everyone mentioned in this review was very attentive to any questions we had. We are very pleased with the construction of the home. This is our 3rd home we have built. We are very impressed with the noise reduction inside the home from outside. After shopping multiple builders, we were very impressed with the quality and energy efficiency that Beazer promises. The model home just felt like quality. Every step of the process made us feel like we made the right decision. The builder communicated with us very regularly and we never had to check up on them. The design center (Erin) was the best experience. We are extremely pleased with the decisions and finishes we chose. We’ve been in our home just a couple months now and could not be happier. The only thing I could complain about is that I feel that the back yard should be sodded like the front yard. But other than that, extremely impressed. ... More

We're extremely happy with the build quality of our home. Beazer Homes team did an amazing job with the build process and with care. We love how our home is always cool regardless how hot or cold the outside temp is. In contrary to those stories around builder not being helpful after delivery, Beazer Homes team is super responsive and is super helpful for addressing any issue you have.

They were all incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. Special thanks to Tiffany for answering my questions even on her days off, and to Zach for spending over three hours with us during our walkthrough. Truly outstanding service!
