my only complaint is the builders are slobs. the throw their trash on the street where i have make sure my dog does not eat their chicken bones. and in 3 months i have gotten 3 nails in my tires on the plus side i love the house

We had such an easy and wonderful experience with Beazer homes. We looked at many new builds in the ***** area and many many builders. We were and still are very impressed with the quality that Beazer provides. Our house is wonderful and feels like its built for the long haul. We had a great experience with the Beazer team and they were always super helpful and kind. I would absolutely buy another Beazer home one day!

We have loved everything about our experience with Beazer. Cindy and Jody have been great. We loved the ability to pick the lot as it was released, but also appreciate that they have homes "ready to move in". We had the time, so picking and watching our home being built was amazing. Our experience at the ***** was also fantastic. We went in with a budget and we were able to make our vision of the house complete. We've been in our house for about 6 weeks and we love it. No issues, but I feel if we had one, the team would be over to take care of it as quick as possible. I feel like I might be writing too much, but I also want to say how much I now value all of the energy efficient pieces that go in to building their homes. From initially meeting Cindi & Jody, I knew we picked the right builder/company. They were so warm and welcoming and very supportive and excellent in their communication. Even after moving in a month later they reach asking if there's anything they can do… They treat you like family! Jeremiah did the walk through and was very knowledgeable and informative. Matt and ***** also played key roles in making sure our home was ready to go and they work well together as team. Our new neighbors are awesome, we love our location in Arista. Appreciate you all so much!

I have to say, that ***** Homes personnel were very easy to work with from beginning to end. We had to have a quick close; and, from offer to acceptance to title in hand, was just under three days total. It was incredible! Then, due to our work schedule, my husband and I had only 10 days to move in. And, we wanted to change out flooring. They put us in touch with a flooring expert, had our new product purchased, delivered and installed in 8 days. Another record! The ***** team went above and beyond in building our home. The build quality and efficiency are superb. The support throughout the process is absolutely top notch. Thank you Beazer team for making our dream possible.

I gave a rating that is less than perfect because right after I submitted my review, response and action wasn't as great as before. The buying process was smooth and was being informed of the progress. The final walk through is too rushed. We missed more that a few things, here and there. We encountered a mishandling by the attorneys when closing. My overpayment wasn't returned until 2 weeks passed. Their form for the return was flawed. Make sure you read all the information they send (it's a lot) and ask lots of questions regarding the solar panels, the *****, the pest control, home insurance, the management of the A/C system, gardening, trash pick up, utilities, mail boxes etc. if you're new to Georgia. Like I am. Best thing though, is the solar panels. Can't go wrong with those. I love the house and I'm very happy I bought it. ... More

Home design was great and it was delivered on time as promised, the construction was good. Beazer team was responsive and pro-active in addressing the minor concerns and fixed them promptly. Overall great experience from start to finish.

The Beazer team at Gatherings at Ridgemont was easy to work with and went out of their way to accommodate our needs throughout the home-buying process. Their excellent customer service made the experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to ensuring everything went well.

If I had any issues I was able to stay in contact with the Keith and he was open to what ever issues I had or needed addressed. He called every Monday with a update and made the buying experience smooth.

The entire team we worked with for our new home purchase were so friendly and professional. From working with our Sales Manager, Design Studio Counselor, Construction Manager, Warranty Manager, and to the loan officers with the preferred lenders, everyone was so helpful and responsive to make our home buying experience as smooth as possible. An extra shout out to our Construction and Warranty Manager who have been awesome to make sure all is well. As someone who is very detail oriented, our Construction Manager made us feel heard and was quick to respond and address any concerns we had. We've had a few bumps after getting settled into our home but both our Construction and Warranty Manager have been on top of checking in with us to make sure any issues we run into are taken care of. ... Closed on my condo in Laurel in May 2026, and overall it’s been a smooth new-construction experience. Build quality has been solid throughout. Special thanks to Henry ***** and Mark *****, who were both incredibly responsive and thorough throughout the process — answering questions quickly and making sure everything was handled properly from contract to closing. As with any new build, still working through the usual settling-in items, but nothing that’s given us concern about overall quality. Happy to recommend Beazer to anyone looking for a well-designed, modern home in Howard County.

The experience has not been so pleasant, I thought this would be a joyful experience since this is my first new build purchase but after I moved in then all the saga began from having a gas leak that I was subjected to living in the home with for 2 months and slowly being poisoned until my hero the warranty mgr sent someone out to check the smell and a leak was discovered due to Beazer negligence of forcibly installing an oven that the delivery company stated that did not fit upon arrival, it was forced in place which caused the leak and damage to the oven. Dealing with issues I should not be as purchasing a new home lights wired together from the utility room and pantry, no electricity in the utility room which caused no power in the doorbell, no light in the utility room, ventilation system didn't work for weeks, bugs coming under front and back door from improper sealing, garage door going down noisey due to hard stucco substance in tracks I had to have scraped out, annoying gnats getting in the house, it's just being a horrible ordeal….noisey ceiling fans…. I didn't spend this type of money to have to go behind and spend more money correcting issues that should have been done properly from the start. ... More
