It was smooth and efficient.

Outstanding experiences all the way through the process from sales (Michael) to the leads on the construction crew (Wayne and Mark). We continue to have great service and professional expertise in all respects.

The sales process experience was great and really appreciated the engagement of the pre-selected lenders to engage with. Truist was amazing in staying contact and monitoring interest rates. The onsite construction team, including Wayne were very helpful. The largest disappointment is the poor sound proofing for the Rivas model. The second disappointment is that the Rivas patio deck ceiling is not sealed, so if the condo owner above spills a drink, let's hope you are not standing on your patio deck. We will have to decide if this is a long-term home for us.

I first contacted Beazer about a new home because of the location of the community and the floor plan. I fell in love with the Brook plan when I viewed in person. Jake S. was great at keeping me informed during the construction process. Although there were hiccups along the way Jake did everything he could to help me through the process. As a side note, Beazer has slightly changed some things on the Brook floor plan and the last time I checked the old floor plan was still on the website. I.e There isn’t a double window in the kitchen, only a single and the valet doesn’t include the cabinet above, only the bottom cabinet. I had a really great experience with both Josh and Roman. Both of them gave me their personal phone numbers to contact them at honestly any time for any questions me and my wife had. Josh has continued to check up on us post home purchasing and making sure everything is going smooth. Josh and Roman were both extremely helpful in our first time home buying experience. They helped and continue to help post purchasing. Thanks again to them!

From start to finish and even after moving in, Beazer has provided world-class service. My husband and I researched several builders in the Katy area and took many different tours, but none aligned with our priorities the way Beazer did. We were looking for a home that didn't feel like the building time was rushed, had a great location, and was affordable. The energy efficiency saves us some money monthly and the home itself was in our price range with the bed and bath count we were looking for. Even now that we are months after our close date, the building managers Josh and Jon consistently check in with us, especially after every storm. We have had a very positive experience with our new Beazer home. Our builder Marc and New Home Counselor Justin communicated with us every couple of weeks. There were some ups and downs, but it was really a very smooth process. We are happy with the quality of our home and are enjoying the Waverly community.

Simply put, I love my home. It’s well built per my home inspector, and my team from my NHC to my construction manager made me fall more in love with my home each step of the way. I can’t say enough good things about my experience, and how well I was treated by Beazer staff. I wish nothing but the same amazing experience for all future Beazer residents.

Jeff and Shawn were there for us every step of the way—through construction, settlement, move-in. Shawn cares about the details of our condo as if he were the owner. Beazer responds promptly to correct any minor problems with our home—and they do so with a smile.

I would highly Beazer Home Builders as a builder to "work with". As a group they friendly, flexible and understanding. Some builders made me fell like they were doing me a favor to let me look at their house, Beazer was always warm, candid and understanding. I would highly recommend them in all sides of the business: the Sales Department, Home design Center, Construction Management, Quality Control, Financial options and After Sales support. Highly recommended for a enjoyable buying experience.

Like every new home buyers, I too had a lot of questions in my mind. Since this was a whole new experience, everyday research was not helpful until i was guided by the expertise and choosing Beazers as one was my right decision. I am thankful that I was guided through all the steps to make beazers house my home. Their guidance and support was not only limited to our closing date but also after several months of move in. I do remember I had several questions or changes I wanted after i moved in but kept it to myself as i was not aware if that would be right to contact them but Nathan reached out to me on his own and ask if we are settling down well or not. From our first meeting with Hayley to the last detail being completed by our builder Chris, our experience was great. Hayley guided us through the whole process with clear updates and was always available and willing to answer any questions we had. Chris was thorough and detail-oriented and made sure everything was to our liking. Overall, they took the stress out of building/buying a home.

We made our down payment before we saw our home in person. Moving in from out of state, we knew what we wanted, a new home in a nice neighborhood. Our sales person went above and beyond to create a video of the home and area, and based on that we decided to buy. The home was just what we hoped for and the process to get a lender was easy with the assistance from Beazer.

Overall very pleased with the experience. The sales team to construction team did a great job. The weekly updates and direct communication during the home building process was excellent.

Beazer is the worst builder in the Nation. Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction isn’t a focus for Beazer. No Accountable and Ownership with Beazer. Communication and Followup is horrible. Beazer doesn’t hold there Employees accountable. Beazer supports employees not doing their job properly. There is lack of Professionalism, Communication, Accountability, Turn time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from Beazer.

2x6 walls with pumped in insulation and sprayed in roof insulation makes for a quite and highly efficient home. This degree of attention to detail is seldom found in today’s construction. From the solar system to the very efficient AC you will appreciate even more when the electric bill comes. The superintendent, Vito is a pleasure to work with when and if you discover a problem.
