New residents onboarding and orientation went well. Follow up inspections are conducted on time and management is always available to solve the issues.

I recently closed on a new home built by Beazer located in Las Vegas. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of service and attention to detail exhibited Beazer. When my family and I embarked on the journey of purchasing our dream home, we entrusted Beazer to provide us with a residence that matched our vision and expectations. However, what should have been an exciting and joyful experience has turned into a nightmare filled with frustration and disappointment. Shortly after moving into our new home, it became evident that several crucial mistakes had been made during the construction process. The most glaring issue is the incorrect tile installation in the kitchen. Despite my best efforts to rectify this matter promptly, I have encountered nothing but delays, excuses, and a blatant lack of urgency on the part of your team Despite repeated assurances from your maintenance manager and promises of immediate action, it took an exasperatingly long time for a flooring specialist to even visit our home. To add insult to injury, upon their arrival, they did not possess the correct tile and were unable to locate any, prolonging the ordeal even further. Compounding this problem is the fact that I am colorblind, which unfortunately prevented me from identifying the error during the final walk-through. It was only thanks to my family’s keen eye that the mistake was noticed at all. Since then, I have been diligently attempting to resolve the issue, but my efforts have been met with frustration at every turn. Furthermore, I must also bring to your attention other significant defects present in our home, such as sharp staples protruding from the carpeting, which have caused injuries to my family members. These issues, coupled with the overall lack of attention to detail and poor communication from Beazer, have transformed what should have been our dream home into a source of constant stress and disappointment. As a conscientious consumer and homeowner, I feel compelled to share my experience with others who may be considering purchasing a home from Beazer. I recently purchased a home from Beazer in March 2024. The house was a spec home, so I didn't have any choices to make on options. The home is very well built and has some nice upgrades. I didn't give Beazer 5 stars because I feel the work by some of their subcontractors is not the quality one would expect in building a new home. I did have some issues, again because the subcontractors. But the Beazer Customer Service people are addressing thi=ose issues and fixing my issues. The Building Foreman is very polite and helpful as are the Customer Service people.

Interaction during building was great, working with Beazer on warranty items suffers from both lack of communication and follow-up from representatives

This was our second new home building experience and Beazer has been fantastic to work with! They worked with us throughout the entire process to deliver us a beautiful home with no issues. Beazer has set the bar for all home builders and we are so happy we chose them to build our home. If you’re considering Beazer don’t hesitate as they truly are the best in the industry!

All dirt infront house and not cleaning which we requested many times and they have to clean . Please let the builders to know to clean streets

Teresa (Beazer coordinator) and Jake (builder superintendent) was beyond amazing! They were always there when I had questions and always resolved any issue I had. To top it off, there were only minor things that came up and they were resolved in a timely manner. I’ve now been in my home 6 weeks and I absolutely love it! No issues - well insulated. In fact I don’t even hear the builders next door building the new houses from inside my house. My only wish is that Beazer would put in a community center and pool in Phase 3. There are home owner dues and I’m not sure what they are used for. Love the neighborhood and green belt to walk my dog. ... More

This was the second Beazer home I have purchased in the last 7 years. When I knew I needed to make a change, I spent some time deciding what I wanted to do. I was disappointed to see the reduced options Beazer was offering as compared to my previous purchase, but at the end of the day decided to go with them again based on my previous experience and primarily due to their energy efficient options. I will say they did work with me and allowed a few changes that were not being offered originally as the neighborhood I was looking at was one where Beazer had decided to “offer a few and build many”. In other words, you can only choose one of five themes and you got whatever Beazer had decided went in that theme with only a minimal amount of options available to change. I have been really disappointed with the quality of work as compared to my experience 7 years ago. They appear to be more focused on how many homes are being built as opposed to the quality. I was close enough that I had the opportunity to visit the building site every week. There were some issues during the process that caught my eye, including them cutting out some drywall after it was installed in order to make some repairs. I was told it was due to their still trying to get their subcontractors up to speed with their new requirements. I still don’t understand why the issue wasn’t noticed before the drywall went up other than they’re moving too fast. Even though I had an inspector come in and several things were addressed before I loved in, there is just a lot of sloppy workmanship throughout the house (paint splatters on the time floors, messy caulking and they didn’t even bite to clean the styrofoam out of the glass ball pendant lights before putting the mm up) and I had to submit a handful of warranty requests within the first week or so after moving in. One was because all of the door knobs were falling off. Another sign to me of the quality of the subcontractors work. I am just really disappointed in the quality of the workmanship on my new house compared to the one they built 7 years ago. People did an awesome job building the home and service provided was outstanding.

Great experience. The customer service was outstanding and on point. Everyone went above and beyond and even after check in even if minor things. Great home.

Been in my new home for two months now. I have enjoyed every moment of it. The house is amazing, the neighborhood is what I wanted. My neighbors are happy too!!

From initial visit to model home to final purchase of our new home was awesome! Highly recommend Beazer!

I am pleased with the builder’s customer service and how the builder addressed my requests, especially with the superintendent, Rich, Gordon, and the realtor, Sarai. My request is handled promptly when I call Beazer’s customer service. I am happy with my house and its quality.

Builder was communicative and prompt to reply to any questions I had in a timely manner.
